Keeler BMW Service in Latham

First off I want to say I had an amazing experience with the sales department at Keeler bmw but I had a little situation where I had to take my car in to get some collision work done and I had the worst experience with the service center I had went to pick up my car once it was ready, when I had arrived I had found my car with scratches on it when I had my car ppf and everything and they going to tell me it wasn’t them and and when I had showed proof that those scratches wasn’t there when I had drop my car off they didn’t want to reimburse me, and just recently I had went in for washer fluid refill tell me why the females that was working h had an attitude and after she had done she slammed my hood and going to have an attitude with me so i advice not to take your car there for no service done have it done bmw of south Albany

I was in from out of town and received an alert in my car that coolant was low. Keeler told me to come on in and they B would top it off. In and out in minutes and they addressed air levels in my tires too! Great service.

honestly been dealing with them for years and have gotten nothing but half ass service especially the last few years with the guys who handle any of the front of house maintenance consultants. The mechanics who actually do their job is great and you get a very good end result most of the time but when dealing with the front of house type people it becomes really hard to get things through and I have yet to work with anyone that has been decent when dealing with certain issues. Looking forward to getting out of my bmw with them and going else where.

Whenever you sell or trade in your BMW in the future, a recorded detailed history of you getting the vehicle serviced or repaired at the BMW dealership means a lot to your prospective buyer and or trade in value. People don't want to pull up records of their BMW to be from dinky cut corners on repair and service garages. Great service, very knowledgeable staff. The service manager was extremely kind and addressed any concerns I had, especially about the bill. They will be more than happy to thoroughly go over the work completed along with a detailed breakdown of cost in parts and labor. My family services/ bought their cars from keeler and I am happy to be apart of their customers.

This was my first service experience with BMW service I previously had a Mercedes Benz and loved the service but due to Jeanie Halabuda my experience was the best ever! I had a loaner car great communication with her everything was completed in a timely manner and all my concerns were resolved! My car was returned in mint condition too ! She was a great advisor made this experience exceptional!
