Showed up with my vehicle in need of service, got in, got out, Aaron and Ken were great. It was a bit later in the day, no guarantee given I was going to be able to get service performed that day, but I waited around and they snuck me in, very pleased.

The staff are very unprofessional and very slow in attending clients ,,booked for oil change and i was rescheduled twice in a single day

I dont know, it used to be the best place to go. Best place, I know to do oil and tires. Watch The Greatest. I hope you get better used to love that place.

Car was running smoothly. Brought it in for a routine oil change. Picked it up and it was hitching and dragging. Checked the oil dipstick and oil was way past midmark and dark brown. Brought it back to Goodyear and told it was probably a blown gasket. Took it to dealership. They said transmission dipstick was dry. Only 1 quart of transmission fluid was found after draining. The engine oil was overfilled. The dealership drained 7 quarts of oil and it had gotten all over the engine. A $69 oil change became $1000.00 in repairs. Basically, transmission fluid disappeared while my car was there and a LOT of engine oil ended up in the oil tank.

I walked in wondering if they could find the reason behind my coolant leaking out so fast. it was the water pump ,which was unexpected. Ryan who s the Manager went out of his way to help not only point me in the right direction on what parts to get but to save money as well. Work was done in a timely manor and car runs perfect. Had work done at Goodyear Latham for the first time and was very pleased with the service and the team. Had front strut assemblies and stabilizers replaced and a 4 wheel alignment done on my 15 year old Jeep. Their price was $600 less for the same scope of work quoted at a competitor. The entire staff is very friendly, easy going, cohesive, and well-managed. Will definitely be back and will recommend to others.

I walked in with a screw embedded tire and was told that it was not fixable due to state regulations. The technician showed me the dry cracks and wears on my old tires. He also showed me a second deeper embedded object that my eyes had missed. He also indicated that state inspection was long overdue, and an oil change was not far away either (based on windshield stickers). Manager offered me couple options on new set of tires, ranging between $651-$980 which were all beyond my budget (no fault of their). Since I had to leave for work shortly, they quickly installed the spare tire (no charge) and advised me not to drive on highway speeds. Next day I dropped my vehicle for oil change and state inspection. An hour later, the manager called me and offered a different set of economical tires for $500. He threw in the state inspection, premium oil change, premium oil filter plus tax in the same price. And then he offered pay overtime plans to make things easier for me. There was no way anyone couldve refused such an enticing offer! Neither did I (Thank you Goodyear Latham). To put it simply, Goodyear Latham offered solutions to my vehicles problems. They worked with me to bring costs down to my budget. Thank you Goodyear Team. You are the BEST.

Great service Recommend going for all car needs

I needed a new battery in a hurry. I called at 9:00 a.m to see if they had what I needed, drove over and was back on the road before 10:00. Price was reasonable and people were helpful and courteous!

I work next door at Feidens and I love taking my car here. I wouldnt take my vehicle anywhere else. Not only is it convenient but they are so knowledgeable and friendly. Every time I work with this company Casey is always there to advise me of everything before I get a surprise. I am so happy that I started going here.

Was on a road trip alone from VT to Pittsburgh, PA when I got a flat. After getting the spare on and locating this Goodyear in Latham, I was so pleased with how helpful and understanding they were. The tire was damaged beyond repair and the other tires worn enough that I replaced them all. They got me on the road in an hour and a half.

We want to say that our recent experience with Goodyear at the Latham Circle was wonderful as all our past visits have been! All of the staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I want to share my experience. I replaced four winter tires here in December 2022. I spent more than 500 dollar.at that time. I give their service full marks this time. Due to an accident, I damaged a tire. At 10 oclock in the morning on November 18, 2023, I was at the front desk of their store. I said that I would buy an identical winter tire and then replace the remaining three tires. The lady at the front desk checked After waiting for a long time, I was told that this type of winter tire was out of stock and I had to replace it with another one. I bought one and then exchanged 3 old ones for a total of about 280 dollar.I said it was too expensive and I wanted to leave, but she said she would help me find other options. She told me, you bring 3 old winter tires and I will replace them with four new winter tires for you. The total cost is 342 dollar. I also confirmed the service items and the amount with her. I saw her next to the computer with my own eyes. of reservations into their computer system. On the morning of December 1, 2023, I arrived at the store on time at 7:30 am according to the appointment time. The same lady received me. I said that I had brought the old tires. She didnt understand what I said. She said that my reservation was not seen in the system. I was surprised. I put the previous service items and the amount. I told her again and she said she couldnt find it. At that time, my heart was broken. Later, she said that you can buy the same one for 117 dollar and install it all for 197 dollar. I agreed, and then I went home and waited until ten oclock. She called and said, That tire of yours It was no longer available and I wanted to change the model. I said yes. At that time, she did not tell me that there would be an additional charge for changing the tire. It was not until I paid that the bill amount increased from 197 dollar to 282 dollar.Im very disappointed that they treated me like this again. I feel very angry. I regret not taking pictures with my mobile phone and keeping a record when I made the appointment. I always thought that our community operators were honest, but I was too naive.

I called ahead and was told walk in on Saturday for NYS inspection, no appointment necessary. On arrival Saturday at open8ng (730am) I was told they couldnt take me for a few hours due to other appointments. I made 115pm appointment for same day and on arrival was told the mechanic is on lunch and wont return for 45 minutes. Told I need 2 tires and they only had 1 kind of tire for my car, 182 dollars a piece. Had to schedule another appointment later in week for less expensive tires.

They do not have to honor appointments.

I had a tire rotation and a wheel alignment done under a 3 year alignment package I bought and the staff couldn t have been nicer Julio Rodriguez was my Salesperson and Al Rezavi was my Tech great guys. In and out quick at 8 AM

Car started wobbling and it ended up being a separated tire. Got all 4 tires replaced as it was definitely time and I was very impressed by how smoothly and quickly everything was handled. Less than 2 hours after calling I was cruising down the road on my new boots. I would highly recommend and will be returning for service in the future.

Nothing can kill your good mood on a sunny Friday afternoon like a blown tire from the ridiculous potholes right after the light by the high school ,but before the Elks club. A pretty busy road with the traffic, school, and the speed limit being 40 mph yet 30 on average with traffic. Long story short a series of horrible potholes that sneak up and are just unavoidable. I have a brand new car and even driving at a slow speed I knew there was going to something wrong right after the first one and the horrific sound and how hard it felt. So of course this made my front passenger tire blow. I starting calling everywhere and when I finally was able to speak to a live person they either didn t have the tire size I needed or that it was Friday and done for the weekend. Good;year tire quickly had me speaking to the store manager and had one tire in the size I needed he said he would get it done within the hr. I spoke to Ryan right when I walked in, and he explained a few things and not only had my car finished and ready within 45 min total it was the best price by far compared to the others. I normally wouldn t take the time to bother with this but I was so impressed how easy they made this, didn t try to rip me off and didn t make my day worse by treating me like a nuisance. Definitely would recommend the Goodyear store in Latham!

Fast and friendly service. Might be a tad expensive by only using original equipment manufacturers, but hopefully quality makes up for that.

I ve been bringing my cars to the Latham Good Year for many years, and have never had less than a positive experience. The waiting room is comfortable, and the service is excellent. I ve always felt cared about as a customer, as though they have my, and my car s best interest at heart. I ve never felt pressured to purchase an item, or a service as I have in other establishments. Just feel as though they give me the information needed, and let me choose the if and when part on my own. Today, I met the GM, Ryan Simmons. He went above and beyond, to insure that I was confident in the work that was done on my car. I will continue to be a loyal customer!

I recently did a lot of front end suspension work on my car due to shaking at high speed, so to finish everything off went into the Latham Goodyear for new tires and a much needed alignment. The guys did exceptional work, and my car handles/drives like new. In addition, the store manager Ryan was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Could not be happier with the experience or work done.

Alternator failed on our way to Lake george from Queens NYC for family vacation. I could NOT have been more stressed with temperature hitting nearly 90 degrees and We have a 2 yr old son. We barely made it to this shop with a booster pack on a late Saturday Afternoon. With No Rental Cars available, Ryan really saved our vacation. He fixed our car staying late and I Couldnt be More Thankful. We had a great time @ lake george and I will remember this for rest of my life. Thank you once again.

Had issues with the stock Goodyears that came on my new truck. My local Goodyear location did everything they could to figure it out, and when they deemed the tires to be faulty, they gave me full credit value towards new tires all while being friendly and helpful!

Not a good experience here. First, they told me they cannot accommodate online appointment times because they dont get notified of them regularly....(doesnt sound right to me), fortunately I was able to leave my truck for the day as I had a ride. Then after leaving me vehicle with them for an alignment, they call to say they cant do an alignment because their alignment rack has been down for a few days. Never mentioned that at drop off. Big waste of time wont return.

I went in for a scheduled appointment that I made on line for new tires. The appointment started as expected and the team kept me informed every step of the way. I noted that the car seemed to veer when releasing the steering wheel while driving. They checked the alignment after the tires were replaced and it definitely needed some adjusting. TOOK GOOD CARE OF US. Been a resident of Latham for some time...and have done business with LaBarges and Mavis. Needed 4 new tires in advance of the winter craiziness...and knowing I was looking at a grand or more, I did my due diligence for product quality and value. Not only did we get the best price for name brand tires at Goodyear, the manager made sure we got all available discounts, the road hazard coverage, and any available rebates. We got GOOD TIRES, at a GOOD PRICE; and the service was great. Couldnt ask for any more from any local biz...so thanks Goodyear for the way you conduct business.

When i first came here to get my winter tires put on, they messed up my tire pretty badly. After two weeks of driving my one tire popped off, damaging my rim, brake pads and lug nuts. I threw my spare on and went back to this goodyear and they didn t even let me finish telling them what happened! They immediately took my car in, took full responsibility and replaced EVERYTHING that was damaged for free. I expected the bare minimum coming in and left with so much more respect for them! I recommend everyone to come here for their car service!

The service was very friendly, professional. Nate handled the alignment issues with my car, I feel it was a thorough job.. It was done in the time frame that wasnt given . The waiting area was clean, and i was offered cold bottled water while waiting. I would recommend this place, and I will go back .

My daughter found a nail in her tire. I called to see if they could take us in and they told us to come right over. Nathan helped us out at the counter by setting up an account with our info and within an hour they had plugged the hole and filled up the tire. Everyone was so helpful and happy to answer any questions. They also informed my daughter on how to find the tire pressure feature on her car for the future. Definitely recommend and will be going back!

I had an inspection, oil change and tire rotation done this week. The technician noted that I needed a rear light bulb replaced and did that. I also needed an air and cabin filter, but gave me a choice about it. Nathan , the manager, was courteous and accommodating regarding a quick appointment. I m always very happy with the service at Goodyear in Latham. I would recommend it to anyone needing reliable work done on their vehicle.

Great place for inspection and oil change. Was in and out, and everyone was extremely friendly!

I arrived on the afternoon of July 17 tired, cranky, and frustrated with another place. These folks were kind, friendly, and offered excellent hospitality to me. I was only there to have tires installed, but they also found that they could do my much needed oil change and inspection. By the time I left, I felt cheerful, energized, and very happy. It was a huge relief to have all the work complete. The waiting room was blissfully quiet (thank you for not having a TV or radio blaring, I had a headache), comfortably cool, clean, had relatively comfortable chairs, and plenty of space so customers didnt have to be crowded together. The restroom was very clean and properly stocked with soap and paper towels. The front counter was extremely tidy and uncluttered, with clearly marked sanitized pens and hand sanitizer. I was treated very respectfully and kindly, and I will definitely return for future needs such as tire rotations. Invoice #180617

I needed my tires replaced to pass inspection. Everyone I dealt with here was professional and courteous. They even said they would do my reinspection so I didnt have to go back to the place I went before. They found I needed new wiper blades (which I already knew), but called and asked before changing them out. Would recommend this place to anyone.

I dont typically write reviews but... This has been one of the worst tire buying experiences of my life. A seemingly simple task has turned into a nightmare. It all started when I ordered the tires online right from Goodyears site 11/30/21. As part of this ordering process you schedule an install appointment which I made for 12/3/21. I arrived at my posted time only to find that the store was closed due to COVID. This in itself didnt bother me things happen, but the fact that nowhere did the system block the appointment or call, text, email me to let me know they were closed. I then called the Wolf Rd branch to see what they may be able to do for me. They were VERY helpful and tried, but determined that waiting until Latham reopened 12/8/21 would make the most sense. On 12/8/21 I called and asked to setup an appointment. Well, due to being closed they didnt even get the tires in. Ok, so I had to wait until the next day not a huge deal overall but a bit frustrating. I arrive at my 2pm appointment at 1:58, and hand the man my keys. There were very few cars in the bays and they brought my truck in at about 2:08. Well, I am writing this review from my laptop sitting in their waiting room and it is 3:48pm. I keep peeking out the window into the shop and the truck has been sitting on the lift being worked on sporadically 5 min at a time. Needless to say its anyones guess when I will get out of here. As of right now we have one tire mounted and on the truck, not even tightened down. Looks like we will be going well into hr 2 before this is done. Incredible.

Great ppl! Traveling from another state and needed a tire repair. No nonsense, no upselling, got exactly what I needed and was on my way in about an hour & 1/2 and all under their national warranty so it was completely covered no problems.

Stopped in looking anywhere to get a state inspection without an appointment. They look me right in, and got it done quickly. All the staff was very friendly, and the shop was very clean. They have a small coffee station which was fully stocked and cleaned. To top it off, they had Forensic Files on. Can t go wrong with that. Will be back for sure!

My tires were absolutely bald as can be, I called up Goodyear and talked to Nate, he had recommendations on what tires I could make the most use of and was very informative, helping me make my decision to get the tires I did, he got me in quickly, did the work in a timely fashion, and I was out and about feeling safe as can be with some new tires, and my wallet didn t feel that light after either.

Picked up a big screw in my tire. Stop in at 8:00am with no appointment. The tire was patched and plugged out of there at 9 AM no charge.Great service.

The owner Dave went above and beyond any other service provider in the area for me. He took care of my 18 wrangler immediately for an oil change, tire rotation and also re-programmed my tire sensors. Without Dave s help I would still have the light on my dash. I can t thank him enough!

I have been looking to get new tires for my vehicle. We researched for about a month to find the best ones we could get (Goodyear Weather ready). We called around to different Goodyear shops, and authorized retailers, but no one could get our size tire in that day and replace our tires that day. We finally called Dave here, and he said he could go and get the tires today and install them! This was at 3 O clock on a Saturday. We got down there at 3:30 and within a little bit he got the tires. We ended up waiting there till approximately 7, because Dave wanted to keep his word. By the end of our wait, we were still in good faith, because he was the only one in the area to get this done that day. The shop closed at 5, and he still happily helped every single person who stepped through that door. Dave is a great guy, and does what he can for his customers. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone if you want to get something done.

Wanted to charge me $1000 for a part I could buy on Amazon for 120 not including installation so by turning my own wrench I saved well over $1000.....

Horrible bad experience I took my car there at 12 which was yesterday and today I called if they finished and they haven t even done it I don t recommend this place it was super slow, also today at 3pm I went there and they haven t done nothing at all and I just got my car and left, and I think that the manager might be racist to Hispanics I been here 2 times and they have done the same thing.

Prepare to wait.... and wait...Made appt online for noon for oil change and tire rotation. It is now 1:30..... if you can t keep appointments, do make them. I won t be back. Ok so now it has been over 2 hours, they rotated the tires but tell me they don t have the filter for the oil change..... after 2 hours!!!!!

Made an online appointment for my vehicle at 1pm they told me it would take about an hour and a half. I called over 2 hours later and they told me my car had just been taken in, it would be half an hour more. I got there 45 mins later and they still hadn t done my alignment. This is the third time I ve dealt with overbookings and had to wait. I booked the appointment online and immediately got $5 my oil change just for booking online and received an email with a $10 coupon for being a returning customer. They would not honor both my coupon and discount online. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I went to have oil change and tire rotation. They lied that the tires were rotated. They were not. My oil was over filled and does not appear to have been changed. I do not recommend going here. I got new tires last fall and they were not balanced and I had to go back. They have lost me now as a customer and I will be making a formal complaint with Goodyear Corporate!

Went to have an oil change, tires rotated, and to have my battery changed. I also asked them to check my tire because i had a slow leak in it. They told me there was nothing wrong with my tire and they just tightened up the valve. Well i get all the way to Buffalo and i see the nail in my tire that they told me wasnt there. How do you rotate the tires and not see that? Also they left battery acid all over the terminals will my new battery. Unacceptable and will never go back here. Also will not recommend to anyone to go here. Very unhappy!

Im from Wisconsin, i was in the area and needed an alignment and a new trailer tire. They had the tire in stock and had my alingment done in less than an hour. Dan D. Was the tech who talked to me about what i wanted done and did it exactly as i asked. Thanks for a job done fast.

Terrible experience with this store. I bought 4 tires , all tires inflated to wrong pressure. Lied and said I needed an alignment . Paid for an alignment. Had to take it back because my truck was shaking. Technician took off In my truck like a madman , They said they aligned it for the 2nd time, truck was not aligned . Left for the 2nd time, truck was still shaking. Called Colonie, they told me to take it to them. I took it right out there. They aligned my truck for the 3rd time. They Checked the balancing , all 4 tires not balanced correctly, as they were checking the balance they noticed my rim was bent. Latham bent my rim and failed to tell me, Goodyear bought me a new rim. DO NOT GO TO THE LATHAM STORE - terrible service , manager Dave has no people or customer service skills what so ever. Very rude and unprofessional. Need tires go to Colonie Goodyear.
