Found this shop in a hurry, when I was told repeatedly by recep. at TYT dealer we dont do body work = we ask you to leave.... so I pulled out my Google Map, did a quick search and I think I was so lucky. Everyone at Kaiser was comfortably nice, easy-going and professional!!! The repair was beautifully done. They even took care of arranging the rental car. This is the place you can trust and leave your car with.

I had the best experience at Kaiser Body Shop! What a pleasure it was working with Steve, Drew and Kristin! So professional and so nice. I was nervous to get any work done on my vehicle, but they all made me feel so comfortable and confident in their work. Did absolutely beautiful work on my car and were able to perfectly buff out all the scratches I put on my car while trying to get pine sap off (never again lol). Went to pick up the car and they said they were just giving a little complimentary car wash. Got into my vehicle and they completely surprised me with an interior detail as well! So thankful!! 10/10 recommend this shop!

This is probably my fifth or sixth time using Kaiser s body shop and I have to say I ve been extremely happy every time. Honestly can t believe I m just getting around to write a review. The office ladies are so friendly nice and knowledgeable. Steve is great to work with gave me a on the spot estimate and is extremely reasonably priced especially for the quality of work that they do. I ve had a few new bumpers (fender benders) and just recently had my new car buffed out from some scratches from the previous owner and it looks great!! So happy thank you guys if I could give six stars I would!

I came to Kaiser Body Shop on the recommendation of my sister, whos been doing business with them for a few years. I could not have been more pleased with the results. I talked to Steve and he assessed my problem and had it fixed extremely quickly. I was so impressed with my total experience with Kaiser! I was sent to them by Mercedes because my Sprinter Van would not fit in the bays at Mecedes. My whole experience was top notch!! They were courteous, kept me informed all of the time, went out of their way to be sure everything was done to top standards, and even cleaned my vehicle stem to stern inside and out! I would highly recommend them for any any autobody job!!

I just collected my Subaru after the repair after a typical fender bender. I have been a customer nearly two decades, and Kaiser once again proved its value. The quality of job is outstanding. The repairs were done on time. All the arrangements were made easy and comforting at the time of stress. Even though accidents happen infrequently, they cause a lot of stress, so it is good to know that the car is in good hands with Kaiser. They earned my trust and high recommendation.

My daughter has a leased car at a college in Troy, NY and it was damaged in the parking lot. The local Toyota dealer doesnt have a body shop, so they told us to here. Kristen at Kaiser Body Shop was a joy to work with. She took the time to talk to me on the phone (we dont live in the area). They took care of everything. It was a very pleasant and professional experience.

I just picked up my truck from Steve and the Kaiser gang. This is the 10th time they have done work on my trucks, my wifes cars and my daughters cars. As usual the work was outstanding! They are second to none when it comes to quality and craftsmanship. Their ability to color match is amazing. I have had blues and Triple Platinum Metallic shot by them and the color matches are perfect. The vehicles are cleaned after the work is done better than the best car washes. Anybody who needs body work done and doesnt go to Kaisers is making a Hugh mistake! They are the best ! Period.

I had my car repaired here after a collision and they did an excellent and quick job. A couple months after, I noticed something I thought may have been related to the repair and asked them if they would look at it. They found the issue, which had nothing at all to do with the repair and was actually a factory issue - but they repaired it for me anyway, for free. Steve made me feel very comfortable while I waited for the repair, even offered to make me coffee. I was blown away by the courtesy and care and recommend Kaiser to anyone.

They do good work but theyre not cheap.

So I hit a deer on my way to work with my 2012 Chrysler Town N Country. Steve was so helpful through the whole process. Additional parts and work was needed so he contacted Geico on my behalf and handled everything. Very fast turn around time and the van looks better than when I purchased it in 2016. Came in with a dented bumper. In about 15 minutes, the dent was gone and I didnt pay a cent, all thanks to Steve Cioppa. Couldnt be happier with the service he provided. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Someone hit my right front fender and drove away, leaving me with an unexpected expense. Took my car to Steve at Kaisers and he immediately found me a fender that was in the color of my car for about $1000 less than I had expected. Dont go anywhere else. Kaisers is the best in the area. Had an issue with my sunroof not closing, Kaiser was recommended as the place to go. My car was in the shop the following morning, and even though they didnt have experience with this exact issue before they still took the time figure it out....within 1 hour, while coming in at less than 1/2 of expected cost (which would have likely been many times that amount at the dealer). I can now highly recommend this body shop. Their customer service, quality of work and very reasonable cost are outstanding.

Quoted less than the dealership for a broken mirror. After a 15 minute initial appt I was told to come back in a few days and when I did the part was installed in 20 minutes for even less than the price quoted. Extremely happy. Will come again!

Great service and work. Brought my one year old Acura RDX on two separate occasions when we had some minor damage to front bumper. Steve was awesome, great customer service, worked with us and able to get the work done immediately. Cannot even see any damage or repair work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Update 7/8 Had to bring my Acura in again for work, got hit while I was parked. Again another 5 star level of service. Work was done quickly and very high quality. Steve was great, a usual. He worked with me and went over the various options, very accomodating. Also worked with Krista who was very helpful. Again HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Recommended to me by my Toyota dealer for body work. Listened carefully to what I wanted done and did not try to up-sale. A simple solution was proposed and quoted. When I came back for the repair appointment, I was there less than 15 minutes. This is my 2nd very positive experience with Kaisers.

Clean body lines, truck looks factory!

As someone who takes pride in the condition of my vehicles, I am cautious of who I trust. Kaiser is a shop that i absolutely trust and does incredible work. The staff is all knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The work is absolutely incredible but dont take my word for it, see for yourself and you too will be fully satisfied! If you want a body shop that takes pride in their work and will not let you down, then you should choose Kaiser!

I would not recommend working with them at all and it has nothing to do with quality of work, but everything to do with customer service (or lack thereof). I run a small non-profit corporation who needed a vehicle painted. We obtained three estimates for work and opted to go with Kaiser Body Shop. After being told they could take the vehicle in a couple or three weeks, we called at that time frame to make arrangements for dropping off the vehicle. We placed no less than 20 calls to Mike and left messages each time. After about the 10th or so call, it became a running joke that the woman answering our calls and taking messages was clearly very embarassed for her employer. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. We moved on to another body shop. I would not ever take a vehicle there, nor would I recommend them, no matter how good of work they might do.

Due an unfortunate set of circumstances, we had two cars in need of body work. We went to Kaiser (based on a recommendation from Acura) and couldn t have been more happy with the work. One car went through insurance and they made that process seamless. Steve Cioppa is terrific. We will bring our cars (but keeping our fingers crossed we won t need to!). Thanks.

Kaiser is an outstanding business. I was referred to Kaiser by a top auto mechanic. I found the vibe at Kaiser immediately professional and friendly; the building, inside and out was immaculate. I met with Steve for an estimate on damage to my Nissan. He was knowledgable and efficient. He showed me options and helped me make an informed decision on the scope of the body work. The finished product was impeccable and reasonably priced. I was lucky to find Kaiser and I highly recommend it.

I needed some work done on my Tundra as a result of an accident and I was told to reach out to Steve at Kaiser. Best decision I could ve made. They met with me the same day of the accident for an estimate and ordered the parts that same day. Steve called me the following day and fit me in to get the repairs done. They literally repaired my vehicle one day after the accident and I could not be happier with the work! Very professional and friendly staff made the experience even better. I live 40 minutes from the shop, but I m a Kaiser customer for life now!

They fixed a dent in my door and made it look like new. Were very profession, fair, and helpful.

Needed to get an estimate on damage to one of our work trucks. Mike got me right in and took care of an estimate for the company I work for. He got all the information and pictures he needed and I was on the road back to work in 15 minutes.

I recently used Kaiser Body shop to do some work on my Lincoln. I cant speak highly enough of my experience at Kaisers. The Quality of work is like no other, and the staff is very helpful. I wouldnt go anywhere else!

I cannot say enough about how absolutely wonderful Kaisers was to work with. They were professional, timely with our vehicle, and made everything go so smoothly (even dealing with our extremely difficult insurance company). Steve Cioppa handled the repair work on my wifes Lexus while we were away on vacation. He was extremely knowledgeable and customer-friendly. After a communications disconnect on the vehicle pick up, Steve personally took care of the issue and made the vehicle available on the weekend even though it was his day off and the shop was closed. Hit the curb pulling into a parking spot and gave Kaiser a call because the front bumper fell off. They had me come over immediately and were a pleasure to work with. I have had the pleasure of dealing with Kaiser Autobody twice. When dealing with a damaged car, something that is quite upsetting, their caring attitudes and professionalism makes the situation more tollerable. The facility is top notch! I could look at their die cast truck collection all day. This isn t just any collection, this is a first class and extremely well maintained collection. Everything was professional from the first introduction, working through the repair and then helping to deal with the insurance. The finished product was very well done and included all new Honda parts. The bodywork and paint quality is fantastic. I would never hesitate to recommend Kaiser to anyone that asked. I won t say that I would go back because I m a bit superstitious. (But I absolutely would). Great place, great people and great work!

What is it that we all want from an auto body repair shop; above all honesty followed closely by excellent service and great work. Nearly all of us havent a clue about body repair work as in what needs to be done versus what is an extra or unnecessary. I/we feel at a real disadvantage. Well if my experience today with Kaiser body shop in Latham is an example of their approach to the customer, you can set those fears aside. I pulled in after having scuffed the side of my garage with my vehicles front end (actually, even worse, it was my wifes 6 month old new car). Before I could fill out a simple sign in sheet the car was looked at and immediately the garage paint was removed. Both the technician and the receptionist were incredibly nice. The technician noted a chip area and told me what it would cost to make it perfect. However, he also noted that if it was his car he probably wouldnt bother as you have to get within 5 inches to even see it. I agreed and not only appreciated the quick service, but I also really appreciated the honest advice. Kaiser will be my first (and likely only stop) in the future in the event I need vehicle body work. I would suggest you would be well served to do the same. Neal

Every experience Ive had with Kaiser has been exceptional. The staff is courteous and very attentive. They go above and beyond. Ive dealt with Steve when Ive gone to Kaiser. He has always gone out of his way to assist me. Any work Ive have done has been completed as promised. My car looked as good as new (maybe better LOL) when they were finished. I would never consider going anywhere else to have work done. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking to have work done on their automobile.

I have always loved the car business, except when it comes to body shops. I recently brought a 2013 Prius plug in to the Toyota dealer to have a right parking light housing replaced. I was told that because the car was a plug in hybrid, it would cost $425 before tax!!!! I then would go to Kaiser and Steve Cioppa quoted me $175 if the bumper did not have to come off and $275 if it did. I was elated. When I brought the car in I was charged $151.00. I saved $274.00!!!! AND..... the work was done in 40 minutes! Aside from the great price, the shop is impeccably clean and staff very friendly! They offered me coffee and a bagel, too! A clean body shop with friendly staff, that does great work, is reasonably priced, and honest! Amazing! My advice, avoid the dealers and go see Steve. You will be happy you did!

Ive been here two times to fix scratches on my bumper and each time they did an exceptional job. Not only did they charge me a fraction of what the original dealership estimated but they gave me a discount. Also, they got my work done within one day due to my lack of transportation which was a huge favor. And the work they do on my car is so perfect it seems as if nothing ever happened in he first place. The entire staff is very friendly and accommodating especially Steve. They really know what good customer service means and how to execute it. If you ever need any repairs done Kaisers body shop is your best option.

My car was damaged when it was hit but another person . On a recommendation from my insurance agent, I took my car to Kaiser. They were efficient, courteous and thorough in explaining the process and helping me to obtain a rental car. I got my car back in the time frame in which it was promised and it looked brand new, inside and out. They even cleaned the interior which was above and beyond their scope of work. I would recommend their shop to anyone; keep up the good work!!

Had Kaisers complete body work on my suv after being rear ended (two different times!) I cant say enough about their friendly staff and excellent service. The entire process - from estimate to completion - was simple and smooth. Will always return for any service or repair.

Weve brought our van in for repair after our mechanic was unable to determine how to fix our passenger door. We were delighted with the results! Some time later, the door seemed to be acting up again. We brought it in and the door operates smoothly once again. The staff at Kaisers is professional, honest and helpful. I recently went to Kaiser for the first time. I had a leak where rain water was getting into the base of my trunk. I brought the car in to have it looked at. We determined the issue, it wasnt an invasive fix but it still took about an hour of the shops time. Steve worked on my car right there to fix an issue caused by a Nissan dealership. He was of great help and did it all free of charge! That is such a rarity these days. I owe these guys. If youre considering bringing your car in, dont hesitate, they do great work and have a very clean pro shop. Nice, inviting, and friendly. 5 stars all the way. Steve saved me time and money. I have recently moved to the area and just brought my car there for the first time. I felt comfortable from the minute I dropped my car off. They were in constant communication and completed their work perfectly. They ended up not needing to take an extra step that they had initially included in their quote and deducted that from the final price, while they could have easily still charged me for it and I would have never known.

Easy to do business with!! Thank you Angelo. Took my car there after getting hit by a deer, handed Angelo my insurance company estimate and the next day he called me to schedule the work. When I arrived he had a rental car there waiting for me and introduced me to Steve who would be managing the repair for me, they explained the repair could take up to nine days but were confident they would complete it sooner. 5 days later Angelo called me and told me my car was ready, and when I picked it up it was nice and clean and looked great!!!! They even convinced my insurance company to allow them to use OEM parts instead of the aftermarket ones called for in the original estimate.

This was my second experience with Kaiser Body Shop and again it was excellent. In October, 2015 a car backed into my wifes BMW sedan, at the passenger side rear door and quarter panel. Kaiser went above and beyond the service I expect when I go to a body shop! I first came to Kaiser two years ago on the recommendation of a car-loving friend. My three week old car had been side-swiped by a neighbor and I was distraught! Kaiser not only came in with a lower quote (I had to get a comparable just in case!), but they did a great job and I had my car back good as new. I went back today after I lightly hit a wooden post, leaving some nice white scratches on the front fender. I absolutely could not ask for better service than what I got- Steve came out to look at the damage, went back in, and came out with supplies to fix it. It looked worse than it was, and he got rid of the paint transfer right then and there! When other places might have tried to tell me I needed to have work done (the first time Id gone in, the other place Id checked out told me I needed a whole other section of the car re-painted), he was happy to help me out. He let me know that theyve got the same great team as they had when I was there in 2012, so I will definitely see them if I ever need work done again - and I recommend them to anyone who needs a body shop!

You cant go wrong with this shop for body work. I have had a number of repairs done here with great results. Recently I had a small problem with a body panel that cracked. It was repaired in a accident over two years ago but I thought I would check to see if it was still covered before I spent $500+ repairing it. They offer a lifetime parts guarantee since it was a Nationwide claim. They went out of their way to research it and ended up getting me a brand new part free of charge! It is nice to do business with a firm that stands by their word. Plus the quality of their work is excellent. Hopefully I will stay clear of more accidents but if I need body work in the future I will use Kaisers.

Hi, I was in an accident. The front end of my car was crunched up. The air bags deployed. To me it was a mess. I took the car to Kaiser Body Shop. They fixed the car up like it was new. They provided great customer service and detailed communication when I called them. I am surprised at the other feedback being so negative. Totally the opposite of what I experienced. I recommend Kaiser and would return there again, if needed.
