Recommended by dealership to call here. Impossible to reach though the phone. Tried calling numerous times and selecting 1 to schedule an appointment. Takes you to a voicemail. Nothing... Tried the website to schedule... someone will call back. So far not impressed, may update if that changes.

I received my vehicle back yesterday, from a distance it looks brand new and i was happy. until i started driving on the highway i noticed my driver side mirror to be distorted and i also noticed when i have my sunroof open in any way there is a really loud whistling noise and they put on a new door which could be the cause of this but I am incredibly unhappy with this.

I have to walk in 7 times to take an appointment or even to talk to service and collision team. They gave a maintenance appointment and Keeler team realized on the appointment day that my vehicle is not ready for the maintenance. The same day I took an appointment for collusion repair. There is no updates for 6+ weeks. A simple Paint ding and dent repair is taking more than two months. I m still waiting for my vehicle. Probably it might take another 4 months!! The worst customer support and the worst maintenance department overall Keeler dealer team in Albany. NY areas is hopeless case.

Last week, I was involved in a car accident and had my vehicle towed to BMW Keeler. After the car sat there for a day without any communication from their office, I had to make multiple calls to finally reach a representative. The representative informed me that it would take at least three weeks just to inspect my car, not even to begin repairs. I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned I might consider salvaging the car. When I asked for a salvage value, they couldnt provide one, so I contacted another mechanic. BMW Keeler kept my car for an additional day in an unsuccessful attempt to obtain a salvage value. It was only then that they informed me I would be billed $650 for storage and an administrative fee, which they had never mentioned until I informed them I was planning to relocate the car. This was incredibly unprofessional and by far the worst Ive encountered with any car dealership. Do not take your car here.

5 stars from start to finish! I received many updates about where my car was during the process of the bodywork being completed. My car was done prior to the expected date and it was clean and wiped down on the inside and outside! The service far exceeds my expectations!

The Collision Center at BMW was super helpful and knowledgeable. My car had significant damage and was completed in a few weeks. Jake was especially helpful and great to work with.

Had my car in for collision repair and they repaired the car in a very timely manner and did an excellent job on the installation and repair. Came out amazing!!! Then had my car in for service which Dan p. got the service in a very efficient time and got it back within a week. I recommend the collision repair body shop to anybody in the area and also the service lane.

I had my Mercedes dropped off at Keeler collision center(which was unscheduled) and they were very welcoming. I started the process with Cory going over the details. The collision center got right to work on it right after the insurance adjuster came. I couldn t be more grateful for all of their work. My Benz looks brand new like nothing happened. The repair was immaculate, color matching perfect. They handled insurance negotiations and made the entire repair process a pleasure. The rental car they supplied was fantastic & I was in and out in no time for drop off and pickup.

My experience here was a long process, which was do to parts, not Keeler. I would highly recommend using thier service. They kept me well informed throughout the process and even delivered the car to my house when it was done. It look exactly like it did the day I pulled it out of the lot. Although we didnt like having to wait a few weeks before our car was even looked at, Keeler was always forthright and responsive to our questions. When the work was done and we were trying to find a day/time to pick car up they offered to drop it off here (an hour away) which was much appreciated.

The team there was exceptional! Christina and Brian were assigned to my repairs and kept me aware of all changes and progress. She was instrumental in getting my rental car and ensuring the car was ready as promised. She was professional, kind, and made sure the car looked brand new. The manager and his team were amazing how they transformed my car and got me in swiftly. I would recommend them for any repairs that you might have and know they are in your corner in working with the insurance companies. Recently we purchased a new Mercedes Eqe from Keeler Mercedes. We only had the car for 2 weeks and someone hit our car while it was parked! The driver took full responsibility and called his insurance company and told them he hit us, his fault. His insurance company contacted me and said no worries we will take care of everything. So with the car only being 2 weeks old and a new model where else would I bring it, Keeler. Well, after Keeler wrote the estimate the insurance started playing games. we dont pay that labor rate, blah, blah, blah! If it werent for the staff at Keeler (Christine and Kearstin) who went to bat for us and fought with the insurance company to get everything covered we would have been sol. They fought for us and got everything covered and the car came out absolutely beautiful! Cant thank them enough! Would highly recommend!

Wonderful experience! I had some body damage done to my car. The entire experience of the repair, from the estimate with Kearstin, through the entire repair process, I could not have been more satisfied. I was texted with progress updates every few days. When there was a delay in being able to complete part of the repair, Kristina was incredible. She went out of her way to get the rest of the repair done in the most efficient manner possible, with the least inconvenience to me. Kristina is the kind of person you want on your team! While I never interacted with the members of the Collision Center who did the actual repair, they did a great job. I highly recommend Keeler Collision Center.

I recently used Keeler for rear end damage on my Mercedes. The contact between insurance, Keeler and the Enterprise was seamless. A car was waiting for me when I dropped off my car and I received frequent updates.

My experience at Keeler Collision Center was the single worst experience I have ever had in getting a car repaired in my life. From the moment I arrived to obtain an estimate, I was keenly aware that their number one priority was to maximize the amount they obtained from the insurance company for a very minor repair. My car was scuffed in a parking lot by another car pulling in next to me, marring the black vinyl wrap around the corner of the bumper, cracking the small, separate bottom piece of the tail light lens, and popping one of the parking sensors out of place. There were no dents, no body damage, no paint impacted. It was the type of damage that was so minor cosmetically that I probably would have simply buffed out the vinyl wrap and lived with it, if not for the fact that the parking sensor needed to be replaced (or more likely, just popped back into place). The repair ended up costing $4200. Their writeup included ridiculous numbers of hours for a repair that could not have possibly taken more than an hour or 2 at the most and included completely made-up work like painting (there was simply no paint on the car that was impacted at all), hours for cleaning and testing and tech support. I believe this company is guilty of insurance fraud. They and companies like them are the reason insurance rates are so high in New York State. (And my insurance was not involved at all. The other guy was completely at fault and it was his insurance that was paying for the repair. No matter, as soon as Keeler understood this was an insurance job, they kicked into high gear getting the number up as high as possible). I intend to never purchase another car at Keeler as a result of this experience. I am reporting their shop and my experience to NYS DMV and state insurance department. And I strongly suggest that if you need body work done to your car, you avoid Keeler and find a local body shop that conducts business in a reputable, honest manner.

Have had the car back for a few days now after a rear end collision repair. They did a great job. Everything looks great. Gave regular updates and kept me informed on progress. Very smooth and painless.

I had to go in the door of the Collision Center, which is located between BMW and Mini buildings, and it was a little hard to find. I had damage to my bumper and they replaced it perfectly, just like it was on my car originally. I was also very impressed with the friendly staff and impeccable service.

The initial attempt to contact the collision center was very frustrating. I was surprised that no one EVER answers the phone and all the calls go straight to voicemail. However, once I dropped off the car and got the name and number of my contact person, the communication was easy.

After being sideswiped by a truck overloaded with brush that didn t even stop to see what damage they had done, I was left with a beautiful car with scratches all down the passenger side. Keeler Collision was able to put her back into amazing condition with the help of my insurance company, New York Central Mutual. Had my car back in 3 weeks with only OEM parts. Jake was great to work with and very responsive. Also, their agent worked diligently with my insurance company to get my $1300 out of pocket expense down to just my deductible.

Customer service excellent. Corey is great. My issue is with some of the costs and charges that led to State Farm not paying for about 25% of total cost. Some of it I understood i.e. 200 to check seat belts others I didnt. Im done with state farm. Between 2 million/ billion dollar companies haggling over a grand that I got stuck with it. It doesnt sit well and seems near signed. I travel a bit to buy cars and use your service dept because I love the product and your team. More disappointed than anything at this point.

I went in to Keelers Collision department with my Mercedes (had a scratch on my front bumper). Christina was very attentive to me and gave me updates on my vehicle till the day i picked it up! I recommend working with her. She was a great help and very easy to work with through the process.

Lets be honest - no one wants to have to go to a body shop because that means youve been in an accident. That being said, Keeler made the experience as painless as one could hope. I brought my car to Keeler collision after being struck by another vehicle. I purchased my vehicle from Keeler Mercedes and wanted the damage to be repaired at Keeler. I had over $8,000 in damages that the insurance company was not willing to pay for and wanted me to go to Ford to have after market parts put on my car. Kacey and the Keeler team fought hard for me and after weeks of going back and forth with the insurance company, I was able to walk away with my car in brand new condition and I didn t have to pay one penny out of pocket. I couldn t be happier with my experience at Keeler Collision and wish that there were more people like Kacey in the customer service field. 5 well-deserved stars from me!

I noticed that the paint was peeling along the top strip of the winshield on my BMW X5! I brought the car into Keeler Collision Center for repair and they did an awesome job and didn t even charge me a penny! I had my 2014 moon roof replaced. The insurance company wanted me to use their own shop but I chose Keeler because they have a Honda dealership and I wanted to use manufacture replacement parts. By far the worst collision center on the east coast. Ben the Manager has no clue. The owner is rude and is out of touch. You cant mess up someones car and blame them. Saying you went above and beyond when you didnt even do the job right the 1st time. They are in bed with the insurance companies. Consumer beware!

What an extraordinary experience at Keeler! A special shout out to Andrew in the Service Department, and Doug in the Body Shop. After my 328i xDrive had an encounter with an animal, the front end took a beating, including a crack in the aux radiator, which drained all the fluid from both radiators, and a trashed front bumper area including fog light, air ducts, sensors, etc. I heard from the team every day by text or telephone, the repair was completed on time, and they were tenacious with the insurance company --right up to the time I came to pick up the car. As you can see from the photos, as near as I can tell my car looks brand new. I could not be more pleased.

Keeler Collision repaired my Mercedes after a snow plow hit my bumper, while it was parked. Christina was the first to greet me, upon dropping my vehicle off for repairs. She was polite, professional, reassuring, showed compassion about my unfortunate accident. Christina was prompt and concise when she contacted me, when she said she would, about what needed to be done and the steps moving forward. Ed was the next to contact me, mid repairs, to give an update. He, too, was very professional and gave detail about what had been done and what needed to be done. Repairs were done within a couple weeks and within the timeframe I was initially provided. Once repairs were done, my insurance dragged their feet about paying the supplemental amount for repairs. Ed and Christina went above and beyond to get the supplement paid in a timely manner so that I could pick up my vehicle. Christina greeted and assisted me when picking up my vehicle. Again, professional, pleasant and courteous. Back bumper was replaced and you couldn t tell it had. I ve had bad experiences in the past where the color didn t match, but this was perfect. Car was cleaned inside and out, washer fluid was put in. Car was in great shape! I thank all those at Keeler Collision who assisted in these repairs. I am so glad I went with Keeler Collision.
