I absolutely don’t recommend this shop at all. I’ve had my truck in for an oil leak repair and $4000 later it’s still leaking from the rear main seal . Which is the reason I brought the truck in. The owner Nelson told me to bring it back and he would fix it or refund me for the rear main seal repair. Made numerous attempts and he kept blowing me off. Avoid this liar.

Nelson had me drive from Rochester to Buffalo then told me once I got there that the truck had a salvage title! Don't waste your time.

Just had car repairs done and I have to say what a awesome job they did on a very difficult replacement of a heater core . Car was cleaner than when I brought it there. Everything I asked for was done and all at a very reasonable price. Great job guys and girls. Thanks

These people are just different than other shops. Good peoples. My tough old car lives on thanks to their wizardry and I'm grateful for their help once again!

Brought in my 2011 Subaru for repair on my air conditioner and an oil change. When I picked up my car I was immediately concerned. My steering was not right and was really jumping and pulling. I took it back immediately and they were apologetic and asked to re-look. The steering column had not been completely re-attached after removing it to get to the air conditioning unit. The next day, my oil light came on. They had left my oil a quart and a half low after changing it. Additionally, there are grease marks along the tan fabric interior where they got in and out of the car. Very disappointed with our service at this shop

Last year our 2 year old Raypak pool heater developed a leak on the end of the heat exchanger. These are not cheap, so I went looking for a place that could repair it and gave Abbott Radiator a call. The guy I spoke with said to bring it in and was confident they could fix it. They had the exchanger fixed and leak tested within a couple days and at a fair price. My pool has now been running with the repaired unit with no leaks. Very happy with their work.

I'm always afraid going to a new garage, I've heard horror stories about people getting scammed. They evaluated my vehicle, found the issue to be pretty minor, fixed it in a timely manner and didn't rip me off. These guys do a ton of business, always a good sign. Would definitely recommend.

Called because someone referred this place to me. I called and asked the guy who answered the phone if they repair air conditioning in vehicles. He replied "uh-huh" then it was complete silence. I'm like, well can you tell me if I need an appointment? He replies "of course you need an appointment, you can't just bring it in - and we are booked solid for a week" His attitude was so bad I almost hung up on him. I don't know what this guys problem is - sounded miserable and didn't seem to want my business.
