I highly recommend Mandingo towing. I had been involved in an accident which totaled my car. The owner of the tow yard was very supportive and helped make sure I was alright. Very quick to respond to my phone calls and a friendly person. If I ever need a tow in the future I will call Mandingo.
Was in a car with an unexpected flat tire and we were lucky that these folx were able to come help us fairly quickly. We waited ~35 min or so for them to get to the gas station we were stranded at the owner was quick in changing the tire and giving us great advice about what to do with the wheel. They speak Spanish too!

Very professional and fast, took very good of my car, which is low and always gets scratched when being loaded. Luis made sure no scratching occurred, without me even mentioning that the tail pipes always drag. I highly recommend their services
The first snowy night of the season my car decides to die. Not only was Luis prompt professional and timely, he was friendly and willing to drive an hour out of his way to come and get me and drop me off where I needed to go. Not only that but they were the least expensive option around by far. Thank you so much for helping me and my time of need. I would definitely recommend to anyone.
Top notch towing service. My car died on the side of the road and Luis came to the rescue. I called and he was there within 15 minutes to tow my car to the closest dealer which was unfortunately an hour away. He was extremely professional and courteous, even drove me 15 minutes to the closest train station after dropping my car off late at night. If you are in need of a tow or any other emergency car service, I would highly recommend Mandingo towing, they are the best in town.
I am so grateful to have discovered Mandingo Towing yesterday!! They arrived to tow my car within 25 minutes (as promised) and delivered my car safely to the dealership. Luis (the owner) was very compassionate and professional, and even let me ride along for the 50 mile trip, which helped me to save the additional cost of an Uber. I really appreciated the quality service after getting the run-around from my insurance company all morning. I highly recommend Mandingo Towing!

Poor customer service, the owner is not professional at all. The way he conducts himself is ridiculous, he s a rip off too pricy and it s a hassle to get your car back, do yourself a favor and use another tow truck service. Saved you a lot of money in the long run!

Our truck broke down at a gas station on the way home from vacation. We called roadside assistance but they couldn t give us an estimate on when a tow would arrive. We started calling the closest towing companies and came across Mandingo. Luis arrived within 8 min of our call, waited with us until we had a ride to our hotel and dropped our truck off at the closest repair shop. He saved us from what could have been a very long night. 100% recommend.

Husband got a tow from these guys, lost the receipt. When I called to try to get a copy the owner was rude and hysterical. At first I couldn t make out what he was saying (bad cell coverage) so I simply said Excuse me? He went ballistic. I truly said nothing else and after he started screaming at me I tried to explain that I hadn t been able to hear him. In what universe is saying Excuse me rude? I guess New York. I m sure it s a high pressure business but who needs this kind of behavior?

Great fast service. I got stuck on highway had to leave my car at service area unattended had a flight to catch. They picked up my car brought it back to my house even send me a picture to show me my car was back home. Great service. I highly recommend them
Quick reliable service! I was stuck with my two babies and Mandingo towing came to the rescue after my insurance company left me stranded for five hours. I highly recommend and would use again if I ever was in trouble.
