Stand behind their work 100% and are just super real people. Condensation chip failed prior/during/after windshield replacement no way to tell but it threw off the entire climate control system. Carlos worked with the dealer and ended up picking up the cost of diagnosing without passing the cost on. Second time using Precision and once again super happy customer.

Phil and Carlos were able to spot and diagnose an issue Ive had with a leak for over a year with my windshield due to poor workmanship from Safelite. It took me too long to figure it out because the way the leak was happening I wouldve never thought it was the windshield. They advised me on how to proceed forward to not have to come out of pocket to pay for the fix. Very professional. Even their personnel answering the phone were great. I couldnt recommend them more. Skip the likely disappointment from the national brand. They know what theyre doing and you wont be disappointed.

We went through our insurance for a new windshield and when progressive wouldn t approve the manufacture windshield, we ended up getting something that looked like a fishbowl we called progressive and they were no help. We called precision and they came back and switched to the manufacturer glass. A million times better. Very happy with how they handled the situation. Would highly recommend

Initially went to Safelite for my windshield replacement. They couldn t do the job because of the computerized safety features involved and they referred me to my Audi dealership. The dealership then referred me to PRECISION! Precision came to my house and did the job quickly and neatly. The repairmen were friendly and explained everything to me. Outstanding service! Called them at 3:30pm on Thursday and they scheduled my installation for 3pm Friday. In 24 hours they received authorization from insurance, acquired the windshield and installed it. BMW doesn t work with insurance and wanted more than $3,000. There was no aftermarket windshield available bc it s a new model vehicle. I paid $0 out of pocket with Precision and they installed it in my driveway the very next day! These guys are the best. Safelite insisted my windshield had to be replaced in their shop and couldnt give me an appointment for well over a week. Precision Auto Glass not only was able to give me an appointment within two days but also came to my home. They are fast, friendly and professional and do great work.

My 2006 Tundra windshield got hit by a rock. Lori in the office immediately scheduled my AT HOME appointment and got me an exact windshield replacement on a 17yr old truck. Carlos communication the day of installation was spot on! He and Franklin worked on removing 17 yr old glue for over an hour and my new windshield slipped in like a glove. My old truck is very sentimental to me and they did a PERFECT job. The two of them were some of the most professional and polite young men Ive seen in a long time. We had a bad rain 2 days after installation and the window was -again- PERFECT. KUDOS Precision, for such great service!!!

I started a claim with Safelite back in early August of this year on my 2023 Honda front windshield. Safelite gave me a run around for 3 months with no answers, no call back, no follow up, multiple appointments made that they then canceled on me. I changed everything over to Precision Auto Glass towards the end of November and Im glad I did. Although there was a factory delay in getting the glass from Honda Im happy to say its finally done. Lori at Precision was on point from start to finish. She contacted me to give me updated information from Honda, tracking updates, and then finally to schedule my appointment. She was a pleasure to deal with. Highly recommend them for all your car glass needs. I will never use Safelite again after the great service I experienced with Precision. Phil & his partner are meticulous and by far the best technicans I have ever seen replace a car windshield. I watched them through the entire process. They are no doubt the surgeons of windshield replacement. They took the time to properly prep it for proper adhesion, being super careful not to scratch anything on my Lexus and made sure the windshield sealed and fit perfectly. Then after all that, they cleaned up and carefully calibrated everthing to manufacturers specs. Their service is second to none and I would recommend them without any hesitation. There are a lot of inferior windshield replacement businesses, many who just dont take pride in their work, but these guys are the real deal!

They were in contact with me to update me with arrival time, and did an amazing job! I was blown away to find the vacuumed the carpets, cleaned the dash and cleaned all the other windows and glass on my car! Amazing!

First tried Safelite but the windshield had to be ordered. The problem it was out of stock and would take over a week to get. Like most people, I started with Safelite. Boy was that a mistake! They told me they had the glass, then they told me the glass was scratched and it would take a few weeks to get the new glass. Then, when I tried to pick my car up since they couldn t repair it, they had shut the shop down for the weekend with car inside even though they told me I could come pick it up at the time I arrived. I had to track down an area manager just to get my car back so it wasn t locked up for the weekend. After that, I decided to look for someone else, and luckily, I found Precision auto glass. They were able to get the glass right away, get me on their schedule within two days, and even though my car is a Tesla, they were still able to come to my house and do all the repairs and the calibrations without me needing to go anywhere. Safelite insisted I bring the car to them which is how my car almost got locked up for the weekend! And the icing on the cake, the Precision techs found a chip in my roof glass that I didn t even notice and they repaired it for me at no additional cost and even came back the next day to do it because they didn t have the right kit with them to fix it on the spot. I know where I ll be sending all my future, friends and family for any glass needs.

Excellent company. Not only were they communicative throughout the entire process but they showed up on time, looked neat, and acted professionally. That would be enough to make me happy for any service call, however they also took the time for the little things like cleaning the carpet and even dusted my entire dashboard which admittedly was Far dirtier than they could have ever made it. I found this company after an extraordinarily dissatisfying experience with Safelite with unprofessionalism all the way up to the corporate level. Precision Auto Glass gave you that feeling that you were dealing with an intimate company that cared about the service they were providing and not some kid earning minimum wage hoping to do as little as possible after clocking in. Had to replace the windshield on my 2 week old 2023 Grand Cherokee. Couldn t find the glass anywhere except on Long Island. Came all the way from Brooklyn & they worked with me to ensure I could get this done expeditiously that fit my schedule. It was very convenient also using my Geico policy. Everything transmitted to them directly and no out of pocket expenses incurred. The guys in the field did a great job. Amazing service. They make Safelite look silly in every way. Safelite was a no show on first scheduled appt. no text, no email, no call. 2nd appt. flat cancelled. Changed claim from Safelite to Precision. Precision booked the appt. Followed up the day before to confirm. Called 45 minutes before scheduled appt to confirm. Completed job in no time, re-applied my registration sticker and yearly inspection sticker. Courteous and professional. New jingle. Safelite not there, Safelite replaced.

I needed a windshield replaced on my Sprinter van and after shopping around and reading reviews, I chose Precision Auto Glass. Michelle was very helpful scheduling the appointment and the technicians Zach and Jessy did a quick, clean and great job replacing the windshield. They came to my house on a Saturday, the service was great and they charged half the price that Safelite quoted me.

These guys are the best in the business. Top notch. Bumped in to one of them in a parking lot and asked about fixing a stone chip on my Audi A7 windshield. He then fixed it for me right there on the spot with no appointment. Also changed my windshield on my truck perfectly. While they where doing so my mother had a medical issue. The staff was there to help her. They brought her water and gummy bears to bring her sugar level back up. Highly appreciated and will be using Precision Auto Glass from here on out. The women in the office was able to schedule an appointment for mid afternoon due to a cancellation. The team from precision arrived on time and spoke with me about my repairs and started to address multiple chips in both windshields that I couldn t see. Philip and Zach completed the repairs in a timely fashion and are true professionals. Philip (owner operator which makes a big difference)gave me a price on a windshield that needs replacement on my daughters car which was priced right. Windshield replacement holds up perfectly over 1 year - no leaks whatsoever! A local Long Island business that is truly honest and professional. They really took their time to complete a quality job - even going out of their way to come back to my house and looked at the car on the 2nd day. I had complained about a leak, but it was the sunroof drain tube that had been blocked. It actually had nothing to do with the replacement at all, but they went the extra step of helping me unclog it. Very appreciate and I recommend Precision Auto Glass to all without any hesitation!

Used Precision instead of the usual. The team at Precision is excellent. Paul and Rupert did an outstanding job. One snag that my glass got to the dealer cracked. Not their fault at all. The team comes to your location and the installastion gets done. The next step if necessary is calibration. Their referral directly to Express Calibrations (Joe) was seemless. Calibration was done within the hour. Highly recommend Precision Auto Glass for attention to detail, communication to installation and handling the insurance segment of the claim.

They transferred the registration and inspection stickers to the new windshield, and cleaned all the windows. They even cleaned and vacuumed the interior. And for less money then the competition. I ended up getting a small nick in the windshield later on while driving but this had nothing to do with them, and everything to do with the bad roads out here. I would absolutely recommend and use them again.

Job was done quickly and meticulously, including an overview/recap upon completion. As men of their word, Phil and Carlos have earned my trust by delivering on every expectation they set - RARE! Dont make the mistake of going with a Big Name... Another co-worker did (on the same day, coincidentally) and the quality of the work SIDE by SIDE couldnt be ignored! Precision cleaned up after the job and didnt leave glass everywhere, like the other guys. They even transferred everything to the new windshield to the same exact spots! Driving on the Long Island Expressway and some douche speeding in front of me caused a rock to hit my windshield and put a chip in it. Did some research online to find a good glass repair place to use and decided to go with Precision Auto Glass of Long Island since they got 28 reviews and all of them were 5 stars. I have to say I was very impressed with them. I called and Kim who is a sweetheart was able to squeeze me in. When they showed up (Carlos and Phil) they both introduced themselves right away, they advised up front what they were going to do, very friendly good guys. I was very impressed. They have the entire experience from start to end down pat. Would definitely use them again and I see why all of their reviews are 5 stars.

Phenomenal service! These guys are true professionals who care about doing a good job. The owners/installation technicians Carlos and Phil treated my car as good as they would treat their own. The windshield was removed using no metal tools that could damage the paint around the windshield and cause rust issues later - this sets them apart from the typical guys who use a power tool. They left my car clean and dust free inside - even the mats! This wasnt necessary since I had no broken glass, but they did it anyway. You cant even tell the windshield was replaced. Factory perfect. Awesome guys to deal with. Highly recommended!
