Awful customer service called for tire change the guy that showed up didn’t have a proper Jack or the tools to remove tire they refuse to give money back for the service that never happened.

Absolutely the worst towing company in Rockland County never on time and no one ever picks up the phone there. After waiting for 3 hours as usual I had to cancel for another company tow my car. Use this company at your own risk you will regret it!!!

They were extremely considerable regarding my situation and showed up the night before to take car to the repair shop for the next morning. I would recommend them to people.

Bryan, Brittney, Dwight . THESE GUYS WERE THE ONLY AND I MEAN ONLY TOWING COMPANY TO HELP ME. Stuck away 3 hours away ( being in an accident ) from home on a holiday weekend, they really heard my plea of needing to be home. They allowed me and my girl to ride and took me home safely. I cannot express my gratuity to them. Money was not a factor to get me home and compared to what I heard from the 15 other companies pricing is very similar. Amazing! Trust me, go with Hudson.

I reached out to Hudson Valley towing because a car blocked me in and I'd been waiting for over an hour for them to come back and I had to go to work. I was completely blocked in. I contacted the police department and was advised to contact a tow service. Hudson Valley towing was quick, professional and extremely understanding of the situation. I will always recommend this company!
