I came for a recall and just after I leave my car wasn’t accelerating more than 50miles/h and noises were coming in from the engine. And new code for check engine sign came in. Now they don’t even want to look at it
I've been a Toyota fan since I was old enough to drive. One of the many reasons that I've always been a loyal fan is the service department alone. The best advisors and I wouldnt bring my vehicles anywhere else.
I called 8am in the morning to reach a lady for reservations. She said they are closed and it’s Labor Day. I asked questions but she just said she’s not in the office and she’s home due to it being Labor Day. She then said have a good day when I had more questions. It just felt like she was rushing me off the phone. If you’re closed and you’re not working, why are you picking up the phone? Horrible customer service. I didn’t use their service because I didn’t even have a chance to book! She should have never picked up the phone. I left the call with “ok you’re rushing me off the phone… “ she goes “you have a great day, take care” 🤣 Rude.
Making an appointment here is meaningless. I'm sure the service and repairs are problem free, but coming in for a tire rotation will have you waiting hours, regardless of when you made your appointment for. What's the purpose of an appointment if the garage can't work on your car at that time?
Toyota Service Center was Awesome! The Staff is Awesome and Friendly, Angela was Amazing and Helpful to me. Brought my car here this afternoon due to a rattle noise and they fixed it. Am so Grateful and Thankful to the people who fixed and worked on my car.
Came here for oil change. And left the place. Half an hour later, I realized weird sounds coming from the car. my exhaust was cracked. I dont know if it's a coincidence. But I didnt do anything wrong in that half an hour. I came back to service. First they wanted to charge to check it again. But then they pull the car inside for free and showed me the crack. Exhaust must be change. Huge amount of money. They did something over there for short term. And thats it. I appreciated their total behaviour. Service menager's efforts to explain things to me was genuine. There is no sound comig from the car now. I thing they welded. They didnt charge anything extra. But I'm still not sure if it was my fault or their fault. (Their waiting place was perfect)
Would have been 3 stars a year or two ago, but since upgrading to the new building is fantastic. The service is great and usually quick now that they have more bays. The waiting room is bigger and not cramped anymore. Plus it's easier to get to from service to the show room. They made all the right improvements in all the right places, plus their prices are competitive.

I visited this above mentioned place with my son who was interested to buy me a new Toyota car. But unfortunately it was not available here. However the sales manager who talked with was really a thorough gentleman and helped us with other available cars too. This is a great car sales community.

I have always had good experiences with Northway Toyota. The employees are friendly and helpful and I have always found their work to be excellent. My latest experience was with Ray Gillis, Service Advisor, who went out of his way to make sure that I was satisfied.
They are professional, its a really nice place. No BS because they actually called and told that it was going to be another hour because staff didnt show

I dont actually take my car to this place but my girlfriend does, and I can tell you they have a very comfortable waiting area and the people seem really nice.

Everyone that I came in contact with was extremely considerate and friendly to me. And the service people took the time to explain all that was being done to my car.
Brought my 2006 Tacoma in with a transmission issue, told me it was a safety switch in my shifter and need to replace before going any further to diagnose any other issues so I did that cost $750 with parts and labor needless to say the first hour and a half my truck wasn t even looked at but still charged me for it. When they finally did what they did and handed me the bill I specifically asked if that was the problem and they said yes ur good. Well obviously it wasn t bc my transmission is still having shifting issues so I called to speak with a manager and got his voicemail and left a message, that was 4 days ago and I still haven t received a call back. NOT A HAPPY CUSTOMER

Reliable service. Had a great experience with Neal Anthony as our service advisor. Only place we buy cars from and it is where all 3 of our family cars get serviced. Excellent job is naking me feel comfortable with precautions during covid-19 also.

If you want an oil change, fine. If you have a complex intermittent problem, they blow you off. Take your car to a place that cares customers are happy when they leave. If zero was a rating they would get it.

They can fix obvious issues, no questions about that. However it always feels like if they find one part bsd they recommend changing every single part linked to it. Like if they find front left rotor bad, They recommend changing all brakes, rotors, etc on all tires. After the main problem is fixed I can usually get these other issues they bring up fixed by a local mechanic for like a quarter of the price. You pay extra for all of the good parts and warranties, but sometimes it feels like they blow small issues out of proportion to try and sell you things

I was in for 60k maintenance. Got there early so I could get a ride to work and be on time. Driver took me on the scenic route. Got no calls during the day. Had an issue with an undercarriage cover flap not properly engaging which was not resolved. Picked up the car after hours via bus, since I had to stay late to make up the morning time. When I got in the car and started it the maintenance required light was still on. Thankfully the shop still had some people there who could reset the light/timer. The next day I noticed the flap was still not engaged, even though there was a record of that being addressed, as well as the maintenance required light being reset. I havent been there since the replacement shop was built. I probably wont go back.
