Crap. Bad time estimates, rude when you’re not happy with their lies. Also I literally told the guy no about putting on my spare tire and he immediately did it anyway. It would’ve been fine til I got to a different shop not that it’s his business, but it’s the type of guys that think they know better than women working here.
Used curbside pickup for the first time. Had trouble finding it. ( on the side of the building ) Very nice young lady brought out my purchase.
Customer service with bad attitude and no willingness to help or answer any questions. On Dec 11, 2022, I came for tire service at Latham store. The battery &Tire service representative does not schedule my slot well and asked me come back late. He did not tell me during the call before I came in a heavy snow. He has not willingness to flex schedule to accommodate me since It is SAMs schedule problem. Entire experience made me very upset and end up cancel the tire order.
Big warehouse store, if you didn't know that already. Some prices are not bargain while others are so you still have to do your research.
Always a good deal except for the meats. Can get a better price at the local market. However, you can't beat the roaster chicken. Spare ribs are usually very dry.
Love Sam's club I always find good deals to fill up my freezer with breakfast , lunch and dinner items. Soups and macaroni so much to choose from. I am in and out. Very quickly.
People are very unprofessional in this tire location. Its been a month i placed tire order and it still not installed and they keep cancelling my appointment for different silly reasons. They don't respect people's time. They don't understand we order tire when tire is worn. I think Costco and Bj's give more value to their customers.
Realizing I have been going here my entire adult life on and off for car batteries and tires, and I have never been provided the full warranty promised on a product without hours of fighting with multiple levels of managers. This facility is designed to overpromise and underdeliver, and should have lost my business a decade ago. It is losing it now.
Got 2 AGM batteries for under $250. Best deal in town.
Always enjoy going to Sams Club because of all the variety and decent pricing, their liberal return policy and their click and scan app is wonderful!

The tire department are great here. Theyre always quick and do very good work. They have a very good warranty on the tires and offer deals when you buy multiple.

Sams club Tire is really good. They only cary top end products so you wont get discount products but the prices are good and service is really good.
Had a return, which was handled adequately. Wait time to return 1 item took 20+ minutes, but they were very busy and understaffed.
Good priced bulk items. Not a fan of how they made changes to the flow of the store and how this causes some isles to become cramped with 2 or more carts.

I used to always go to Sams club for their tires but not any more. Latham Sams club has the rudest managers and desk workers. They are always short-handed and the wait times are unbelievable. I will go somewhere else from now on for any tire needs.
Bulk and cheap price
I brought my car in on sunday dec 8 to get the tired changed.. they told me 3 hrs .. .. the car was there from 1230 p to 545p and tired not changed .. said they cant get the tire off .. and Paul who works in that department is so rude .. I will never go there again and recommend Sams club

Hard to get any help. Waste of time
They are very short handed most of the time.for instance I had to schedule an appointment for two days away, to get a tire valve stem replaced.
Called once, left on hold for 10 minutes. Called Twice, was told by member services I can see the guy now hold on. Put on hold again for 10 minutes. Called a third time, put on hold for 8 minutes, talked ot someone, very confused as to what I was talking about. Turns out I was talking to someone from Receiving. So my call didnt even make it. Buy your tires elsewhere. Or, buy the tires but forgo the insurance Lifetime protection plan. Getting anything done is a pain. Ive had experiences like this before with Sams Club T&B but it was never this bad.......
