Had a coupon for half off a signature oil change from Jiffy Lube which was valud to the 23rd..Even the most expensive change was $109 so half off would be $55. Had them rotate tires for $39 which would bring it to $94 plus tax. My bill came to $152...not happy..wont be back

Handling my car maintenence causes great agida for me, even something as simple as an oil change. I was anticipating hard upsell bc mine was overdue and what a relief when that didnt happen. The person (sorry didnt get the name) was polite and easy going. He did not emit any kind of pressure to do this or that. His explanation was straightforward and he received my response in kind. Im very pleased with the service I received today.

I had my oil and filter changed and came in for an inspection. They told me that i failed pads and rotors. My husband told me it cant be because i changed them not to long ago.I took the car to my husbands car guy and asked for an inspection and it past,they didnt even mentioned the brakes!! I am very Disappointed with jiffy lube!!!

Fast and pleasant enough people. Wife did notice a new ding on my car s hood within an hour of me returning from this Jiffy Lube this morning though Quick and easy for an inspection. Called all the places in Latham and my car dealership to try and schedule ETAs ranged from the whole day to over a week out. Pulled right into Jiffy Lube, they got to me car in 15 minutes and were done in 20.

Erin was top notch, as were all of the staff. New Year s Eve, a line out the door for inspections and she handled her crew like a maestro to an orchestra.

The crew were friendly and seem to know their business . The service was fast considering it was the beginning of January. I would recommend Jiffy Lube for basic car maintenance for the professional services and fair prices they offer

Don t go to the Jiffy Lube in Clifton Park for ANYTHING but an oil change. They can t help you. Latham location was great! I had some tires rotated from the ones on the car to the all weathers on rims in the back of my car. Took Latham about 15 min. Easy peasy and great staff!

Great crew at the Latham location Troy Schenectady road. Got my car inspected and they gave me some knowledge about battery/power supply problems I was having as well as went the extra mile to do a battery test for me and sprayed down my new terminals and posts with a protective coating to prevent more corrosion issues and verify my new terminals I installed had fixed my power supply issues. They all deserve a raise!

This business uncharged by saying that the vehicle wouldnt run without having a fuel system cleaned. So they lied and refused to do anything about it. They failed an inspection for a control arm then quoted for a trailing arm two separate parts of the vehicle. Its absolutely disgusting that kind of business. -3/10.

Fast and friendly what else can you ask for! Update: they move too slow. Got there first thing in the morning. 2nd in line guy in front of me needed an oil change and tire rotation. Worker on his phone the entire time took 1.5 hours. I only needed a saftey inspection (electric car so not even full emission inspection). Even that took 30 minutes.

Was first in line at 7:25am Saturday morning. Waiting almost two hour for an inspection and oil change. Also received power steering fluid flush. Was told inspection would be a few mins because the man who does it wasn t in yet.

First someone stated my tires are dry rotted. ( Since when was juffy lube in the tire business) . They are not dry rotted. 2nd whom ever changed out my cabin filter did not place back together the little bolts that keep the glove box in place they forgot one. 3rd no one sent my free car wash text to my phone, I had to call for it.

I love going to this Jiffy Lube. Erin and crew make you feel like family. It s like going into CHEERS ! I m thinking about buying a second vehicle so I can go there twice as much!

EVERYONE at the shop was very kind and explained everything to me in simple terms that I could understand. Erin and Angel conducted my inspection and brought to my attention an issue I didnt even realize I had with my headlight. Even the manager of the shop took the time to speak with me about the issue. The professionality and transparency from everyone in the shop was absolutely amazing. I will definitely be returning.

I only wanted an oil change, but I got stuck behind a jeep getting an inspection. There should be separate lines for oil changes only. It took 2 hours on a Wednesday at 1pm.

Brought in my own oil from walmart due to my car requesting a specific brand of oil that they did not carry. When they were ready to put the oil in, the technician, Aiden, noticed the jug was not sealed and was replaced with used motor oil and somehow they accepted the return and sold it to me. Aiden then opened up the 3rd bay to work on other customers while I facilitated a ride to go to AutoZone and get more oil. Would leave 6 stars if I could, Aiden really went above and beyond, will definitely be continuing to get my vehicle serviced here and recommending this location to everyone. Thank you Latham Jiffy Lube and Aiden for recognizing a tough situation and helping me fix it !!

This is my second time going there, sincere and honest technicians prior to being professional, I highly recommend it.

Brought my car in for inspection, they said they d call me when my car is ready. They never did. Came back to my car left on and running with a window wide open, while it was pouring rain wasting my gas and getting the inside of my car soaked. Workers did not seem to care nor want to help. I would NOT recommend this place horrible communication and unprofessional. Very upset.

Timely inspection and the staffs were meticulous to show me issues needed to be fixed, in order to pass inspection. We worked things out and my car passed inspection within an hour. I just called to see if there was availability for an inspection. They said there was immediate availability, so I drove 20 minutes to get there as quickly as possible. They then said their inspector was going on lunch break and asked if I could come back in an hour. Peoples time is too valuable to waste an hour for poor communication/service.

Brought car in for inspection (2022 Equinox) waited 2 hours, car was in bay for an hour, paid for inspection the mechanic said everything was fine. Left but came back when noticed no sticker. Then they tell me it failed for tire wear, which would be fine but they could have told me that in 10 min. Very unhappy I wasted that time and will never bring vehicles back. I have all 3 vehicles serviced there for years

You nead to come in at 8:00 am to get quick service on NY state inspection I came in at 8:00 am and they took my car right away in and out about 30 minutes I was on my way Home Happy Customer it is now open after months of being fixed up

As a mechanic, it s very hard to trust reliable mechanics to work on my car after being screwed over in the past. I ve never had any issues here, and always have a great experience here. DONT get car inspected here: $75 charge for two new wiper blades! (which didnt need failing anyway!, but this is how they RIP YOU OFF)!!!! Tell them to fail inspection, and bring it ANYWHERE else! More important: DONT get your car inspected here. I didnt ask the price for blades when they told me thaey failed, assuming price or blades would be reasonable. I would have been willing to pay an honest price to replace them, but this is Ridiculous. NEVER will I go to ANY JiffyLube for ANY service again if they rip off and customers like this

This was very convenient. It tells you on the website that you need an appointment but I didn t need an appointment. My niece told me she walks in all the time and they just inspect her car for her so I tried it and it worked very nice people very pleasant.

This Jiffy Lube Location Is Excellent & The Manager Chris Is Very Attentive To All The Customers Needs

Scammers and incompetent. They will try to nickle and dime you at every turn. I was told that I needed 4 new rotors and brake pads. I asked to see the problem since I knew the pads and brakes were in really good condition. They showed me the pads and rotors and when we both saw that they were perfectly fine, the only thing that the employee said is that its their judgement since he couldnt lie to me that it needed replacement since we were both looking at new brake pads and rotors. I had problems with this location before but since they have very high turnover rates I figured a new set of employees would not be as incompetent as my previous experience. I was wrong, I think this may be a company policy to try to scam people into creating a bigger profit for Jiffy Lube. In addition to lying and trying to scam me they got oil all over the inside of my car. I went to a different garage and got a successful inspection done without having to dish out on 4 new brake pads and rotors. Avoid these clown like the plague if you dont want to be scammed and get your vehicle dirty at the same time.

They are kind and explained to me easily. And thanksfull to give me discount coupons, and I thought engine oil will only be here from now on.

Well to be honest and clear I ve had very bad experiences with a lot of car shops and mechanics where they try to rob you and don t do the job you asked. I was referred here to jiffy lube by my lady and I must say the whole experience change my view on shops. This shop is a go to if you need work done on your car the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly and the prices for my car was excellent I m coming back in two weeks to get my car fixed and I must say I do feel happy and safe. Shout out to the employees there keep up the great work and positive attitude that you have with your customers. 5 stars from me

Everyone was very friendly and I didnt feel like they were trying to sell me things I didnt need. Had an inspection and oil change and they seem to flow easily getting clients through in a timely manner, without thinking they are rushing. The gentleman even gave me a few tips about my car to keep it in good shape that they dont provide service for. And its next to a Stewarts so you can get a coffee while you wait!

Erin was PHENOMENAL. She was so pleasant, super friendly, extremely knowledgeable. She went over EVERYTHING with me. Even things she probably didn t have to. She also was just nice to have a side conversation with as I was leaving. I haven t had this great of a time at a jiffy lube ever. Erin is a huge asset to this location in my opinion. 10/10 would recommend this location because of her alone

Went to Jiffy Lube Central Ave first for NYS Inspection. But machine was down. Guy at central ave said go to Latham Jiffy Lube. Although they were very busy the establishment got me in within a reasonable time and they did a great job. Highly recommend for NYS Inspection service.

Awesome experience with Jiffy Lube on Troy Schenectady Road. Only one bay was available for servicing cars and the technician on staff was prompt, professional and insightful. We have been at places four hours with more staff on hand! He was awesome this was Sunday morning 10/15/23!

Loved coming here until I sent my 17 year old son in to get a simple oil change and $400 later he ended up paying for services that he didn t really need. I was really disappointed that they took advantage of a teenager

This Jiffy Lube is not fully operational. When I visited they only had one lane open due to structural problems with the floor. The wait was over an hour and I went elsewhere.

This was actually the worst experience on Veterans Day since I have been going there. I was the 6th car in line and waited over 3 hours! Years past there have been 30 people in line and you still only waited an hour tops. I think going there for Veterans Day is done. I would rather pay full price then wait 3 hours. It s been fun but I m done.

I went in for an oil change. It took 3 hours to get done. No heat in waiting area. Every service bay was shut down with caution tape except one. Its not worth one star they should not even be open

Went twice to this place for an inspection and was unable to get in (2 hour wait).told to come back tomorrow at 7:30 AM (they typically open at 8) to be first in line. Was not told that they are not open tomorrow!!! Very rude man.

I got work done today they replaced the rotors calipers and brake pads the service was impeccable the gentleman explained everything to me I cant say enough good things about this location Im going to be a customer for a lifetime

The mechanics were fantastic, but necause the facility is in need of update and reconstruction they are down to 1 of 4 usable bays. This causes a huge delay and back up for the customer.

Overall, it was one of the worst days of my life. I first went to my local Jiffy Lube on Delaware Avenue, but was told the their system was down, and to go to a different location. After being given directions, I travelled the many miles to this other one. As Im in my 80th year, this was quite hard to do; but I eventually arrived, to then experience an approximate three+ hours wait...to then be told that I had to replace a front tire. To sum it all up, it took much more than FULL DAY to solve my problem.

The service was as prompt as they could be considering 3 out of the 4 bays were closed. I waited over an hour to get an inspection even though I was 3rd in line when it opened. From reading other reviews this has been happening at the Latham location for a couple of months.

First off, If I could give ten stars.. I would. Let me start off by saying, its hard to find honest people sometimes. I know zero about cars and its tough to worry about honesty with something you have no knowledge on. Robert, greeted me on my way in. Looked at my vehicle and explained things start to finish. Even repeating himself at times so I could understand better. That shows compassion towards customers. Thats the reason people trust, and go back to mechanics. He didnt brush me off because Im not rich and cant afford alot. He spoke to me as a human, and someone who genuinely cared about mine and my sons safety in my car. That speaks VOLUMES!!! YOU DONT SEE THAT EVERYDAY, being honest. I truly appreciate him explaining the issues, the steps hed take to achieve it and the honesty of an older vehicle. I left there with knowledge, and comfort that there was a solution. He truly is a gem, and an asset to your company.
