I called 7 am asked them what time will be good for oil change. They gave me 1 o clock appointment, got there 12:45 pm waited 1 hour sitting there. I was told it was going to be taken in in half hour. I left and called them 3 hours later they said it’s going in now it should be done max 45 minutes and I got there 2 hours later their closing time and they took my car in right in front of me and 10 mins later it was done. Very rude employees with no sense of value for time

Don’t go here. They tried to overcharge me and pull a fast one. They told me that I failed my inspection for my tires, windshield wipers, and brake hose but then quoted me for over $1700 worth of work. They told me that we could fix the brake hose so the over $1700 quote didn’t even include that. I don’t know much about cars so I sent the quote to my boyfriend and he advised me they were pulling a fast one on me. My boyfriend called and they admitted they quoted me for failing my cabin air filter and listed that as one of the reasons I failed but my boyfriend advised me you cannot fail for you cabin air filter. When he asked why they put that as a reason I failed they admitted they “must have put that in error”. Then they had under the recommended work section a lot of things that my boyfriend advised me my car did not need, such as spark plugs, fuel system cleaning, etc. I would not go here.
I just love this store. They take such good care of my car, and they are very friendly as well. They are always busy but I had a couple of urgent issues pop up last year and they were very willing to help. I highly recommend them.
Called ahead, made a 2pm appointment for a tire rotation and lifetime alignment check up. Dropped my car off at 2pm and came back at 4pm to pick it up just to find out that it hadn't even been brought in and if I wanted to wait for an alignment check and correction it would be another 2 hours. On a hunch I checked the reviews and decided it was best to take my care elsewhere.
I’ve been coming to this specific Firestone since I got my first nail in my car the week after I had gotten it. The staff here, especially the current staff is incredible. They’re all knowledgeable and helpful as can be! I feel like they’ve always been pretty honest with me. In the 7 years I’ve been coming here I’ve never had a single issue. Thank you guys for being so great! It’s never fun dealing with car issues, but they make it a whole lot easier.

They try to get over on you. Girlfriend went for an inspection, and luckily I know better so I looked over recommend work. They put cabin air filter for a reason as failed inspection which isn t a reason to fail. Recommend fuel system cleaning, engine air filter and a new spark plug which is odd because it isn t throwing any codes or misfiring. They recommended loads of work to get over on a young woman who went in for an inspection. Shame on them, will be reported. STAY AWAY!!

UPDATE 8/03/24: I sent an email to the contact provided in the reply to my review right away. I provided everything requested in addition to paperwork. I haven t heard back. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION!! I apologize for the novel I m writing below, but I really want to help others avoid what my mom has gone through. TL;DR The manager at this location took advantage of my mom who s on a fixed income. She went in for her yearly inspection, and was immediately told she wouldn t pass due to rear brake rust . He refused to bring her car off the lift, demanding she allow them to do the work needed , stating the law wouldn t allow her to take her car. Intimidated her into signing up for a credit card and forced her to get new brakes, and replace her brake fluid in order to let her leave. She didn t need any of this and they refuse to provide the proof they have that she did. More details for those who like to read: I am my mom s PoA so I am trying to help her get this settled now, but I want to make sure people know what they re getting into here before it happens to anyone else. My mom takes great care of her car, does all necessary maintenance without hesitation. I purchased this car for her so I know she s meticulous with its care. She recently had it at the Kia dealership for a recall reprogram (stolen car issue) and they did a courtesy inspection/health check on it at that time. They provided feedback saying everything looked great, and it was confirmed well maintained. For reference this is a 2020 Kia Soul (purchased brand new) with less than 40k miles on it as of today. She took her car to Firestone in Latham on May 31st for an inspection because she realized it was the last day of the month and she needed it done. They immediately started going at her about all the sales they have on tires coming up etc etc. once they had her car that s when they really started to put the pressure on. The manager came out and told her that unfortunately she wouldn t be taking her car home because it can t pass inspection in its current state. Telling her that her back brakes were completely rusted and they can t even believe she safely drove in. She was skeptical so she asked if they could provide her with some information so she could take it to her usual mechanic for a second opinion. The manager was immediately furious and pushy telling her by law he cannot allow her to leave until she lets them replace the brakes. When he realized she was on a fixed income he insisted she sign up for a credit card, and that she put it on that. He screamed at the employees of the card company who were having trouble on their end, openly intimidating the other employees, and customers. Once she was approved they told her again they would lot allow her car to come off the lift until she allowed them to do the work they said was required by law. We have tried to reach out to the location several times. We ve spoken with employees, managers, etc. they continue to give us the run around. Saying they have pictures of the rust they ll email her and she has yet to receive anything. This location is a complete rip off. They see people they can swindle and they go for the throat. I am currently in the process of disputing these charges, and plan to continue pressing until I make this right for my mom. STAY AWAY!!

I was trying my best to impress with the frontier for an inspection but it failed. They tried a couple of times to get my bull joints loose and they couldnt so instead I had to roll down the road. Im going to add a deck tire and period Rolling again
Adam was great, I was leaving for a cross country trip in a few days, but I couldnt find my size. Adam found my size tires at another Firestone store, sent one of his employees to pick them up, got them installed on my vehicle in an expedited time so I could do my cross country trip safely, thank you Adam.

This is the best place I have ever visited, I was served by an employee named Chris Ronde who lives up to a sign on the wall I saw in this store that says that honesty is the key to business, he served me expertly and honestly.
I stop in the store, no one greets me. No one says anything like how are you Just a guy working with a woman at the counter deep in conversation that lasted at least 15 minutes, still with no thought to ask if I needed anything. So after about 17 minutes, I finally lost patience and asked the gentleman behind the counter, if they could do an oil change without an appointment? Well, it was 6 o clock and they close at 7 PM so we have 60 minutes to go. He says to me I m sorry, sir. I won t be able to squeeze you in for an oil service today, but I can set you up with an appointment for tomorrow? I have to laugh in today s world how a business would operate like this. I ll never be back.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!! This place is the worst. Failing a senior citizen for inspection due to minimal surface rust on rotors after admitting the break pads are fine. The car hadnt been driven in weeks. Then trying to charge over $1000 just to pass inspection. How many times have they gotten away with interpreting NYS DMV rule that indicates, Distortion or scoring impairs the breaking system as surface rust on rotors to their advantage. No scoring or pitting... breaks work fine. Not to mention a previous experience in which this place tried to charge over $3000 for work my car never actually needed after a second opinion. They will try to get you any way they can!
DO NOT GET ALIGNMENTS DONE HERE. Paid for the lifetime alignments with my new tires and had them do the tire alignment and rotation with each oil changes. Tires are only a year and a half old with ~40,000 miles on them (70,000 mile limited lifetime warranty tires) and all 4 tires are down to/past the wear bar on the insides and fine on the outside. Firestone is claiming it isnt there issue and that the alignments have been done correctly. Brought my car to a different autoshop and had them do an alignment after firestone checked my alignment and said my alignment was fine, the other shop showed two of my tires out of alignment. After several phone calls to management, most of which were never returned after being told I would get a call back, Firestone wants me to pay for half the cost of new tires. This shop is a scam. *Edit* Customer service did absolutely nothing besides pass me off and not return phone calls. This shop is now being investigated by the DMV. Do not go here
I agree with the other post to leave 0 stars if it was possible. DO NOT go here. First, thy alleged that work needed to be done that didnt, my dealership had already done it. Then, they told me that something needed to be corrected on my vehicle in order for it to pass inspection. Even though the part showed as in stock at many local auto parts stores, Firestone made me wait 2 hours for their specific supplier to show up with the part. They dont care about your time as their customer, if you watch their technicians they literally move at a snails pace, yet thats time for which they will bill you with no regrets whatsoever. Theyre not honest. Theyre still telling me I need opinional work done that I have already had done elsewhere. Do not have your vehicle serviced here, ever; theyre just taking your money.
Best mechanic Ive ever worked with, Mike is THE MAN. No pressure, no worries, and an upfront quote and total respect of the customer experience. I wish I could give 100 stars! In addition to amazing staffing, the waiting area is gigantic and has tons of seats and clean bathrooms. They make the experience that much better! Update 3 months later: I had to move and my check engine light came on for totally unrelated reasons. I went to an official Toyota maintenance place in my new area and they said that the work that Mike and the team did was some of the very best theyd ever seen and that everything done at Firestone was outstanding and concurred completely with everything Mike had told me.

This is the third time I ve been in within 2 weeks. We got full sets of tires on 2 cars. Then last week my husband s car battery died. I got it jumped and headed to an auto parts store only for them to tell me they couldn t switch out the battery! I really wanted to take this off my husband s busy plate and my first thought was Adam at FSLatham who had taken such good care of us. I called him from the parking lot and he got us right in!! So very grateful for those guys! Adam s a great example of who you want on your customer service team!

Went for Wheel Balance after several hundred miles of driving on new tires. Got it back worse that I sent it. Did NOT perform wheel balancing when I got the new tires.
They tried to charge me 1900 to change 6 plugs and coils. And then recommended I put it on a store card at 30% APR. Go anywhere else please.
They took my vehicle for alignment and said it should be done in couple hour. But when they find out it s under warranty they refuse service and said booked for next couple weeks.
Will not shop there.

While getting a new rear tires at to Firestone tire in Latham I was informed that I needed new rear brakes and given an 851.87 estimate (still have it). Looking for a 2nd opinion I remembered a recommendation on the Siena parents page for Gil s garage. Opinion was verified by my son in law, so we made an appointment. Brakes were carefully inspected and given a mm rating, a dashboard light was reset and I fully expected a diagnostic charge. Not only do I NOT need brakes but they charged nothing. Beware of Firestone.

I would give 0 stars if I could. This is the product I received after a 2hr wait time after my sister dropped 1000$ on 4 new tires. As soon as I left, the tire light came on as well. Hopefully, the pictures will speak for themselves about the service and customer satisfaction at this location. I should have read the reviews first. If anyone else has expectations in this location, I hope this will be helpful.
They always treat me fair.. But their labor book hours seems higher than most. Firestone Corp needs to adjust to local market rates. Staff is great !!
Beware of service advisors at this location. Had a flat and mentioned I needed it repaired but you could tell he was interested in selling four tires. Mentioned that it would be $1100 and that the flat tire couldnt be repaired. Went to Northway Toyota and it was fixed for $40
Let me tell you my story. So i an appointment on saturday September 30th. For 4pm for my car s alignment. When i got there a 3:45. Person told me that there is a long line. They only have one tech working. Even though I had an appointment. But i guess it doesn t matter. SO THEY GAVE ME ANOTHER APPOINTMENT FOR MONDAY OCTOBER 2nd AT 9am. WHICH IS TODAY. SO I GOT THERE AT 8:40am. 20mins BEFORE MY APPOINTMENT. AS SOON AS I TOLD THE PERSON AT THE COUNTER I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AT 9am. HE DIDNT LET ME SPEAK. AND STARTED TO TELL ME THAT HOW HE HAD ONLY 2GUYS WORKING. AND THAT THERE IS 3CARS AHEAD OF ME. WE SHORT STAFF. TOLD ME TO GO TO THE LATHAM LOCATION EVEN THOUGH I HAD AN APPOINTMENT WITH THE ONE ON WOLF RD. SO PLEASE SOMEONE FROM THE FIRESTONE TELL ME WHAT HELL IS GOING ON WITH THE FIRESTONE ONE WOLF RD. I AM VERY DISGUSTED WITH THE WAY I WAS TREATED. THIS IS NOT THE WAY TO HANDLE YOUR PAID CUSTOMERS.
I recently visited Firestone Latham, the branch manager is very unprofessional and moody at work, it is like you are forcing him to offer service to you, In this day and age how does a front facing manager holds mood swings at work and to the customer, to make matter worse this my second time to experience such disservice from the staff of the same branch , I would like to applaud the outstanding branch mechanic supervisor for the station for his courtesy and good service the only reason I take my two cars for service at the branch. I registered my complaint and the company didn t even revert back with a courtesy acknowledgement.

If you go to here, ask for Mike. He goes out of his way to take care of his customers and makes sure they get a good deal. His customer service is best I have ever experienced in car repair/maintenance (including dealer service). Will be back to service my cars here again.
12/13/23 Ran over some industrial glass in the Fresh Market parking lot across the street, and heard immediate hissing. Drove across the street to Firestone. Even though it was late in the afternoon, Tom greeted me in a friendly manner. Angel took good care of me, and tech Chris had my tire changed within the hour. Amazing skills and customer service- that was my experience!

I just got my car here for a wheel alignment and was wise enough to take all my valuables. Left my CD Sauvage scent bottle in the center console thinking no one would take it. This is never taken out of the car and I used it before dropping the car here. I drive out and look for my scent bottle and it was missing. Drove right back and they panicked when they saw me and said nobody took this. I wonder if this bottle had legs or wings to jump out of the center console. Very unprofessional. Would never go here again.
After puncturing a tyre late in the afternoon, I called the store in a panic; I was planning to drive out of state the next day. The staff were kind and understanding, and told me to come right in. I arrived and was warmly greeted. They went over the charges, and within an hour I was back on the road. I was super grateful for making time to see me at the last minute, and was pleasantly surprised with how quickly they were able to replace the tyre. I ll be coming back here in the future for sure!

New to the Capital District, I needed my NYS Inspection done here. After being rudely treated at Monroe Muffler I went to Firestone, where MIKE was most gracious in setting up a quick appointment and followed through with the most amiable service. Five Stars in my opinion. SEE MIKE!

They damage my bottom rocker on my Lexus. This damage wasn t there yesterday. They charged me $155 to take off wheel locks they lost the key too. Then another $60 for new lug nuts. They were the last shop to touch my car and install a new set of tires on. They wanted me to but 2 new tires after i popped one. The tires only have 500 miles on them. Not to mention they refused to put my donut tire on The bad review is mainly for my damaged bottom rocker
This place is garbage, I set there for two hours after making an appointment two days prior for them to tell me they could not fix my tire only sell me a new one. I asked the reason why and they said it was two close to the sidewall. I asked for them to show me the nail and it was almost two inches away from sidewall closer to the center of the tire. I told them to get my car off the lift and I will go some place else. The guy actually told me they were supposed to charge me because they pulled the car in then told me they couldnt fix the problem. I told them I was not paying a dime, the tire can be fixed, that they are just trying to sale a new tire. I would not ever go back to this place and I would never recommend going there. There Administration are incompetent and the techs are obviously slow as hell because making an appointment is means nothing when they tell you a time and still have set there for two hours before they even pull your car in.
I want for my AC repair. They charge $110 for AC inspection. But I think they just checked is compressor working or not. They didnt figure out why is not working. Is it electrical problem or not. Just gave me $1300 quote to repair the ac. I went to some other auto shop and actually it was compressor power plug problem, which cost less than the changing the whole compressor . They are charging for unnecessary things. Never recommend this store again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I brought my car in this morning to repair a tire and the service clerk lied and tried telling me it was ILLEGAL to repair a tire with less than 4/32nds tire tread and refused to fix it, thinking he would get a 4 tire sale out of it. They didnt. Went home, looked up the statute, and the S 7082, the Proper Tire Repair Act was never signed into law in 2012. Even if it was, the requirement was tread less than 2/32nds to not repair a tire. I already knew the clerk lied to me when I was at the shop, but its nice having this confirmed. Avoid this shop at all costs, they will lie about NY law to try and get tire sales out of you. And if this shop is reading this, just know I also filed a formal complaint with Firestone corporate. UPDATE: My car passed NYS inspection with the existing tires and the shop I brought it to patched the tire. Ive attached a picture of the work order that shows the tire was repairable and successfully patched. NYS inspection requirements are that tire tread be greater than 2/32nds of tread, which mine were at 4/32nds. Picture for proof is attached.
I was shocked by the ignorance here, if this was the only place open and my car broke down I would sooner buy a pair of shoes to walk in rather than set foot in this establishment again. Also the shop is filthy. Pick up your tools, cant even open any of the bay doors. The equipment is ancient.
Other than all the miscellaneous things they do wrong I showed up to get my car aligned. Made an appointment days in advanced and they ve worked on my car as is several times. They tell me when I get there they don t work on heavy modified cars. Interesting

Showed up with no appointment and was able to get my tires on even with the crazy amount of customers coming in and calling. Justin was incredible. He was bouncing from the front desk to cash out customers, answering the phones and putting on tires. No idea how he managed to get the phone every time it rang. He did his job with a smile on his face and thrived under pressure. Justin is someone you would want as the face of your company. He did not miss a beat and he is an asset to your Latham location.
The staff was extremely helpful and the pricing as always was the best in the area. Thats with any retail L vacation staffing is a never ending issue. But the staff keeps you informed.

Worst service ever. Aaron said he would not beat me up over matching THEIR OWN ADVERTISED PRICE. Doing me a favor by having me pay their full advertised price !?!? Then a day later my breaks fail. Now he wants to me to pay $1000. To replace both rear calipers!?! Lucky my truck didn t catch fire. Definitely not a coincidence and horrible service.

Love this Firestone. Cody & Scott (the mechanic) are the best. They are very respectful and trustworthy. Did excellent work I now feel safe on the road with the work they have done. Trust me Scott did a lot of hard work I cant say how much I trust him and thank him for a great job. Thank you Cody & Scott for making my experience a pleasant one. I would definitely recommend this Firestone to everyone.

Went in with a new (to me) wheel, old one was cracked. Wanted to take the existing tire and have it moved to the new wheel and have it balanced. I also needed to have another wheel balanced. They took care of everything under a half hour. They did a good job. I am very pleased with the service.
Will never go back there again! My car thermostat ended up going all the way up to the H for the first time. I was worried and happened to be right next door so asked them if they could look at it. I was told at first I needed a head gasket and the next day I called. I was told I needed a new engine which would be about $6000 or a remanufactured one for about $4400. I was a mess with stress and anxiety. The guy couldnt even remember what he quoted me when I called. I ended up towing it to my regular mechanic who specializes in my model car and has never screwed me over. I had a car in the past with engine issues that had smoke coming out of the hood. Never had any smoke come out of the hood or anywhere els. My regular mechanic did all sorts of tests and found out nothing was wrong. Just a possible glitch in the temperature gauge. I have driven it since then with no problems. Dont ever go there if you are a female by yourself
I have visited several times and had good experiences. Prices are fair but not especially low. They call me with a quote before undertaking the repair and explain my options, if relevant, and whether I can safely put an expensive repair off. I cant speak to wait times since I always drop my car off the night before (they have a secure drop box). Waiting room and restroom clean and pleasant. As a short female, I appreciate that I dont feel talked down to or face a hard sell.

I am sharing my terrible experience at store 2844 at Latham, NY on July 29, 2021. I have also formally logged case#2555415 with firestone corporate customer complaints. I have also given statements to Police ( Town of Colonie) and my legal adviser. Due to character count limit on google reviews, I cannot fit in the full incident report here. I went in yesterday unfortunately I caught a flat, thinking that I was lucky cause I was less then a mile away from Firestone lucky me yea no. I get there and told him my situation and his reply was we are closing in twenty mins I can t help you sorry. I was so mad. But lucky Mavis Discount down the street helped me out and was closing around the same time. I spoke to a gentleman by the name Darrell who worked in Mavis told him what happen and said get here and I ll take care of you and they did.

I would never recommend or go to Firestone ever again. I had all last 5 vehicles tires from there. I went in June to have tires put on my new truck which cost me 1200.00. they damaged my rims an denied ever damaging my rims. Been fighting with Firestone since June... Its always the same story well look into it.. Not to mention their Latham NY store manager an their district manager are very rude an unprofessional.. so folks do whatever you can to stay away from Firestone Complete Auto Care Centers...

Came here to get my Belt Replaced , as I was checking out and picking up my truck an employee ran out grabbed my keys and opened my hood saying he forgot to tighten something . As I m driving home I notice my cars overheating and I pull over and find my radiator has a giant crack. The crack couldn t of existed before pulling up to the store because I Wouldn t of been able to go a block without losing all my coolant. Please see attached photo
I would give zero stars if possible. These people are crooks. My daughter brought her car in for an inspection and they failed her for tires and wheel fasteners. They also tried selling her $2000 worth of services she did not need!!! brought her car to another garage and they said her tires were fine and passed her inspection. They also noted she didnt need any of the other items she was quoted for by Firestone. They just try to take advantage of people who have little knowledge of vehicles. Shame on you Firestone!!!
I brought my car over to Latham Firestone couple months back. They over charged me and they didnt even fixed the main problem which I specifically told them what happened to the car. I feel theres some dishonest mechanics working there.
The place was clean and service was perfect. Got the prompt appointment, so all good!
Had to get rear caliper fixed. They charge riduiculous markup on easy to get parts: $63 for a $10 brake hose, $70 rear brake pad set that go for $26., $50 for rotor that goes for $25... Not going to any Firestone ever!
So this is the second time we have showed up for a appointment to be told we are not on the list,The manager Mike needs to get it together. I truly believe he is not manager material.I do want to Thank Scout for getting us in and for his friendy attitude.As far as Mike he was no where to be found, just like the last time I was there.maybe it was for the best because he would have gotten a mouth full.

Came here with a leaky tire and was expecting to need a replacement. I ended up only having to pay $32.00! Turns out it was just a nail in my tire and they were able to plug it up. I was really impressed with their honesty and service. Keep it up guys!! Youre restoring my faith in auto mechanics
Please do not go here. None of the mechanics were wearing masks, no sanitation procedures, shop was a mess, tires everywhere, on top of which they failed my partner s car and estimated 1,700 worth of repairs. Took the car to a local garage, Primeaus in Cohoes and passed, no work needed. Primeaus Garage is great.
DO NOT GO HERE. They waste your time and money and are dishonest to get you to spend more money.

I was greeted by Cody, he was attentive to my needs for the day. He offered additional preventative maintenance service which we flagged for a future visit. Tom worked on my brakes & rotors and did a great job. Cody went above and beyond and assisted me with replacing my registration sticker. Class act

After having tried a few other shops in the area this is the first place I havent felt like they were trying to get one over on me. When an order for a part came in and it wasnt brand new, they brought it out and showed me and apologized even though it wasnt their fault. They had ordered a new part not a refurbished part. They are honest with their customers and will go out of their way to ensure the service is done right.

Called 10 minutes before closing due to my wifes car having a screw in the tire. The tech said that he would stay and fix it. Other shop around the corner said i would have to come back nextday. Thank you for going the extra mile to help out in short period of time.

Honest. Fix whats wrong. No bait & switch. Never try to upsell you on anything you dont need or want. Firestone tires seem to hold up well. Repeat business from me.
Great, friendly, quick service. I was at the tail end of a 300+ mile trip when I got a flat tire. I was out the door in about 30 minutes.
Spent over 1000 dollars to fix a problem on my car because it was diagnosed wrong the first time. Then gave them my car to have it fixed and went on vacation for a week, came back and my car still wasn t done. Went yesterday, and still wasn t done. Called today still not done. I had to find a ride to work today, and home.
Came in for 2 rear tires, they didn t push anything expensive on me. They also informed me I had a bad ball joint and needed new brakes. I told them I already had an appt with my mechanic but they gave me a quote with a discount and told me feel free to come back if they were cheaper. Looked up the parts myself and they were pretty close in price. Will definitely go back in the future, especially if they end up being cheaper.

Staff recommends large amount of extra work having nothing to do with requested repairs. They failed to call when repairs complete. They could not locate account for billing. Very poor standards.

I made an appointment to get 2 tires put on. Why? Still waited an hour! And, good thing I asked about keeping the ones they took off. They were going to keep them and charge me!
New set of tires, car shook like a wet dog. Took car back four times, oh its the rim, oh its the snow, oh I just indexed the tire (they installed one (1) foot of wheel weights. Finally three managers later, new tire and I dont know why they didnt replace it the first time. I gave three stars for the number of sets of tires I have purchased there in the last year. No more business from me, too much of a hassle and no control over sales crew.

Good: was able to get my tire plugged. Bad: didnt like I was there to get my tire fixed and they tried getting me to spend $900.00 on other stuff. Customer ask you to plug a tire doesnt give you the right to check over entire car. As requested I emailed Kristine and no response after 3 days. Dont ask for me to email you and didnt have the courtesy to respond, nice job Firestone
Scheduled ahead for an appointment to have my car taken a look at. After waiting nearly an hour and half they come back to me and basically say yeah there s something wrong with your car, we can t fix it here and charge me a $100 for it. Thanks guys, couldn t figure that something was wrong with my car. If they try to send you to another shop, keep in mind they probably have connections and have a deal where they split the profits, they try to make you go for the most expensive option to fix your car. They said they added a quart of fluid to my car, got it checked by another mechanic later, and he confirmed they didn t (also because checking the dipstick would have diagnosed pretty much everything.) Every single dude working there is the used car salesman type. Front desk guy kept running to an office to order... food. Nice. I m sure lunch times important, but really as important as pushing credit card sales? Whole experience was really cringe worthy. Also they try to coax you into writing good reviews, so some of these other reviews may be artificially inflated. Anyways just avoid this place, and find a local shop.

Came to the shop on a Sunday afternoon with a screw in my tire. Had the tire in stock they replaced it had me in and out in an hour and 15 minutes. Ill be going back.
They did me right ,saved me some bucks by implementing discounts is was eligible for,and parts good 1yr /life of my ownership depending on part/s..im happy!

Updated: 7/2018 - service has leveled out. Its not great, and they take FOREVER, but that said, they still arent that bad. Most visits include a this must be done repair, which isnt always true. Wait times are VERY long, so plan accordingly. Even with an appointment, expect 90min or more. Thankfully there is a Stewarts, Dunkin Donuts & Burger King within a few hundred feet, so you can grab a bite while you wait. Free WiFi is a great perk too, but waiting area needs a general update. Side note but the bathroom is always clean, which is rare for an auto body shop. Great credit offers and rebates balance out with average service.
Friendly, competent employees and mechanics. Good prices, for a chain. A little pushy with add-ons and extra services, but Ive seen way worse. Overall would definitely recommend

I drove a Jeep Cherokee for 22 years. Firestone was a major player in keeping it in top condition. I drove that Jeep more than 200,000 miles. I trust their advice.
A little pricey but you get your vehicle in extremely fast and back within a day. Plus they try and help you with price as much as they can.
Not the best place to do your cars state inspection. Making an appointment is useless since they make you wait an hour and then another hour for the actual inspection to occur.

Made an appointment for an inspection, was told it would take an hour. It took over 2.5 hours for routine inspection in the middle of the day on a weekday. Then of course there is the laundry list of repairs they suggest you need that you may or may not need, but that wasn t nearly as aggravating as wasting my time. Never again.

Yesterday was rush day for everyone to get their snow tires put on. The guys were great. I made an appointment and even though there were a lot of cars there, I was still in and out much quicker than I thought I would be. Kudos to the Latham team to handling that rush!!
Everytime I get something fixed, it comes out with another problem. Please stop telling me my tires are bald and I need new ones, I got them yesterday.
Awsome customer service and price thanks to Chris C and Mike B I had a flat tire and broken stem super helpful and actually honest about what is really needed and what I can wait on! Therefore I will definitely come back to fix those issues and not have to worry about being ripped off

I came in to replace a broken headlight in December of 2018. At the time of check out I was told that I needed to replace a slew of parts that were all LESS THAN ONE YEAR OLD. I keep a detailed record of all the work I have done to my car, just as my father had always taught me. I was told that I needed a new battery (just replaced in January of 2018), new engine and cabin filters (both replaced in June of 2018), and windshield wipers (replaced in July of 2018). The estimated additional cost was $300. I told the representative at time of checkout that there was no way this was possible because I knew I had just replaced all of those parts recently and would need to consult the record that I keep. His reply? Well thats good, most people are lucky if they know the year and color of their cars. It just goes to show they make a quick buck on the customers ignorance to their vehicles. Needless to say I did not replace those parts, because they are brand new. Definitely a dishonest business.

Made an appointment a week ago to have 2 tires mounted and an alignment done. I have been waiting a little over an hour and my car has not left the parking spot. Asked for an update on timing and was told that it should be done in another hour... Probably will not come back. Whats the point of making an appointment if the appt times are not honored and you get squeezed in wherever anyway. Never have had to wait this long for a simple appointment.
Went in for routine car inspection. Was told it would take 1-1.5hrs. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Great. Fast. Friendly service!

Dishonest! I paid for an alignment and wanted my camber adjusted to prevent inside wheel wear. Josh (manager) told me that my car does not have a way to adjust the wheels camber and that there was only an after market bolt to install to adjust the camber. He said the computer tells him there is no way to adjust the camber. I couldnt believe it so I later Youtubed it and there are many videos on how to adjust the camber on my exact car (no after market bolt needed.) I had a feeling he was not being honest with me, but the part that really bothers me was he was able to look me straight in the eye and made me feel like what he said was true. I wonder how many other customers he has been dishonest to. I am going to take my business somewhere else.
