I purchased a used 2023 Bronco from Ford of Latham at the end of November 2024 (which I do love) however with in a week I noticed that the hardtop passenger side rear window wasn't sealed properly so water leaks into the vehicle ever time it rains or snow melts. I have now been waiting on this to get fixed under warranty for over 3 months with the part being back ordered forever with no expected fix date and have to deal with water leaking in whenever it rains.. with no ETA on the part and no other fix offered for the car I just bought it probably won't be resolved until I buy an after market roof replacement myself. I understand that the part is back ordered and that is not the dealers fault but the vehicle was sold to me this way and I was certainly not informed that the hard top leaks anytime during the sale. If/when this actually gets resolved I will probably update this review.
I already wrote one review but I can compliment again. What a wonderful staff at Ford of Latham! They listened to everything I needed and wanted, they made it happen for me. I will highly recommend to everyone I know and look forward to working with them again!
I bought a truck here this year, and my salesman, Robert, was very helpful, as was Don from the service team. I had a few minor issues, but both he and the service team resolved them quickly. While I don’t buy new trucks often, I appreciate the great service and will definitely consider coming back when the time comes for my next one.
Bought my new car here about a week ago. Super nice building. Worked with Rob in finance who made the process understandable and quick (we timed it took only about 10 minutes until we were out the door). The superstar was my sales guy Brian. He was very friendly and personable and really took the time to make sure I was totally happy with the car. If I had a question I could text him and he was responsive even when he was off of work. Even now there was one concern I had and he's still working with me even after the deal is totally done. The whole experience was so smooth and enjoyable thanks to him!

After a less-than-stellar encounter with another dealership, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Latham Ford completely exceeded all my expectations. Had service recently at Ford of Latham and sent private messages to the appropriate people and have had no response, so now I go here. The service was great. Truck needed it and the team delivered. But for the second time in a row the pick up was made difficult because of the staff. Last time everyone left, including the cashier who was scheduled for 2 more hours. I had to find my own keys in order to leave. This time they locked my keys in the car and I had to call AAA to get me into my vehicle. No one there could help me. I’m more than a little frustrated that something so simple is made so difficult. I give three stars because the service was good. The pick up needs a serious look though by management.

I would never recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership. Multiple phone calls, no one responds, leave messages no return calls. They cannot service a used vehicle you purchase from them. They turn you away to other dealerships because clearly they re incompetent people and cannot work on the vehicles they sold you. I have no clue how this company is even still in business.
I love the truck very much and most of the people I worked with but I feel that the truck wasn t fully ready to have taken delivery. Had to go back and get an antenna and the factory code. I ordered a drop in bed liner and cover for truck, paid for it and asked if they would put it in as part of the delivery of the vehicle when it comes in. They wanted to charge me 2 hours of labor for something that took me in all about 20 minutes. The day I picked up my liner and cover was not good. Of course the liner was a no brainer but the cover! The parts guy gave me a box that was way larger than the bed of the truck so I asked him if he was sure this is the cover and of course the I know what I am doing attitude came out. I put the liner in and opened the other box to find step rails and brackets. So load them back up and waste more time going back to get the right part and this time I made them verify the part number on the box.
Try to scam for service. I run a rental company & had a mechanic friend brought in a Lincoln MKZ for a manufacture recall (regarding some brake issue). The mechanic took off the wheels & told my friend that brought in the car the lug nuts were corroded and aren t able to complete the recall service. Also purposely removed the battery cover after refusing to replace the battery insulator & lugnuts (totally to $300 something when we really just brought the vehicle in for a manufacture recall - they refuse to complete saying the lugnuts can t be put back on the car as it ll expand with heat - if you know anything about cars you know it s BS). My friend saw the lugnuts & he confirmed with me it looked just fine. Also confirmed 3/4 lugnuts from the car was taken off upon attempting to service the vehicle for recall. After we refused the offer for replacing lugnuts / battery insulator. The lugnuts were *magically* put back on the car (which initially they told us they couldn t be put back on unless we replace them). Waited a week for the recall parts to get to the dealership just to be up charged for a simple manufacture recall. What a shame.

Been trying to get ahold of someone for 2 damn days and I guess o ly one person works there because it s the same person that answers everytime. Keep getting sent to different voicemails. Never ever will I buy another car from them
4 appointments and 3 repairs to finally fix my tuck. 3 of the 4 appointments the dealer attempted to charge their $200 diagnostic fee. I had to be a Karen and argue to get the second and third diagnostic fee removed. Ill likely go back, just because I was even less happy with DePaula on a previous repair.

LIterally had a deposit on a car and backed out. Call the dealership and try to reach sales. Put on hold. Hung up on. Connected to a voicemail that literally says This is xxx, call me back. If trying to buy a car is this hard, then what will service be like? No thank you. Found another Ford dealer who answered my call first time, got me to sales person first time, gave me MORE for my trade-in, and NEVER said so, you think youre going to buy a car today? Brought my new car home today from another Ford dealership not that far from Latham (and it is a better model than the one I had the deposit on!).

Avoid getting service here at all costs. They send you a video of the inspection with the mechanic telling you why a vehicle can pass inspection. Then when you talk to someone behind the desk they will tell you it failed and try to upsell you. Super sleazy.
This car dealership is very small. We went there on a snowy day. There were basically no people working there and there were more customers than customers. However, their work efficiency is really bad. We waited here for several hours and nothing was done. They really need to improve their work efficiency.
There is an extensive inventory of vehicles from which to choose. The sales people are knowledgeable and helpful.
UPDATE:Still not convinced this is a good place for car service, they have no sense of urgency to complete customer cars, first they misdiagnose the car, I ended up diagnosing and telling them what I think the issue was. They agree with me and now the car is with them for over one month and I keep calling every week . PLEASE BE WARNED ..this is a car still under ford warranty. I am not even sure they have enough staff at this point. Customer team service team is super bad. I went in to have them look at my car and they seem not to know what they doing here. I was told a service coordinator will call me to book appointment, they took my contact. I never got a call back, tried calling and it s always going to voicemail. I will recommend looking for a different center to service your car. Off course buying a new car, you will have a good experience because they need your money but when it s comes to service PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.
Had a 130 appointment there today waited 29 minutes noone there. 2 people standing there told me they were waiting a half hour 5 workers walked by noone asked to help or find out why we were there yeah im out ill go somewhere else

Ford of Latham is a wonderful dealership, as long as you do not raise valid complaints. We recently purchased a new Edge after coming from another dealership and trading in a problematic 2019 Edge. We had the pleasure of working with Grayson Boswell purchasing our vehicle, who made the entire process wonderful and warming. We sadly needed to raise valid complaints concerning service timeliness, parts availability, miscommunication from Latham Ford Customer Relations staff, unexplained joy rides during service drop offs exceeding 50 miles on the odometer, and general disregard for the condition of the interior of the vehicle when picking up from a service visits. On several occasions, Customer Relations staff offered immediate remedies and corrections to behavior experienced, with the expectation that a review would receive a 5-star rating, because that is very very very important to Gary Mandrigues the manager of Latham Ford. However the most recent concern, after picking our car up from service call involving the rear driver window gasket, we complained about technician produced garbage left in our vehicle (food wrappers and dirt beyond normal course of work) Recently, we scheduled an appointment for recall and maintenance in mid-November for the first week of December; upon our arrival, we were met with an immediate defensive conversation by Vanessa Andrew, the Customer Relations Representative of Ford of Latham, after informing the service technicians we were here for our appointment. We ultimately discovered, that our scheduled service was outright denied as we have been labeled as Continually Unsatisfied Customers. Should you wish for a positive experience with Latham Ford, do not provide feedback of any kind, otherwise they may feel overly empowered to reject your service requests, and then chase you down inside, ready for a defensive encounter, coordinating amongst themselves with walkie-talkies. This place has continuously made me buy my Fords elsewhere. They try to force an unwanted, high margin, dealer package that includes a tire and upholster warranty package that push their advertised prices up thousands. Sales people don t know the products and only do paper running for a man in the corner.
Took my truck in to get the water pump replaced due to a leak, they made the leak worse. They don t have loaners cars, they might tell you they do, but there s never any available so don t count on them.
So, we looked at the vehicle one day, test drove it, put down a small deposit and everything else was done by the dealership! This was by far the best time I have ever had buying a vehicle. Literally less than an hour there. As for the salesman, HUNTER, he was amazing, friendly, outgoing, polite, and did more than expected. I bought a used car and they basically turned it into a New car for me, tires, brakes, tie rods... runs like a dream and looks like one as well. Thank you Hunter!
Great job fixing the truck. I thought the truck took a little too long to do the work, but I was not scheduled to have work done. My truck broke down and 5 days to get back to me after diagnosing the water pump, ordering and receiving the part and replacing the water pump. I wish they offered me a loner vehicle even if it cost me money. Also, The bill was told to me on the phone was $300ish cheaper then it was in reality

I brought my car for inspection and The Works maintenance - been here many times over the years. There was no CEL on before dropping the car off. Told that the tires couldnt be rotated due to swollen lug nuts and inspection couldnt be done because of that and CEL - but charged me anyway. [Later, went to a real mechanic who had no problem doing the tire rotation and inspection - no CEL either!] Then, given list of bogus recommended maintenance items totaling over $2500. Somebody at Latham Ford just wants my money but cares nothing about saving me money and taking care of my vehicle. Ill never visit this dealership again except maybe for parts and might never buy a Ford vehicle again.
Had the best experience from the moment we walked in the door until the moment we drove away with our new car everybody was very informative, answered all of our questions and went above and beyond to make sure that we left as a satisfied customer. The car was beautifully detailed, and everything was ready to go when we walked in to sign the final papers.

Excellent technician, friendly and knowledgeable
I took my Ford Explorer to this location. It was there for over a month. To be fair, it had a number of maintenance repairs needed (i.e. new tires, brakes, windshield replacement, etc.). The repairs were professionally completed and I wouldn t have minded it being there so long if someone would have communicated with me, even each week on the status of the vehicle. However, the lack of communication, follow up and difficulty speaking to someone in the service department via a phone call is absolutely ridiculous. There was literally zero communication. I left a number of messages with no return, both in a voice mail and with different people that answered the phone. Even when I picked the vehicle up, there was no sense of urgency by anyone in the service area. I would not return to this service location, simply because there is no communication or sense of urgency to return your vehicle. Customer service was poor at best.
Told me I can t buy a car after I signed an put a deposit on the car said something was wrong with the vehicle then was listed again for much more the next day
Staff were very professional, extremely helpful and respectful of my time and situation. Would highly recommend them and will continue to do business here. Thank you, Ford!

December of 2023 my boyfriend and I drove all the way from New Jersey to this dealership to buy our truck, which was 2 and a half hours away. They said it was certified pre-owned vehicle. 2 months after buying this truck the glow plug went .Not even 6 months later the exhaust sensor went. When we called them they told us there was nothing they could do for us. When we took our truck to the shop we found out there were more problems than just the glow plug , the rear main seal was leaking , and the left rear axle seal. 2 months later the WHOLE breaking system went . When I tried to get in contact with a manager again they would not answer. Also every sales person we had doesn t work there anymore, a little weird right???? Beware of their certified pre-owned vehicles, do your research!!!
Service department is THE WORST. They need to train their staff to have the correct information.

I purchased a Ford F-150 from the dealership this dealership put the cart before the thats how I sum up this place-packed lot not even a place to park your vehicle that you drove there look at their vehicles the two salesmen I dealt with were just fine but when it came to negotiating a price I felt like I was dealing with the head mob boss he was obnoxious rude and just turned me off I was paying cash hard-earned money for my vehicle that I wanted to purchase I had to go above and beyond this negotiator person and therefore I have my truck got my truck home weather got hot no air conditioning I had such a bad taste from that dealership that I was not even going back there to have it fixed therefore I stayed local and went to my mechanic who fixed it stay away from this dealership just not professional and for those two salesmen I hope they found different jobs even spoke to a nearby dealership and said somethings wrong and crazy with that place Latham Ford goodbye no more but love my used truck

After an initial rough start with the online appt department, in the end I walked out with a car I love! Both Trevor and Bobby went out of their way to work with my husband and I, there was no sales pressure, no bait and switch and no surprises. They were efficient, pleasant and knowledgeable. Due to these two individuals I will be going back there again when its time to buy another car. Hands down one of the nicest car buying experiences weve ever had!!
Tried to make an appointment to buy out my lease and the sales manager tried to tell me that Ford had changed their lease agreement and I couldnt buy the car with a check but had to finance it through them. I also had to look at the price of another lease alongside the buyout financing. I talked to Ford Motor Credit and they said no, that wasnt true so I went to another dealer, gave them a check and got the deal done in 30 minutes. Definitely will never do business with them again.
Lets talk about the worst dealership experience Ive ever had in my life. Well start out by dropping my car off for a safety recall and a tire plug, when I was able to pick my vehicle up (after calling the dealership over 20 times trying to get through to anyone in any department but all I continually received was a voicemail) I open my hood to find that it looks like my vehicle was taken apart with a pocket knife and put back together with a hammer, with the horn never being plugged back in, the radiator cover gouged and hood support missing. I return back to the dealership the following morning to be given a loaner car while they fix my vehicle and for the icing on the cake the 2024 F150 they gave me as a loaner refused to start in one of my customers driveways. After calling the dealership to tell them this I was transferred to the voicemail of the service department and was forced to make several other calls to get in contact with anyone who was able to help me. The resolution to the issue came from me paying myself for an Uber to drive me over a hundred and fifty miles back to the dealership now I get to submit a receipt and hold my breath for a reimbursement on the $180 Uber ride. I strongly encourage anyone reading this to do business with any other Ford dealership aside from Latham Ford the entire process I have been through in the past 3 days has been consistently terrible and disappointing. Edit: The lower portion of my bumper will also need replacement since the tech ripped the fastener out and split the retaining clip. Edit 2: Tried reaching out to the owner as requested in his reply left my name and number never received a response.
We had a very good experience at this dealership. The sales floor was pristine and the staff was wonderful. Grayson, our sales associate, was very knowledgeable and courteous. We will definitely be back to buy another and would highly recommend it.
Like several others, I wish I could give this 0 stars or even negative stars. I bought my brand new vehicle two months ago. It had a dent, chip and several scratches in it. The dealership promised to fix it and made an appointment for me to come in. In the meantime, my license plate holder broke off and I had to convince them to warranty the item. When my car went it for service on a Friday, I heard nothing all day. I called and called and no answer. I finally went up in person at 4:59 (they close at 5) and was told oh we didn t do any work on your car and have to keep it through next Tuesday . I took my car home and brought it back Monday morning. Well guess what, the SAME thing happened- no call, no answer. I went up and they tried to tell me the work on the chip had been complete. The chip was in the exact same condition I had brought it in. I called the sales manager (yes, sales, because no one in service would help) and he informed me the touch up paint wasn t even ON SITE so it was a blatant lie that any work had been done. Fast forward to the next day, I go up to pick up the car after being ASSURED the work had been done. It looks like someone took red nail polish to it. No buffing, smoothing or clear coat. The vehicle NEEDS to go to a body shop but since there isn t one on site, they are trying to do a cob job. I was told it would be fixed soon but that was several weeks ago and I have heard nothing from them. The people in the parts department are just as unhelpful. I ordered floor mats from Ford and was required to have them shipped to the dealer. Both times I went the parts department said we don t have them , well actually they did, they were just unwilling to look for them. I cannot express how frustrating it is to experience this kind of service immediately after purchasing a new car. You shouldn t have to physically drive to the dealer to get an update on your vehicle. Perhaps the worst part is how unphased the service advisors were, which says to me- they are either told not to care about customer service or are so used to dealing with upset customers they don t care anymore. To whoever is responsible for responding to this- before you tell me please reach out to discuss your concerns , don t bother. I HAVE reached out numerous times over the phone and in person and you have done NOTHING. If you want to make this right, you can call me. Best of luck to anyone who purchases a vehicle here, I hope you don t ever need service on it.

I had a pleasant experience buying a used car last week from Ford of Latham. I had lots of questions about the car and they patiently answered them. They allowed me to talk directly to the mechanic who had worked on the car so I could ask questions and he was helpful and seemed knowledgeable. I was especially pleased that the dealership understood the Federal Tax Credits and was able to handle the correct process and offer a transfer of the credit I qualified for. They made the process of pick up and payment very easy. They were not pushy about adding in extras. Salespeople are very aggressive and put pressure to buy. Also had to dispute a charge with my bank after finding something wrong with the car and texting my salesperson and calling several times.
Stay away from this dealership, they force you to buy via finance through them & lie to your face about made up warranties & policies. I would go to any other Ford dealer at this point vs them. Very very shady.
Dewin De Jesus made buying my Ford Edge an enjoyable experience. Dewin even made sure to pair my phone/car with FordPass before I left the dealership. Everyone at the dealership was so kind and helpful, even during their busiest hours. I am very happy with my purchase and experience at Latham Ford! Update: Be careful buying vehicles from Latham Ford. My 2019 Ford Edge had transmission issues the first two months that I owned it. Thankfully it was still under warranty. Each time I brought it in to get looked at, they ran a diagnostic and told me nothing was wrong with it. After the fourth time, they admitted that it was something wrong with the transmission, but the transmission s guy was on vacation. The entire transmission needed to be replaced within just a few months of owning it. I recently purchased a new 2024 Ford Edge Titanium from Latham Ford (avoiding buying used because of the last experience). The car buying experience was decent. The sales representative was very kind and thorough, but the used cars manager was rude when negotiating price. Being a new car, I was told that it came with two car key fobs. Upon pickup, I was informed that there was only one fob to be found and that the other one was ordered. They offered to have their mobile service unit come out to me to reprogram the key. When the fob arrived, service called to inform me that their mobile unit was down and that I would need to bring it in to the service department. I made an appointment and dropped the car off. I received a phone call that my car fob was actually not in and that they would need another day to order it. I tried to call service to see what the status was and no one has returned my call in over 24 hours. Just because they cleaned house and got a new building does not mean their service department runs smoothly.

My sales person, Sam and Sales Manager Tom were first class. They made the process seamless and enjoyable. The building is beautiful and their inventory was top notch. I will not be buying my cars anywhere else from now on.
Made an appointment to buy out the lease. They ran out of time, said comeback tomorrow we have to inspect it since essentially youre buying the truck from us, said OK throw in a detail and an oil change since were buying the truck from you went back the next day sat for 2 hours while they had the truck in the back. Finally got the truck. It wasnt detailed, no oil change. Gave a an IOU for an oil change and a detail from the only guy who knows whats going on in the whole building. Ill take this whole review of our experience down pending the IOU is satisfied. Within a month...because thats when the IOU expires.
I just came back from the tire check on my new BMW which I bought From Latham Ford. My overall impression of the service department is that it s sloppy. The Service should taken 20 minutes but was almost 2 hours long. They lost my car and couldn t find it. Everyone who worked on it went out for lunch and if it wasn t for Dan I d probably still be there Dan was very helpful

Terrible service. I have been trying to resolve an issue for over a week and they are nonresponsive. They have had my vehicle since early June. They lost my paperwork and cannot locate my vehicle. Do not use this service department.

Good overall experience, John was eager to make the sale but not overbearing which I appreciated. Advertised price was best I found in area. Paperwork next day with Brandon was quick and easy. Had to haggle for trade in value, but their job is to do right by their employer, and first number anywhere is always going to feel low. If I m in market for ford again will return to Latham.

Ill start with the negative feedback, which wasnt too big a deal. I was working with a salesman and didnt end up leaving with a truck on my first visit to the dealership. However, I did put a down-payment on a truck with the promise Id be back in touch the following week with my financials secured. When I left a message with the salesman I received no call back and made no progress with two subsequent calls. When I returned to the dealership I learned the salesman was no longer working there so that explained the unanswered voicemails. Again, not worth removing even a portion of a review star, just seems odd that nobody was given a heads-up there was a sale pending which needed attention to finalize. On the positive side, I couldnt imagine a scenario other than being sold a vehicle for half-price that would make the rest of the experience better. I was more than happy with the price agreed upon for the vehicle I was purchasing and I was satisfied with the value negotiated for my trade-in. Every team member I interacted with was professional, respectful, and seemed to take genuine interest in fulfilling my requests. Ford of Latham will definitely be my first call for my next truck.

Salesman - Atiq Sadaat....I had a 1p appt as my lease on 2022 Ecosport was up in August. I was there at noon attempting to call to see if anyone available. He came out noticed Linda A on my license came up to window & knew I had the appt was willing to help me right then & there. I was very happy with his knowledge & service. This had been my 1st time with lease wanted to know options. Took me for a ride in a 2024 Ford Escape that had so many amenities I would need help with them. He listened thruout negotiations & I left with that car very satisfied & impressed. Hang on to this salesman he was GREAT! Rating 5+ Manager - Rob Filuta.....I was skeptical about returning to Ford of Latham. NOW, After dealing with Atiq I met Rob Filuta, mgr. I could not have been happier with the service I received. Buying a new car without alot of pressure & having both of these gentlemen so willing to assist me in every way was so much more than I had expected. Not only did they assist me & show me how things worked I was amazed we could finalize the deal within a few hrs. so much paperwork involved (Ford - you need to work on that..lol) thanks to them both I was able to drive my 2024 Ford Escape home the same day. I was not even sure a new car was something I wanted. This mgr was as GREAT as his Salesman! I truly wish I could give them triple ZEROS because don t even deserve a single star took my car there & they just had it sitting in the back not working on it for days meanwhile am spending unnecessary money on a rental because they denied me a loaner car then instead of fixing the car they actually mess up my trunk more than what it already was a lot of these businesses cater more too Caucasian then they do with Hispanic & Afro American people so don t believe the hype of other peoples so called good reviews most likely they where all white

Worst dealership ever! Shady individuals work here for sure. Wouldn t ever recommend getting a vehicle from here. Go to Keeler Honda, they take care of their customers! These people claimed I didn t make enough when they can t read a simple paystub. Wanted to only give me 100$ for a working vehicle and I told them I could get more for it at the scrap yard and even more if I tore it apart and sold by parts. I know damn well they re going to make a lot more off the auction to just trade in for 100$. This place is a joke and kept hiding the paper work. It wasn t until we started discussing monthly payments and I realized they were still unbelievably high. So I asked how much the trade in worth was for? Then they finally told me. I told them to take the car off and all the sudden they did not want to do business with me. They were going to steal my car from me and when I took it away it was no longer worth it for them to try and help me. Didn t even want to show me a vehicle they thought I could afford. Long story short I went to Keeler Honda and got the same vehicle and trim I was looking at ford of Latham just a different color and they actually knew how to read paystubs so I got approved and my payments were SO MUCH CHEAPER than 520$ a month. And it has LESS MILES! I can t speak more highly about Keeler Honda. Don t ever waste your time here, if I could give a negative review I would, one star is too generous for these clowns. They also have people harass you if you say or comment anything negative about them. Ford of Latham is a joke!

Salesman was nice but finance guy thought he could take advantage of me because Im a girl. Also they said they needed to check my credit and I specifically asked if they would do a hard hit on my credit and they said no. Well turns out they didnt just do one hard hit but two. Definitely not buying from people that lie and dont treat you with respect.
do NOT go to this dealership! I was lied to multiple times, and the financial manager is a scammer. They took advantage of me being a younger customer, and on top of it, they ran my credit through multiple banks without my permission Everyone at this dealership is a joke! Dont trust any of them.
The customer service at Ford of Latham was the best Ive experienced in any company Ive ever dealt with. The staff walked me through the entire process and I never felt as if there was anything I didnt clearly understand.

I purchased my vehicle 3 months ago through this dealer ship. There were Amazing ones like Will and one of the supervisors were absolutely amazing and welcoming. But Amanda and the Sales Supervisor as well as my sales man Jared were thee worst. Not only did I catch the side talk of them talking negatively about my family. But I was the only one who purchased a car that didn t get a bow and a picture. They advertise everyone else s sale in that way but didn t with mine because it was a stressful sale. My husband and I agreed to one offer just for them to call us back and tell us that not only do they have to change the offer but the payments went up and so did the APR. Then driving my new car out the lot it stalled 2 times. My husband ran in told them about it and they told us nothing was wrong with it. They treat you like scum when you stick up for yourself. I was promised so many things. Just for the finance supervisor to turn around and tell us that they should ve never promised none of that because that can t make any of that happen. Don t trust car sales man they ll sell you a dream but can t make none of it happen.
Bobby and Trevor were great with helping me buy and finance my car. They did the best they could with internet and printer problems in the new building. The service or detailing department needs some work. I picked up my 2024 Explorer on Friday night, it had sticky residue on the gas cap and going down for several inches. My car was still in Transport Mode, which I didn t realize because my car was already started when I got in it, so I could not access a lot of features. I had to go back to the dealer Saturday morning to deal with the issues. At first no one was available to help me until Monday but then they found someone to fix all the problems.
I was being argued with, being questioned of why I was there, what price was good enough and having random numbers placed on a piece of paper so they could make a sale. I walked in and waited for about 30 minutes to be asked if I was being helped. The manager also was complaining about having to move a vehicle on the showroom floor that HE just sold that he had to move.

Worst dealer I have ever dealt with. From the salesman that wrote the deal being* too busy to be there to issues after delivery. Failure to help or fix obvious faulty parts like leaks. I got away from them but lease ended and like a fool I gave them one last chance. The guy writing my contract padded misc items and said sign it, not a chance. I asked for a copy to take wit( me he pulled away. This is stuff that went on years ago, I do not recommend this place.
John and Will listened to everything I had to say and got the deal done. Bought a 2022 ford escape and am very pleased. If you re looking to buy this is definitely the place to be.

Because of title issues, recall work being done and other issues, it took too long for my vehicle to be available for transfer of sale. Latham Ford did make good on pricing though. Staff was easy to work with.
BEWARE! i received a letter from Ford about extended part warranty, my car has one of the symptoms described in the letter. So I bring it here for a free inspection & free part+ labor if needed. We dropped off the car and it was there for a whole week. Later when my spouse picked up the car he had to pay 194.35$. I thought it was a mistake so i called multiple time to speak with the technician that said the symptom was related to an other issue that is not covered by the warranty. So now i payed for a diagnosis that should be free. A diagnosis that is 10 times overcharged compared to other mechanic in the area. To be honest, he claimed that he explained that to my spouse when dropping off the car but not to me, the owner of the car, the one who took the appointment and was checking on the status of the car. So i had no idea that i may pay anything. Anyway, i dont think that i will deal with them anymore and i dont recommend them.
We purchased our 2023 Explorer Platinum from Raul and he worked with us to get the right deal in the most professional manner along with Nick in Sales Management. And with absolutely no pressure. From a Service experience we cannot thank enough the Service Manger Dimetri and his Service team. They are very accommodating and fix your concerns correctly without issues the first time. Vehicle was cleaned like a delivery. Dimetri is as best as Service Managers come and is a Huge asset to the Ford of Latham Organization. Highly Recommended this Dealership for Sales and Service!!!

My First Experience! You are giving refreshments soon as you arrive. All the staff period was Amazing and welcoming. Jared and Will were Amazing. Great Energy, lovely sense of humor. My test ride with Jared was amazing. He made me feel very very comfortable. As a female they did not try to get over on me either. They explained everything to me and gave me better knowledge. Will made sure to get me the best of the best. I promise they kept their word! Will made sure everything was tooken care of down to the T. I didn t have to make any phone calls or anything! It was great! I would recommend anyone. If you need insurance as well trust me I m not exaggerating they will def put you on to a great team. I left with car issuance of less than $100. Marcus Moore went out of his way to accommodate my hectic lifestyle of running kids every which way and having ZERO time to get anything done, but he was so patient and helped me along the way to accomplish exactly what I wanted!!!!! Bought a car from this dealership just under a year and an half ago. When purchased, the vehicle had about 6,000 miles on it and was in great condition/under warranty. This was a huge plus! Thank goodness that was the case, because since then I ve had about 5-6 issues with it that have had to be fixed. I have tried to call this dealership s service center first every time and have never had ANYONE answer. So annoying. Avoid the frustration and go to Saratoga Ford, or better yet, get a Honda.

Don t buy a used car from Latham ford. This car s engine that I paid $10,500 for blew up less than 90 days after buying it. Ford of Latham told me it s the chance you take for buying a used car. Found out they bought it from the auction and sold it to me as certified. It needed struts the day I drove it home, so they never even checked it out before selling it to me. Took forever to get the struts fixed and then complete engine failure. They never offered me anything and now I have to invest $6,500 for a used engine. I thought buying used from a reputable dealer was smart, but I was wrong to trust this dealership!!
