I put in a claim with my insurance for a large crack in my windshield and got a call not even 5 minutes later from Safeway Auto Glass. They were very friendly and confirmed they could get a new windshield and replace it the next day. They called me first thing in the morning and confirmed they would be at my job in a few minutes. I left them with my keys and they replaced the windshield in less than a half hour. Everything looks amazing and they were wonderful to work with. Absolutely would recommend them, and if I ever have a crack in the future I know who to call!

Great, fast service. Got back to me quickly and came to my location to replace the windshield with 24 hrs, and at a much better price than Safelite. Even promptly replaced the windshield a second time when there was an issue covered under warranty.
I had a wonderful expereince with Safeway Auto Glass. They called me right back, told me how to file a claim with my insurance for glass coverage and were at my house reparing my windshield 2 days later. Can't say enough great things about how easy dealing with them was. I originally contacted Safelite and they were beyond unhelpful. Wish I had called them first.
This service is as good as it gets. Called and set up next day appt in and out service. As professional as it gets and at your convenience. I highly recommend this company they can even come to you and make the service happen. Prices are reasonable and fair by far the best you’re going to get. These guys are willing to work with you at your convenience. 5 star professional and courteous service.
Excellent customer service. They came as soon as they got the glass they needed pretty much a 24 hr wait and everything was taken care of. They were extremely thorough and polite. Would definitely recommend and if I ever need auto glass again I'll be a repeat customer for sure.
Safeway Auto Glass did an excellent job replacing the windshield on my Kia Soul EV. They gave me a repair window of 8:30-10 AM, and within two days of speaking to them. Which was much quicker than I had expected. They showed up at my house at 8:30 on the dot and got right to work. They had the new glass set in place within 35 mins and even reinstalled the wiper blades after I had removed them to repair another piece on my car prior to their arrival. I highly recommend them for their professional service, attitude, and attention to detail. Thanks so much for a quick and easy installation. Now I can get my inspection done without issue next month.

I saw good reviews on Google Maps, so I came here to replace the windshield. The price quoted to me on the first day was $625, I asked in advance if I could swipe a credit card, and they said yes. The next day, after the windshield was replaced, when I took out my credit card to pay, he charged me $675 and told me that there was a charge for swiping the card. I asked if I could pay by check, and he told me that the check was also $675, but I had no choice. Instead of paying cash, when I asked again if I could get included, he told me again that it would cost me $675. I feel that as a business, you should inform your customers about the fees in advance, rather than increasing the fees when the work is done. It is not recommended here. It is recommended that customers who want to change their car glass here should ask about the various costs in advance.
Filed a claim with my insurance company and received a call the same day from Safeway. They scheduled me for the next day. They arrived, replaced the windshield and were done within an hour. Friendly professional guys
I had my windshield replaced a few months ago, at this time we have not had much rain. Over the last few weeks it has rained enough to show an issue. When my windshield was sealed, it wasn t done properly, which has caused paint around my entire windshield to bubble up and flake off. When I contacted the business just looking for help (nicely I may add) I was told this couldn t be our fault this is a poor paint job I found this response to be very immature, irresponsible and most of all bad business. The gentleman i spoke with then offered, by text, to come to me to explain things. I may be a girl but I don t need things explained by a man to understand them. Things were very clear to me at that moment. I purchased my vehicle just about a year ago, before the replacement I had no issues with paint on my 5 year old vehicle. The paint on me vehicle has not been touched since coming from the factory. Although, I can understand these things can occur I don t think this was the case. This business has failed to take responsibility or even try to assist in the issue despite being paid for the windshield replacement and advising insurance things like this are covered under the warranty . Be warned.
Safeway was recommended to me through Mid-Hudson Subaru and they did a wonderful job replacing the front windshield on my 2022 Subaru Outback. They came to my house between 8-10am and were done within 30 mins. The whole process was smooth and easy (submitted a claim with Insurance company, got a phone call from Safeway a few hours from submitting the claim and new windshield was installed in 2 days). I highly recommend them for their attention to detail and professionalism.
Big thanks to Eddie and the crew for the free, honest diagnostic test of my windshield. They confirmed that the seal on the windshield is fine and replacement is not needed. I ll keep you guys in mind for future needs.

Safeway Auto was a tremendous help to me my rear windshield shattered I need to get it replaced I live in New York and we were expecting bad weather heavy snow and rain they took me in right away and replace my windshield and did a fantastic job I highly recommend this company for anyone to come if they have any problems with windows for their vehicles.

They actually saved the day! I received a windshield replacement from SafeLITE Auto glass that the technician cracked again. They wouldn t reschedule me until weeks from the appointment. SafeWAY Auto glass was able to get me a fast and convenient windshield replacement within a day! Very good service!
These guys were absolutely great!!! I used SafeLITE before and had a bad experience, so I tried SafeWAY instead. That was the best decision I made! They came to my home, replaced the windshield on my Escalade, recalibrated the cameras, cleaned up, and they were done in under an hour! They were fast, friendly, and professional! I recommend them to everyone!
After the other guys could not eliminate the noise that started after a windshield change safeway took the time to get to the bottom. Having to replace the windshield again and the cowl. Doing both was able to see potential issues that caused the noise. Could not be wrong as I no longer have the noise.
