I have been doing business with Warren Tire in Latham for over a decade now. Matt Cutler is really great to do business with. He is honest and pricing is fair. I currently take all three of my family s cars to this facility.

I was on a long road trip and thought that my tire was losing air. Even though Warren had a full schedule booked, they took the time to check my tires and discover the problem: one of our tire battery sensors was out. It saved me from having to wait many hours for a tire patch that would have been unnecessary. Many thanks to them!

My recent experience at warren tire in latham was excellent. I had 4 tires and front pads and rotors done. Sam and the technicians had my truck serviced in a very timely fashion. The work came out great and my truck drives and stops perfectly. I will be back to this location for service. It is the best one in the area. Thanks guys

Over Thanksgiving break my tire went flat, house full, company here and my tire is on back order. Matt and Sam went out of their way to find me a used tire with the correct tread over a holiday. I will never go anywhere else.

The staff is really patient and polite. I dont have a lot of experience with car ownership, but I never feel like Im being taken advantage of by them trying to upsell me on stuff I dont need. Its always worth going a little out of my way to get my car taken care of at Warren Tire.

I woke up this morning to a flat tire. I called Warren Tire and Matt was able to get me in. A large piece of protruding metal was the culprit. They ordered a tire for me and Josh put on my temporary one. I received a phone call a short while later with good news. The metal piece only punctured my tire and was fixable. I m so very grateful for these honest men. It s nice to know there are still businesses which value integrity. You have a new customer!

I had a tire with a slow leak today. While I was around the corner from Warren Tire it seemed to get worse. I called Matt in Latham, I brought my truck over. They found the problem in the valve stem, got it fixed, and got me on my way in less time then he had told me to expect. Great Experience.

My husband and I ended up with a slow leak in our tire about 3 hours into our cross country road trip today. We found a tire place relatively close to where we were are and we are relieved that we ended up at Warren Tire. With us on our trip is our dog and cat. The crew at Warren Tire welcomed all of us in to wait in the AC while they rushed our car in to get a patch. Our dog got lots of pats (and a treat!) and we were welcomed to use their back exit to take our dog out so she wouldn t have to walk on the hot pavement. The men at the desk were incredibly kind and talkative. We waited for no longer than 20 minutes and our car was fixed and ready for our journey. My husband went to pay and they refused to take our money, just a handshake and well wishes to us. I would give a hundred stars if I could! Warren Tire, we cannot thank you enough for your kindness.

Had tires put on a F350 today tire pressure set at 90 in rear 80 in the front- should ve been 65 front 80 rear- had appt for 3:30 the truck didn t go in until 4:10 then received a phone call saying tires would not fit, trying to convince us not to put them on- they were the right size. Truck smelled like a cow farm inside- will not return, ever. warren used to do better only gave one star so it would allow me to post a review- brown haired employee RUDE!

I had a giant blowout on a I-90 a couple of weeks ago due to some unknown debris in the road ripping my sidewall. I put the donut on and looked for open tire places. Warren Tire was open and willing to take me right away. Id give them five stars but they low-key treated me like a dumb woman, telling me that my eight month old Nokians were very worn and hadnt been rotated enough, and various other subtle things. They didnt know that both of my sons have worked in automotive and when I got home, my son measured my tire treads. The remaining three Nokians have even wear all around with 7/32 tread remaining while the new tire has 8/32. Still, I appreciate that they were able to put a new tire on my car so that I could drive up to the Adirondacks that day. They were fast and efficient and the place is clean.

Over 30 years shop experience, in town visiting my daughter and noticed spme issues with her car. Being 2500 miles from my tools and shop brought it in to get it fixed. Shawn the Manager very honest and efficient. If you take your vehicle any place but here your going to get ripped off. 5 stars and keep up the good work .

Had an appointment for new tires, an oil change and state inspection. I was done in less than an hour and a half. Other places I have been to just ignore your appointment time and you wait for hours. Everyone was nice and professional. Lots of choices for tires.

I have been coming to this garage for about a year now. I have worked with Shawn and Matt and I cannot say enough great things about them and the service I have received. They are honest, they have fair prices, they complete needed services promptly, and they don t try to sell you something you don t need. I am extremely grateful to have found this shop for my vehicle maintenance needs. They are professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth. They even accommodated me so I could work remotely from the garage while they looked at my car. They are amazing! Thank you!

Outstanding service and workmanship

Matt (manager) took the time to explain to me my brake rotor issue so that we could insure that it was fixed properly. Then his team completed my re-inspection while I waited. Honest advice, and great customer service. Ill continue to get all my tires at the Latham location, as well as select services and friend/family referrals. Thanks Warren Tire Latham!

After two mechanics and Mavis dropping the ball, Matt and the team at Warren Tire in Latham went above and beyond good customer service.

Impressed. I came in wanting a new tire because i hit a curb and they honestly told we can take ur $ and install new tire but personally not recommended cuz nothing wrong with tire. Tech told me no you may have a scrap and scratch on tire but tire is still structurally sound. I would let me 5 month old sons mother drive on that tire. Set mind at ease. Told tech this is my grandsons time. I usually take him in a.m. so mom can sleep after coming home from her nursing shift. Told my daughter not putting him in car until i know that tire is safe and or replaced. Thank u warren tire.

Was on a road trip and was unlucky enough to hit a pot hole. They were great at getting me up and going, re-inflating my tire double checking it for leaks and making sure I could get to my destination safely. All in a reasonable amount of time so I could make it to my destination for the evening.

Appointments are better. Excellent customer service.

Dealt with Matt. Extremely knowledgeable and we located an issue that was done at the dealership. Definitely going back to get work done with Matt.

Extremely rude , they don t even listen to you if you don t have many services to get done , they would tell you to leave your car for a day there for a 5 min service , would never go there & would never recommend it to anyone save your time ..

ABSOLUTELY love Matt and the crew at this Warren Tire location! Always honest, never try to sell you extras. If they say its in need of replacement, it is. Timely and courteous. I always bring all my vehicles here, even just for simple oil changes.

Always get great and quick service from respectful and helpful staff at the Latham location.

The guys at Warren Tire Latham are the best!!! Always very professional, courteous, and honest... Ive been a customer for almost 10 years and have ALWAYS been treated fairly. They never try to sell me something I dont need, and have always gotten the work done extremely quickly! I wont take my vehicle anywhere else. Keep up the good work fellas.

Nice guys and all but alignment was terribly off when I left the shop, my car was driving sideways. Had to go back and have it redone to which the attendant admitted Sorry I was rushing, thought I checked. No offer for a coupon, rate reduction or anything to make up for the poorly done work / wasted time. Still thought it was off after the second go round so I brought to a local mechanic who told me the front drivers side wheel was still off a few degrees. Wont be going back.

We were introduced to Sam about 15 years ago when he was with a competitor. We have been following him ever since. Gives us peace of mind that Sam will ensure that the work will be done correctly, in a timely fashion and at a fair price. Someone honest and you can consistently count on is not easy to find these days. Sam is! Our family will continue to do business with Sam, wherever he goes. I highly recommend utilizing the Latham location and ask for Sam . I ve dealt with Sam for years following him to whatever commercial location he s affiliated with . After my car broke down on the highway I left it at Warren at almost 1AM. They had it fixed for me by 10:30AM and were such lovely people. They made a stressful experience better. Thank you Warren Tire Service Center!

Without a doubt the best service Ive had at any car place. Specifically calling out the manager Matt C. He was awesome at taking care of my girlfriend when she had a problem with her tire and ended up saving us from having to purchase a new tire. I will be bringing my truck, her car and telling everyone else I know to go there from now on.

Had a great experience with Warren Tire in Latham NY...and Im very picky. On 10/12/13 I called Warren Tire in Latham and spoke with Al on getting Duratracs for my Wrangler. He was very helpful and gave me an exact quote on the entire service (Tires, mount, balance and alignment). The pricing was competitive and in most cases better than other local tire shops and you also get free rotations with your tire purchase. I also chose them because I heard good things from family and friends on their alignments . Ive had an alignment done at other reputable tire shops / dealer and every time its never right and still pulls although the readout says Im in spec along with the wheel being off center. I schedule a drop off date and we were set. On 10/19 I dropped the Jeep off to Matt (The Manager) in the morning and I told them to take their time and call me when ready. He brought out a Duratrac tire to show me what they were putting on which was great. Other shops just throw it on your car in the back. Later that afternoon the vehicle was done and Matt said everything looked and fit great. He also mentioned that they took it on a test drive to ensure the alignment accuracy which is also amazing. No one else Ive ever gone to will do that, they just trust to computer readout. So, I stopped by to pick it up Jeep up from Matt and he and one of their technicians gave me advice on the tire, tread life and PSI. All in all a great experience and likely my best experience with any tire shop. Another plus++ is that they did not scratch any of my wheels. Yes, I have had a tire shop in the past that never scratched my wheels but Ive also had others leave rash marks all the way around however the techs did a great job. Matt and Al are super friendly and helpful, which makes you want to buy your tires from them. They are also not pushy at all and very down to earth. Most tire shops seem to have people that dont want to work there and hate their job however Al and Matt are not this way. I dont have any experience with any other Warren locations but the one in Latham is fantastic and highly recommended. Im very glad I got good feedback from family members who do business with Warren in Latham which led me to giving them a shot. I will definitely be back for tires in the future. Big thanks to Matt and Al.
