Recently needed to replace a lost spare key on my Honda Accord. Was given a price of $391,( including the rax). I told the that was outrageous! I told them I was a long time customer of them,( 3 Accords ,2 leased and 2 Civics) Made no difference to them, they were firm on $391! Have zero problem wth their vehicles..but come on! That's outrageous for a long time customer. I left nicely but informed them I'm now a Toyota Camry man as will be my children. I couldn't believe they wanted almost $400 for a spare key. Even the parts department guy agreed wth me.

Avoid Keeler Mercedes for Service! Overall Experience: I strongly recommend avoiding Keeler Mercedes for your service needs! This has been my second disappointing and negative experience now. Stay away whenever you can. The area has many highly skilled garages and auto repair shops that not only appreciate you as a customer but also do a much better job on any brand and model of car. First Experience: Several years ago, I had to get my locks repaired for my CLS500 at Keeler Mercedes. The job was not only overpriced but also sloppy at best. I had to return twice for further fixes (the trunk lock was not done properly, and the windows were not closing correctly). To this day, there is still a squeaking noise at hot outside temperatures. Recent Experience: This time, I visited for a recall and brake system warranty repair. It ended up being another disappointment. The customer service is non-existent—no proactive updates on the status of the car for four workdays. Messages went unanswered, and when I finally reached them on day four, I was told they were waiting for a senior mechanic to look at it, despite having this appointment scheduled three weeks prior. The service representative only called back after I contacted the service manager a week later. It all ended up being a software update to the brake system. To top it all, while driving home, I got a new error message indicating that the cruise control did not work (a nearby garage checked and fixed it within 30 minutes). That Mercedes service center is an embarrassment to the brand! As stated, if you can, stay away from Keeler Mercedes Service.

I recently had my Mercedes GLS 580 serviced at Keeler. My experience was fantastic. Everyone was helpful from the beginning. The service appointment scheduler was super friendly, the valet was extremely helpful for me since I own my own business and needed a loaner car while mine was being serviced. Matt in the service department was great; he listened to my concerns and answered my questions and kept me up to date on things. My car was returned to me with everything done that I had asked for. I couldn't be happier with my experience. I highly recommend Keeler!

I recently had my vehicle service at KEELER MERCEDES and few weeks ago. It was the worst decision of my life. So I scheduled a service appointment but the representative told me I could bring my car in early and if they have any openings they would try to get it worked on. So that didn't happen. My service day had arrived and still they couldn't get my car diagnosed or even brought into the shop. Finally a service technician looked at it 2 days after. I was then contacted by one of the service basically to go over the repairs and pricing. So the service advisor gave me a parts quote that was completely different from what the actual parts had cost. I called the parts department after I got off the phone with the advisor that's how I figured that out. My vehicle came in for a recall service and i had to pay out of my pocket. If your car don't have warranty I would highly recommend not taking your car to KEELER. They will completely rip you off. You're better off buying the parts from them and have a mechanic locally do the installation.

This is the first time that Ive had a 100k service done on a Benz. I usually buy a new one for any given reason. I am not going to get rid of this car, mainly because I have had excellent service done on my car only by Keeler. I have also stayed with the same service writer, Chris Adams, for the past 3 vehicles. Obviously, there is a reason. There are just too many positives about his attention to what you need and to details of delivering. He is just one of the reasons why I only do business with Keeler Mercedes Benz along with my father before me.

Based upon my recent experience with the Mercedes Benz Service Department, I cant recommend Keeler Motorcar Car Company. I tried to resolve my cars problem with the service department manager, but he was completely unhelpful. Exorbitant service charges for mediocre service, in my opinion.

I bought a used Shelby GT350 from you guys last summer. I have since sold the vehicle and have contacted you guys many times through my salesman Pat Dowd, Brittany, and somebody in the business office. Why do I have to chase the warranty refund that I am due for the vehicle? I emailed you the odometer disclosure statement and Ive been on this now for roughly a month. Pat said to call him back in about a week to follow up on it. This has now been an additional two weeks and I still have no check, and no courtesy phone call. Ive left messages and no one returns them. What do I have to do to get this bad taste out of my mouth of working with Keeler motor car company? It was one of the most easy-going sales experiences I have ever had.... the follow-up not so much. How do I get my reimbursement? **UPDATE** Well, almost 14 weeks later I FINALLY received my check!! I do appreciate the follow-up, even though it took soooo long. Like I said in my review, it was one of the most pain free sales experiences I had ever had. Just be cautious when purchasing a warranty. The company that they use apparently takes 6 weeks to issue a reimbursement if you sell the vehicle. I dont know why mine took from late April to Late July! I will purchase a car from them again! I will be extremely apprehensive about warranty products.

Place had turned to trash. Asked to check my transmission they didnt, first thing out their mouths its gona be a costly job. I ask them to change battery its been dieing on me, they state battery is good. Then few days later my battery gives out. I ask for inspection, first thing they say your wipers are bad. Yet their working fine. Seems all their workers have no clue on what they are doing. MB cars are over rated. Their money pits...

I found my dream car in this dealership. I called and spoke with a salesman named Pat. After speaking, he convinced me to drive 5 hours to the dealership. I sat in the dealership for hours waiting for him to help me. The car was not ready to be sold and had mechanical issues. But i still wanted it and they told me id have to come back the next day. I was prepared to go the next day but never received a call back and found out shortly after that the car was sold instantly online. 10 hours of mine down the drain!

Kept failing inspection because of the readiness and completing the driving cycle on my vehicle ..drove over 800 miles and nothing was working Called yesterday, he told me stop by, took a quick look, told me what to do on the highway, get my gas down, kept the car running , getting the car down to 20mph then gass n it back again to 55mph .. did this for about 1hr on the I-87 this morning Took it to get looked at right after , and all my codes are gone !! Ive been a customer of Keeler Motor Car for over a decade and I believe they are the best dealer in the Capital Region. When it comes to sales, they are not at all pushy during the selling process, and once you decide on a car, they are fast and efficient. I really appreciate not having to spend hours and hours and hours waiting, negotiating, signing papers, etc. My most recent transaction was quick and easy. I spent maybe two hours total turning in a lease and getting a new lease. My experience with service has also been exceptional. They communicate well, they do not nickel and dime you, they are just reasonable and easy to work with. A big shoutout to Augi, at BMW. He consistently goes above and beyond to help you out - for example, taking my plastic floor mats from my old car, powerwashing them, and putting them into my new car. Its the little things like this that make these transactions so pleasant.

I am a married, mid thirties mother who went here with my husband to test drive a new car. They were holding the car he wanted to look at for the owners friend(this actually isnt the first time that has happened at this dealership), but did have another one. When we asked to test drive it, the salesman, who mostly ignored me, basically laughed at us. He said the GM would have to approve a test drive and made it seem like that wouldnt happen. He did laugh at me and told me how wrong I was when I said you cant buy a car you cant test drive. Would highly recommend not going here unless youre friends with the owner.

We bought an S class loved it but it had a couple issues minor that needed work. They argued with us each time something needed to be handled that it wasnt covered when in fact it was. After 3 times of this happening, my husband ditched the car. They were supposed to refund the entire warranty monies we paid, got the amount wrong and 8 months later, still havent rectified. This is despite me going in and speaking with Peter who is a manager and assuring me it would be taken care of. I was going to bat for this dealership because I wanted a GLS and in fact ordered one. Given however no one bothered to follow up after a visit essentially begging them to fix the issues, I decided my husband was right and we would be better off buying elsewhere and we did. The cars no doubt are amazing but you would expect excellent service and care to be taken and that was NOT the case for us.

Have spent thousands of dollars the last few months fixing my Mercedes. Got my car back yesterday and it feels worst than when I brought it in. Every time for some reason I pick it up and something else magically goes wrong. I spoke to the service department last time I brought it in because after spending nearly 8k + to fix the car it would have made sense to get into something else. They went ahead and fixed it anyways after I told them that and never had a sales person reach out to me. Very disappointed with how much money I blew when it could have been a down payment on something else they could have possibly gotten me into. Now after picking it up yesterday it s still making the same loud noises. As a single mother being in a reliable safe car is really important ! And for some strange reason every single time I go get it fix with them something else messes up again!

HORRIBLE PPF(Pain Protection Film) & Ceramic (0 stars out of 5) Days after purchasing my 2024 BMW M4 Competition with Keeler with 0 miles. Car got PPF and ceramic coated with them. I was always skeptical about getting PPF and ceramic with dealer but it was convenient and built into the price and I was assured that it would be perfect so I took a long shot. Upon receiving it noticed a bunch of bubbles on the PPF. PPF (paint protection Film) Wasnt tucked properly and peeling everywhere. And to make things better the Ceramic coating was terrible. I requested a refund or to get it fixed and they sent me a measly $500 to shut me up and asked for me to leave a 5 star review to get that money back. I was satisfied because I though I can take it to a shop and get it fixed for that money. Every shop I have taken it to has laughed at how bad the job was done and said I would have to redo the entire thing and spend anther $5000+ after just getting it done on a BRAND NEW CAR. Now sales team says they cannot do anything and ignore my messages. Please see picture references I have plenty. Horrible Service

Horrible Company. My Mini had issues from the start and because their computer technically said it was fine and they wouldn t help fix anything, even though the acknowledged the issues. One service tech told me that if the problem persisted they would fix it even if the computer said nothing was wrong, and then they changed their mind the next time. They took FOREVER to fix my car after an accident. It took so long that the rental car provided through our insurance was about to start the collection process because they never had experience with a car taking so incredibly long to be fixed, that they thought the rental car was stolen. They asked for the lease to end early so they could have the car to sell and when we brought it in to give it to them, they decided they didn t want it anymore after many meetings and discussions about it. Never buy or lease anything from this dishonest company.

I bought a 2016 Volvo v60 from the pre owned lot from the salesman named Giorgio a few months ago in august. I brought the car the other week to a Volvo specialist for its first oil change since I got it from Keeler. And the mechanic has discovered that car has been heavily neglected. And Keeler didnt do any type of fluid flushes beforehand to the car. And the dealer failed to mention that the car has a huge oil delusion problem. I was told this car was serviced regularly. I cannot believe I was genuinely mislead about its true condition when I bought this car. That now the car has a rod knock and could possibly even need a new engine. It was obviously neglected by the previous owner and the dealership flipped it quickly not putting a penny into it. All my fluids have never even been changed! I would not recommend Keeler Motor Company. BUYERS BEWARE

Went to look at a BMWs today, we went to several places and on my travels went to Keeler. Before test driving and X1 and an X3, I asked several times for an appraisal on my car to be done while we were out driving, informed not until the test drives were over and we sat down and crunched numbers then it will be appraised. The reason for the two stars was that nobody complained my son was sitting in the showroom cars and enjoying himself.

Got there late ... road tested an awesome X3 (Great vehicle) . I told the salesman to work out the numbers (Including the trade) and call me with them in the morning. The salesman insisted on doing the numbers with only 15 minutes till closing time, needless to say he screwed it up. There many things wrong with the quote. So I wonder if he didnt get the quote right trying to sell the car, what would the service department be like after the sale was over ?

Went in for an oil change and inspection. Two hours later we were told they did the 40,000 maintenance which was already done 1 year prior. We have the prepaid maintenance plan and because the milage was over 40,000,they decided to do the 40,000 service even though we told them it was for an oil change and inspection.

Ive worked in auto body and auto glass shops. I have to say, the collision center here has produced some of the finest auto body work I have ever seen. And I am VERY particular. My wifes BMW was hit on 2 separate occasions, once in the rear and once in the front. Upon completion of the work, the panels lined up perfectly, were evenly spaced, there was no overspray, the paint itself was flawless, and the cal was perfectly cleaned. I dont know who did the work but it was top notch.

Service manager herb,Extremely nice I m sure he means well, I m sure also that he has to follow certain guidelines. Ran into a small problem with some mechanical work on my car, being a mechanic myself did not appreciate the runaround about why they couldn t temporarily fix something to get me on the road. One thing I find completely ridiculous with an impressive dealership as I will say they are they do not offer loaners and and or provide transportation at least not for the used car section. I m sure if I was purchasing 100,000 BMW ora $80,000 mini Cooper or $150,000 Mercedes they would have loaners and or Transportation also a foot note I purchased a used car, after all is said and done when talking to the salesman as with all used car salesman or at least most I have dealt with when s the deal is done they don t seem to have your best interest at heart then again this is the industry of used car sales buyer beware..

Dont trust the body shop here or mechanical repairs either. Tried to give my repaired car back not working properly (convertible top not working at all along w a broken ac motor that was also working before going in). Make sure you do a thorough inspection upon picking up your fixed vehicle. Why wasnt everything tested properly before telling me to get a ride over to pick up my repaired Mercedes. Very inconvenienced and aggravated. No convertible for another beautiful weekend down the drain. Thanks

Purchased a 2008 BMW 328i used, several weeks after owning it we noticed a smell and give it to a mechanic who confirmed it needed the valve cover gasket replaced. After reading on a few chat rooms online about an extended warranty on these vehicles up to 150000 miles or 15 years whichever comes first I decided to inquire a little further with BMW of North America dim. Turns out any of the three series built between 2000 and 2010 were all built with the SULEV engine which qualified US to have the repairs done for FREE including labor! I read horror stories from other people about the dealerships they went to and dealt with giving them a hard time..... I called Keeler and braced for the worst. I was pleasantly shocked when they responded almost immediately to my voicemail and had my car in and out within 24 hours never questioned or doubted me once they simply replaced the gaskets needed replacing and sent me on my way... What would have been a $2,400 unexpected repair, was free without a fight! Latham Keeler Motor Company is extremely professional highly recommend them to anybody and everybody
