Great service. I highly recommend. My vehicle had broken down at my residence. My mechanic recommended Elite Towing to transport my vehicle to his shop. I called to arrange pick up and in a matter of minutes their tow truck arrived.

This place is very hard to find because its behind a concrete materials and building establishments. The women at the desks have a negative attitude about helping the people who walk in.

Unprofessional. Disrespectful. Waited four hours when I was told 90 minutes. When I called multiple times to get a status they told me they would cancel if I called again.

Elite towing is the biggest scam. I got into an accident yesterday, the cop asked if i had a tow coming and i said i did, 20 minutes pass and the cop said he will not let me vehicle go on a tow truck as he just ordered elite towing to come and pick up our cars. 1) The cop abused his authority and had no power to do that, 2) i waited over an hour and a half for elite towing to show up. After elite towing shows up they said it is being taken to a disclosed location and i cannot find out where till i get my claim number the next morning. This morning i call Elite and they tell me they do not have my car, they towed it to a random body shop about 6 miles away from the initial accident and they charged me $461.666 not only were they extremely rude on the phone but almost $500 for 6 miles??? I seriously hope Elite gets shut down, so many of my rights were abused and thanks to the cop who let me have no say in my own car.

The women who work at the office are some of the rudest, most obnoxious people I ve ever had to deal with. My car was t-boned and towed to their yard. I had to go down there three times before I was allowed to get my belongings. When I was finally allowed to go to the yard, (I had to wait 30 minutes for them to let me in), one of the women called down to tell me I was not allowed to TAKE MY PLATES! She said I couldn t have them until my insurance approved coverage, even though I know for a fact that they already did MULTIPLE TIMES. I believe she did this out of spite because I complained about how difficult they were already being. So I had to go back a fourth time. When I went to the office that time, guess what happened. Yep, they told me once again that I can t have my plates. At this point I got angry. They called my adjuster and he told them again for the millionth time that yes, I had coverage. They finally let me go down to the yard to get my plates (even though I had to wait at the yard for over an hour before they came to let me in). Someone in the auto insurance field told me they do this intentionally so that they can keep the cars longer and therefore charge more in storage fees, which is incredibly shady and unethical. I refuse to ever use this company again, and if you have the choice, I recommend using literally any other tow company you can find, because there s no way any of them can be worse than Elite. I d rather drag my car home myself than ever use them again. And no, this is not the name that the car was under, but yes, this is a true story.

Debbie is extremely rude and unprofessional. She doesn t know how to greet customers kindly. And is very unhelpful with answering questions. She made the whole experience unnecessarily difficult. I called to ask an estimate for a car that was towed and she said it would take 1.5-2 hours to figure out the cost. Which I don t understand because they charge by day so why would the estimation have to take so long. And she communicated this is in a very rude tone. I would not choose this company to work with because they don t know how to treat their customers.

I have geico insurance geico called elite towing elite towing text me and say they would be here within 60 minutes. I waited an hour and a 1/2 I called them back and they said theyre not coming Because Im not in that area.No one called me To let No The toe truck was not coming I recommend. No one used them did not reliable

Last night, July 16th 2024 , at approximately 11:10 pm I encountered an extremely aggressive reckless tow truck driver from elite towing company. Without any doubt I can attest that driver did intentionally try to cause me an an accident that could have resulted in not only the lose of my life but to other vehicles in proximity to me at this time. The driver may have thought I tried to cut him off when I came off the 97 in attempt to get onto the service road but I used my left signal to let the driver behind me know I am trying to cross over first lane of service road to second lane of service road to get on to the Long Island express way westbound. What a surprise he didn t slow down to let me into the second lane. This is Long Island why let anyone have a safe entry onto the expressway? Who am I? You all know this and why do I write this tonight at 1:45 am? Because my life matters and so does other people. I am sorry if the driver thought I was getting I front of him. Your the local tow truck company driver , your not the only person who put I long hours today but why try to kill me? I mean it! You tried to kill me! You know what you did ! This is the local tow company used my expensive car manufacturers in our local neighborhood? After I couldn t get into the second lane of the long service road I stayed in the first lane to let him go , I don t need drama. I am peaceful person. But when I tried to get around him once he was now in the first lane of the Long Island expressway you clearly had a motive to cause me harm! How you ask? Like this: When I tried to get into the second lane of expressway at least two car lengths behind you andpicking up momentum you abruptly cut me off at the second lane right in front me, you put on brightest white hazzard back lights on full the and stopped on your brakes! I could have died! You caused me to not have visibility and stopped on your brakes! I have a right to change lanes without fearing my life! This is outrageous! You nearly caused my car to go out of control. I took pictures. The tow truck driver had dark hair and intentionally tried to hurt me. This should be investigated.

Elite tow picked up my car after an accident. I went to go get my plates and items out of the car. I was told by a female employee that I couldn t collect my plates as a way of making sure my insurance paid them first but I should get them before my insurance company picked up the car, which means I would have had to be there the exact moment insurance came? I informed her I wasn t local and asked if they could be mailed or if someone else could pick them up. She told me that someone else could pick them up if I wrote a note and gave a copy of my license. When I called to ask if I could pick up my plates I was told they didn t have them and the insurance company took my car.

Car was towed here from Rocky Point after engine seized. They made me come there in person to pay the bill which was more than double what the towing company I normally use would charge. Then to have the car towed to my mechanic they required me to come there in person to pay the bill (when they had my car). They would not accept online payment or proof of ownership. I d NEVER do business with them again after that experience.

Mary made this stressful situation a lot smother for me.

Fortunately their office is near my house. No one likes using a towing service, but Elite makes the experience fairly painless.

Scott was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! Nice guy, competent, professional, entertaining when things were all fixed! I am so happy, I want to cry!!!!!! We were referred by Mercedes Benz....thank god, they sent him! We all laughed at the end and said we hope we all have good car-ma after this car problem.

Honestly, I don t know why anyone would ever use them. Not only did they hold my car for about a week longer than was needed because all the paperwork was in and they are just liars and wanted to get more money, but they also stole things out of my car when it was in their possession, and then, when I confronted them about it, they had the audacity to lie to me. They are the worst company and I would rather push my car next time than have them come and tow me. They take advantage and they act stupid about it (but the act is real).

All state set me up with a tow from them, we called to check the eta and the dispatcher told us he is going to refuse our request. Although everything says they scheduled to get us shortly. Punctual and professional

Zero stars if I could. The Absolute worst experience. We Had a vehicle towed by them the tow operator was a professional she really was. She had a fast response and had the vehicle on the bed quick. My issue was the Tow company holding my vehicle hostage for 13 days before releasing my vehicle to the autobody shop racking up over 700 dollars in storage fees. Disgusting!! I did everything I was supposed to do. They knew my insurance company paid up to 12 days storage then moved the vehicle to the body shop. We Will never ever use them again. Sucking the life out of the insurance company isn t going to help the customer. Such a trashy move. I hope the tow operator finds a better home. Unbelievable!!!

I had my car towed about 6 miles to mechanic shop was told it was going to be 150 dollars which i was fine with.but tow operator came and tried jump starting car to try get window closed n key out with no success. So he towed to mechanic shop where he tried again with some success .he was able to get key out but window was left open.he then wrote up bill and to my surprise it was over 330 dollars i asked why and was told i was charged an additional 75 dollars twice becauae he tried jump starting.i was never told that i was going to get charged that and then to get charged twice is in insane. So i called the company and the lady i spoke to was very nasty and stated that she gave me a discount its usually 100 dollars everytime we try to jumpstart.not only is this company horrible but they are liars and theives and i will tell everyone i know and they should be put out of buisness for this type of practice. You may think you can get away with this type of practice with no repercussions but we will see now what the BBB has to to say about this.

Went to retrieve my belongings only to find out tools had been stolen from the truck total value over $500. Called office and of course no one knows anything about it. Police report filed and will pull their security camera footage

I had a auto accident and my car was towed to their storage yard My insurance company never took my car after I signed a release and tried to charge me for 3,300 in storage Alan made a deal with with the insurance company and it didn t cost me anything. He dropped half the charges and the ins. Co. Paid the rest. He didn t have to do that and I would have been out 33000. I would highly recommend his towing company.

The people who work the office have bad customer service. Not at all happy with how I was helped by them. However MARVIN, a tow truck driver that took me to the lot where my car was being kept, was amazing!! Super compassionate, kind and helpful.

Ordered a tow through the GEICO app, they said Elite Towing will be there in an hour, after the hour passed, I call to find out where my tow is. I am informed that my mechanic is out of their service area. They said they notified GEICO. They didnt. GEICO had to call another tow which finally came another hour later. Not what I call customer service.

I had a flat tire and contacted my insurance companys roadside assistance. Unfortunately, the Tow truck did not arrive at the expected time, and I had to continuously call for updates. Eventually, the person arrived but did not have the necessary equipment to help me. I called the tow company again and was informed that someone with an air compressor had been sent. However, several hours went by without anyone showing up. Despite making numerous calls and being informed of delays, the representative finally admitted that there had been a miscommunication and none of the tow trucks carried an air compressor to inflate my deflated spare tire. This experience was a complete waste of my time.

Horrible! After our car accident Elite Towing picked up our vehicle and didn t want to release it to my husband, they wanted proof he owned it , understandable but the registration in the car along with drivers license matched. That should have given them the proof to speak respectfully to a customer being involved in a serious accident, Not unprofessionally or having no compassion or sympathy this is not a business that anyone would want to work with after being hurt in a car accident . There are so many other tow companies out there. Please don t waste your time with Elite Towing.

I am extremely shocked to see a 4.8 star rating and find it highly convenientto only reply and acknowledge positive reviews. That alone says a lot about the company. The worst towing/yard experience ever!!! It was such a hassle just to have my truck released from their yard/possession. I was promised the truck for Monday and didnt get it until Wednesday night. It took 3 days of calling and going back and forth with them just to have my truck out and towed to me, and lets not forget they didnt even know where they placed the truck themselves. I genuinely thought it was due to perhaps them being busy but once I finally received my truck and inspected it, I came to find out and realize that there were at least $300 worth of things missing from my truck that they stole!!! Even stole the little bit of change I had in the truck. How pathetic and untrustworthy. They kept the truck for 3 days just so they have time to raid and steal what ever they see and feel like taking. I would NEVER ever use nor recommend this towing company.

My bmw was not starting so i called it elite and within 10 mins Carl in truck #46 called me made sure that i was aware of the pricing for the hook and the miles he processed to be nothing but professional and cautious when hooking and pulling my car onto flat bed. I had a horrible experience with this tow company. They took my car without permission. After I told them I called a tow truck they and the cops left me on the side of the highway to walk home with all my stuff. I was carrying from my car. They didnt give me a chance to get my car out of the ditch..the fat white haired guy lied to me told me, I can get my car that day .after I called them they told me they are closed on weekends. Now they charged me for over night fee. To top it off they put a dent on the back side of my car.

The day of my accident they took 2 hrs to show up even though the accident was literally a block away. My car being left open in the lot resulted in my car being ransacked!!

Car broke down and was given an ETA of 60-90 minutes. 90 minutes passed, no tow. I called, they said another 30 minutes. Called 30 minutes later, they said sorry we had a lot of accidents and you keep getting bumped back but you re up next. How long? Well our guy is just leaving Bethpage. Mind you I was in Farmingville, so would ve been minimum ANOTHER hour. When I complained, they re-routed somebody from Smithtown who got to me about 40 minutes later. In total I waited almost three hours for a tow and never once did they contact me to update me about my ETA getting pushed back. The only redeeming quality was the driver was the nicest guy in the world. But as a company, extremely unprofessional. If you re taking on jobs to pad your bottom line and neglecting the human element that goes with it, you re doing it wrong. Remember, people getting towed are often in a jam dealing with an unforseen issue that s screwing up their whole day. The least you can do is let them know you didn t forget about them and they re going to get taken care of, not blown off. I wouldn t ever voluntarily use them after this experience. Try to live up to your name..

Horrible Business

Quite possibly the worst experience weve ever had. We requested service at 1pm and were told it would be a 30-90 minute wait. Well, that wait turned out to be 5.5 hours. Once it hit 6:30pm, we were told they cancelled the service. They also told the insurance company they went to the location and nobody was there... we never left, hence the need for a tow. Staff answered phones like we were inconveniencing them for calling. Complete unprofessional staff and company, honestly no idea how it has 4.8 stars on here. I hope you guys consider giving appropriate wait times in the future and begin to respect customers time.

The worst service ever!! Driver came to my house to pickup my car to drop off at dealer because it wouldnt start and he said oh its not on neutral so I cant pull it to tow truck and left without saying a word. Extremely unprofessional! so I had to set up another call thru state farm and wait for another tow truck company. Due to this mess the dealer couldnt fix my car the same day.

Ordered a tow truck at 6:45am, I ended up getting this company through my insurance company - it was close to 11am when I had to call my insurance back to ask why it was taking so long to find out it was somehow suddenly canceled on me without notifying me or my insurance company. Basically wasted my time even when I CALLED THEM they said yep tow truck will be there soon we re running behind schedule never we canceled on you . Extremely unprofessional waiting close to 4 hours to be told somehow someway it got canceled. Definitely will be requesting to work with another provider for now on because this was a ridiculous series of events leading to nonsense and time wasted.

Terrible experience. I did not call them directly to tow my car i used onstar and they were sent to me. Car broke down earlier in the day in a public space. the company used elite. No driver called my phone. The dispatcher called 11pm with a disgusting attitude that my car wasn t there and his driver has been calling me. Specifically staying this phone tag game isn t gonna get anything done i said excuse me noone has called me i am right next to my phone i would have answered just like I answered you. 1. I am paying for your service you are not doing me a favor. 2. Speak to your driver and question him with that nasty attitude not the customer. Finally the driver called too with an attitude saying he couldn t find the car. Long and behold after my husband is directing them like its that hard to find 1 lonely car parked at a small marina the car was there. They arrived to my house did not ask where to drop the car they just dropped it anywhere and left. Worst service.

I hired Elite towing to remove illegal parked cars from our commercial lot, After having signs made and installed, and allowed the required amount of time to begin towing cars, the people at Elite towing stated they would not service the account, due to liability issues. The owner wouldnt even get on the phone to speak with me.

Called today (Tuesday 05/31) to get an update about my car. The first young lady that attended me transferred me to a guy didn t get either of their names unfortunately. He was ridiculously rude. Kept on saying they receive a bunch of callers like me wondering where their car is because it s at the dealer and the dealer never looks properly. Kept being nasty. I again called my dealer who reached out to them and they confirmed they still have my car there. Horrible customer service. You get paid to do a job. Do it right or get a new one.

This is the first time I ve ever had the urge to make a review. Got a flat from a foot deep pothole at Port jeff ferry. Richie came within 20 minutes and got my car and I home to westhampton in 40. Fastest and coolest tow driver I ever had. Richie if you read this be good brother.

I don t know why a towing company in Ronkonkoma would accept a call for a tow in West Islip??? Worst experience ever, 60-80 minutes for a tow nope four hours later and still waiting. I could have pushed the car the mile I needed to go, it was a straight run from where I was to the dealer down the road!! This company should lose their licenses!!!

Complete rip-off! I ran over a piece of metal on 495 which burst my back tire. The police called Elite to tow me from exit 61 on 495 to Southampton. (My carrier is ATT which had zero coverage at exit 61, soI could not call myself) The charge was $740! Criminal.

As others have stated, they held my car hostage for 7 days after my accident because each day it sat on their lot the insurance company had to pay them. Shady business. But according to my insurance carrier, tow truck companies do this all the time.

To say that Elite Towing deserves five stars is an understatement! I somehow managed to blow out two tires on the LIE last Saturday. After dealing with AAA unsuccessfully for over 2 hours, Elite was on the scene in under ten minutes. Paul was absolutely fantastic and such a life saver. He deserves a BIG raise/bonus! I was in such a jam and they came to my rescue on Saturday night at 11:30 when I was stuck on the west bound side of sunrise hgwy headed home with my life/my truck tools etc. I had a great time as soon as Richy came to my rescue , best service I have ever dealt with in my career of being a driver in New York ! I love ya Richy , and thank you soo much Elite towing !!!!!

Mike came by to assist us when we needed a tow. He first took a look at our battery to attempt to jumpstart it when the previous roadside assistance (Kevins Roadside Assistance) failed to jump the car and gave up. Mike was able to jump the battery and offered to stick around while we drove around the block to ensure everything was square. Very polite and helpful, thanks elite!

He told me to try elite. George arrived in under an hour. His sense of humor helped ease an annoying situation. I was a victim of a car accident. The police called this company. At the scene of the crime I was in an ambulance. When I came out the tow truck driver was already hooking up my car. They just dragged it up the truck instead of putting the car in neutral, didn t let me take my belongings and then took the car without my keys or a location when I have a body shop I told the police I wanted my car taken too. My groceries and toilet paper and necessities I need that I just purchased were in the vehicle. Now this company is not allowing me to access my vehicle and demanding I pay they for my car. I WOULD HIGHLY AVOID THESE PEOPLE AS THEY ARE CLEARLY OUT HERE TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE WHO ARE A VICTIM OF A CRIME.

She kept giving my mother the run around until the insurance company was called and then all of a sudden remembered everything my mother was saying. The employees had been in the back laughing at my mother and were making remarks about her. This shop is unprofessional and should be reprimanded.

90 minutes to tow. Not necessary an issue. The tow truck driver (female) was a miserable person. Lost keys to my car. Lied about where she left them. Dispatcher (night service) was also pretty rude. Would not recommend because of these two employees.

The person who answered the phone and assisting me was amazing!!! understanding !! and soooooo helpful. My tow truck and driver was there in a half hour polite, efficient, so professional. Worst costumer service experience. So unprofessional

I called at 5pm today to have my car picked up in Huntington village. I was told it would be 40 minutes to an hour which was no problem. I waited in 95 degree heat for the entire time. Finally, an hour and a half later I called again to see where the truck was. I was told it would be another 30 minutes 40 minutes MAX. Another hour passed and still no tow truck. I called again because I was originally quoted 40 minutes to an hour and it had been 2 hours. The man on the phone was very rude and told me he didn t know how long it would be because he doesn t have a GPS. I have been standing outside in 96 degree heat for almost 3 hours now and basically just got hung up on. I don t know how this company is still in business based on the way they spoke to me. I am still on the side of the road waiting for a tow truck and have no idea how long I ll be waiting.

The battery light came on in my car and after looking up what it meant I was not comfortable driving it a possible far distance. I put in a request for road side assistance through my insurance company Allstate and the tow company they used was Elite. The app gave me an ETA of about an hour so it said 11:30am which was fine, I put in the request at about 10:15am and it also told me the cost would be $14.60 after they covered their portion which was also fine. After about 2hrs and no tow I called the base directly and spoke with a dispatcher who said it should be 15min, that was at 12:45pm, I didnt get a call from the driver until 1:18pm and it was to tell me he is now 15min away. He finally arrived at 1:30pm and told me with tax the cost is now $19.62 which the dispatcher failed to tell me over the phone even after I asked can I pay it with a card since I didnt have any cash. The driver Brian was nice enough but when he begins to pull the car onto the flat bed he parked to close to my lawn and scaped up a small section of my grass which was just manicured the day before. Overall i was very displeased with this company and the service they provided, I will not be using them again.

Place is a rip off. I had my car stolen and it was recovered by Suffolk county police department I wanted my car back they wanted me to pay to get it back not right especially if it was stolen. I had issues in the middle of a full custody case time passed I called to see if I can pay and now they have a fee over 5k I had valuable things in the car they know. So thats my experience with this company. It was a 2000 Honda Accord blk. Incase the company reads this.

Ive been waiting since 11 for a tow truck to tow my car to kia and its 2:54 right now. Tried calling the company and they could care less. Horrible reassurance. They say they will try to get a truck to me as fast as they can but when theyve been saying that for 4 hours every half hour theres only so much a customer can do.

No one enjoys calling for a tow truck ... ever ... but the team at Elite treated me like a real person. The customer service rep who took my call had all the answers I needed and Ayez, the driver who took care of me, were both top notch. My driver even waited around for me, to make sure I could get the car running again after the drop off. There is truly no reason to go with any other tow service on LI.

I Have roadside assistance they came within an hour the gentleman was very nice when he contacted me because the stupid roadside app doesnt let you give a description of the location I also emailed my roadside assistance provider about that and they should also let you be able to leave a tip if youre not with the vehicle at pick up loc for the driver... But he was very nice and I wish I got his name so that I could at least get a gift card for lunch. I wasnt with the vehicle at the time of pick up or I would have gave him cash tip!

My car broke down on a road heavy with gravel truck traffic. My insurance company contacted Elite Towing to come get my car and tow it to the Honda dealer. Within minutes of arranging the service, I received a call from the tow truck driver letting me know he was on the way. He promised he d arrive to me as soon as he could and cautioned me to get my things and get out of the car for my safety. It couldn t have been a half hour when he pulled up and saved my morning! Professional, courteous! Above and beyond pleased. So grateful!!

Professional company. We needed a shipping container delivered from Rocky Point to upstate Chenango County. The original company we had scheduled was unable to help due to last minute equipment problems. The pros at Elite were able to help within a few hours. It was a challenging project from start to finish but they got it done. The driver Steve was amazing to work with. Highly recommend!

They were called for a tow after a car accident. Been trying to get possession of my car since 9:30 am Monday now at 4 pm Thursday, after multiple attempts, my insurance claims representative was yelled at that they are now closed website says they are 24/7 business. I just want to stop paying a storage fee and get my car back and can t even get the bill.

My vehicle was being shipped on a transport truck. The truck was involved in an accident. Elite Towing towed the truck with cargo on top to its storage facility. Multiple attempts have been made to have my vehicle released from storage to me so it can be repaired. Elite Towing continues to hold my car, accrue storage fees and will not parse out the actual cost of just my vehicle. This practice seems deceptive since my personal property was just being transported and is being held unreasonably.

Suffolk PD had my car towed after an accident. Elite has given me no clear answers as to where my car is so that I can have it towed to a body shop. They had me come to their ronkonkoma location sign a release so the car can be picked up. Once I arrived my car was nowhere to be found, and they refused to disclose the location of my vehicle, even after I signed the release for my vehicle. They wanted 488.81 and said at that point they will bring my car to the ronkonkoma location to be picked up by a body shop. I agreed and asked to bring it for release and they told me it will be at least 2 hours. They are unprofessional and will do whatever they can to keep your car for as long as they can to rack up storage fees!

The guy I spoke to over the phone was human unlike other people who work for tow companies and he spoke to me like a human being not rude and heartless. Great experience. I didnt give it a 5 because idk if it would have been different if my car was towed.

insurance claim, collision damage. Reps in office are extremely rude. Tells the customers coming in, they have to wear a mask, when all employees are unmasked. I questioned offc manager, her response was i own the business, my rules..If she was the owner, why did she have to ask another rep about policy, and who she can give location of vehicle to, as we were attempting to pick up our 90 year old mothers car. Very Rude associates running the team here.

If I could give it no stars I would, worst experience ever. I needed roadside assistance to change my flat and what had to be a simple fix turned into something more. The insurance company sent somebody who was completely incompetent. I didnt have my car jack in the back so he had to use his truck to lift my car up, however in the process he failed to secure it properly and the next thing I knew my car fell off leaving a piece of my bumper right on the ground. He kept repeating himself that I could just glue it on like as if was some puzzle piece ( mind you I had just recently gotten this car and it was my first time taking it out). To top it off he didnt even do the job and asked that my uncle complete the whole service.A shoutout to the lovely gentlemen who made the night worse was James. After months going back and forth with the insurance company to get this dealt with and repair the damage, they had notified us that after finally reaching out to this company they had denied any accusations of the incident and saying it was all done prior which is completely FALSE and beyond frustrating.

One of the worst experiences I ve had at a tower. Got into an accident and left the hospital to get belongings from the car. Over the phone they told us one set of things that are necessary to be able to release the car. Got to the offices and they gave us another set of guidelines. Sent that in and it was STILL missing info. Meanwhile, I called ahead of time to get the information for this exact reason- they asked my plate number and an insurance claim number with my I.D. get there and the car isn t there nor will they tell me where it is until they can verify claims info. I am not one to complain but the woman at the first desk at their Ronkonkoma office was nasty, rude, and couldn t wait to get home for the day. 0 help. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Terrible company and heartless workers. Elite was dispatched as part of Geico s roadside service and the ETA was 60 minutes. I phoned them at The 65 minute mark and they said I was next to be dispatched, they were just waiting for the guy to free up at his last call. At the 90 minute mark, I phoned Geico and they phoned Elite, who said they were 5 minutes away....at the 105 minute mark, no sign of Elite. I called Elite first, dispatcher said driver was in traffic on LIE, I looked in Waze and no traffic patterns to be seen at 12pm. I phoned Geico back to see if they could expedite but they got same run around, they were told driver was in traffic. The Geico rep mistakenly thought the LIE was a restricted highway and perhaps Elite was not able to service the call. Geico told me to call 911, as I did this, Geico called me back indicating Elite was authorized so I called Elite back to make sure they were on their way, and the dispatcher indicated the service call was canceled by Geico, I phoned Geico and they indicated it was not canceled! The dispatcher lied! I guess that s what happens when you get anxious to be helped and are in need. Awful! So now they ll have to deal with my complaint about them to Geico. After all this, I was on the LIE for 2 hours before my husband called AAA and Smith West Towing came to the rescue quickly in 25 minutes, they even called in between to see how I was doing, how nice! Never again, Geico should not be associated with Elite. I was roadside for 3 hours on the LIE, 10:15am - 1:15pm.

Good service. Drivers are courteous and professional. The only negative is the cost of towing but that is out of this companys control I assume. I would use them in the future without question. Hopefully that occasion never arises because breaking down isnt fun.

Parent got hit by someone who blew a red light. This company was used by the police to tow the car. Person on the site said it would be towed to our house refused to give concrete details. We called the following day and were told that the car was at a body shop, whoever was on the phone refused to provide further inquiry and hung up on us twice. She was rude and unhelpful. She said and quote We don t have your car not our problem , such a terrible employee.

I gave them such a low score because my wife had an accident her. Insurance company who call Elite towing the guy came refused to put her donut on said it was too rusty she had flat tire needed to tow 2 blocks away he ended up leaving saying he had an emergency. To make a long story short it took Elite Towing 7 a.m. to 130 pm so if I could Elite Towing would get a minus 1it was also below 32 degrees

Elite is the first tow company I have ever used. The ETA was 45 minutes, the driver was at my house with in 15 minutes. He was very professional and knowledgeable. He was sure to take extra care not to damage my truck or driveway. He delivered and placed my truck into a parking spot perfectly. Highly recommend. I thought the price was fair and reasonable.

My car had recently been through a car accident and needed to be towed. The driver came about 10 minutes early and was very gentle when dropping off the car. I really appreciated that. Minus 2 stars for the receptionists poor customer service. Although the driver arrived at the drop-off location right on time, he passed the location and I had no way of getting in touch with him. I called the towing company and the receptionist was very rude and unhelpful. She gave me no chance to explain the situation, leading me to hang up in frustration. Thankfully the driver was able to get in touch with me to sort out the issue.

They towed my vehicle after my accident. I needed to stop by to get something, so I called them after my GPS kept telling me that I passed the location. After passing twice, I called them. They told me theyre across the street from the gas station. Well, that didnt help. I listed a couple of the businesses, and the woman was like, Oh, yeah! Were behind Lake Lanscaping. Because that piece of information wouldnt have helped earlier. The GPS kept showing Oak St., but there is no sign saying Oak St. I later find out that the side lane that leads from Ronkonkoma Ave to Elite is actually Oak St. Now when I got to talking to the staff, they were very dismissive. I could never get an answer from the receptionists. I would have to speak to their boss who always was conveniently on the road towing cars. If you can, just avoid this company. I had a terrible experience after my accident.

This place is the company that you should do business with if you need something towed or having road side assistance. I had just had my tire blow out and called them to tow the car to my mechanic. They send the driver mike over and told me instead if towing the car over there he could change the tire and place the doughnut on himself. He was kind and very helpful.
