We stack decades of hands-on experience like playing cards to get our customers the right answer, the right part, right now because in our business real answers from real people are crucial. Haven't been here in 25 years, but I helped set up the old J-CON computer system in the store during the changeover to Carquest back then and trained everyone on the system. The owner's name escapes me (not sure if it's changed hands since then), but he was great.....he even took us out on his boat one night as well. They were a great group of people at that store.
They are always so helpful and usually have whatever I need to fix or maintain our vehicles or boat. Great customer service!!
This place is the best! People could not be more friendly or helpful, they really know what they're doing, and have amazing customer service. I've been here more times and I can count, and every time it's been an excellent experience. Don't go to the big box stores, go here instead. The prices are just as good. They carry all of the best things in their categories, and they're just nice people.
This is the best car parts place I've ever been to...They are very knowledgeable and always give me great advice and deals on parts....and always find you what you need if they don't have it on location...Luke always takes good care of me and treats me right...I highly recommend it to all my friends....great place for allll your part needs!!
I was visiting from Long Island when I had problems with one of my idler pulleys for my drive belt on my Linc. Navigator, I called and talked to Luke and he helped me not only with the part but whatever I needed. I couldn’t say enough good about this business they went over and above to help!!! I am in the business and it’s such a pleasure to find a place now a days that is as courteous as they were especially when I was in a jam !!! Thanks Guys really appreciate it!!!!
I was so impressed with how helpful they were suggesting and ordering me a galvanized anchor until after being in fresh water for 2 hours it rusted! So I went back and told them I would like to return it and was told no because it was rusted ! I bought an anchor that I was told won’t rust and recommended by them. Very sad that they don’t stick behind their products.

I needed a part with a time frame in place. These folks got the part in a matter of hours. I didnt need it for a day or two but the fact is if I did need it quickly I would have had it.

Super kind and friendly owners and staff. And their store is very clean and stocks all the most common parts. For things not in stock, its just a day or too for most anything. Prices are reasonable and they carry marine as well as automotive parts and accessories.

Great knowledge and service!
I needed to get a replacement low beam light and the staff was super helpful, pleasant, and fun to chat with. They recommended a small upgrade which made a difference, especially in the snowy weather. Overall very good experience.
