I cannot recommend this company enough. Ray and Keith were super kind during the entire process. They were also incredibly informative of the issues I was having with my vehicle. Nobody wants to call a tow truck, but if you have to please use this company
Keith was so nice! we were so bummed about locking the keys in the car but he made us laugh the whole time. we felt safe and he got the job done so fast! 10/10!!
I had the pleasure of working with this company this morning. My boyfriend and I had to rent a car to get to my medical appointment and our vehicle had to be towed to the proper lot from the house in Petersburgh, NY to West Sand Lake, NY by 1:00 pm. I called at 10:46 AM and we had to leave the house shortly thereafter. The gentleman who owns the company was quite busy. However, he was BEYOND amazing and helpful. He gave me his cell number to send the details to him and he successfully had the vehicle towed without our having to be physically present and will be sending the invoice for the very fair price that we discussed. I am a disabled woman and was panicking until I had the honor to find this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND TO ALL!!
Highly recommend Keith at Latham Towing! He assisted me with my tow dolly and was really efficient. Keith was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind. He took the time to explain things. As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe the entire time.
Called last night and Keith came by to help tow my car to the nearest Mercedes dealership. Super great and professional during the service. Would highly recommend if you're ever stuck within the area. They will promptly help you out! :)
We were stranded on the side of the road with a shredded tire- I called so many other garages and no one would come help. These folks arrived quickly, helped us the best they could and sent us to another tire place up the road to finish our trouble. I would recommend them highly!
I've used this company twice now and both times the gentleman on the job was very helpful over the phone and answered all questions I had. He was early arriving to tow my car each time, worked quickly and carefully, and was friendly and courteous while doing his work. The price was more than fair for the work done and I would recommend them to anyone in need of a tow.
Fantastic service in a tight pinch. Broke down in Troy, NY late on a Friday. Called AAA to get towed to the nearest dealership for the night, and was put on a waitlist of 3-4 hours. After 2 hours of waiting, received a call that AAA would not be able to tow my car due to lack of availability, and to call 8am next day. Obviously, this was a huge problem and was faced with sleeping in my car. Last ditch effort was to call around to try and get lucky, and Latham Towing picked me and my fiancé up in 45 minutes. Took my car to the dealership AND gave us a ride to a local hotel for the night. It was a huge save and unfortunately could not tip due to lack of cash. I HIGHLY recommend if you are ever in a pinch! Great service and very friendly. Reliable as well, which is tough to come by in that industry. Thank you!!

Highly recommend Latham Tow. Insurance company was giving us the run around for a week. Keith met us at the tow yard and gave us sound advice on how to handle the insurance company and then went out of his way to speak with an agent to help the process along. We still are working with the insurance co for a resolution, but Keith helped me tremendously during a stressful day.

Needed to call Latham Towing and Recovery twice in two days and each time they were quick, professional, friendly and very informative. I don t know too much about cars but both men I spoke with gave me a lot of helpful advice about my car and the problems it s been having. Had a great experience with them both times and would definitely use Latham Towing & Recovery again!

Amazing across the board! Called and set up assisting someone stuck on snow and ice on the side of the road. Called and spoke to someone on the road for assistance...they said they needed to reach out to see I there was anyone available. Got a call back in less than 10 min and they were already on site!!! EXTREMELY reasonably priced and they offered me online payment. 110% satisfied!

Wad quick service
Hit a gnarly pothole working late on night and couldnt find any reasonable rates. Found Latham Towing for the best price out there. The driver was very friendly and made great conversation. I called again to take my ride to the tire shop and was surprised to get an answer on Sunday. I will not be taking my business anywhere else.
I had the pleasure of doing business with this company a few weeks ago. Richard the driver was very professional and compassionate about taking a really stressful situation of being stranded better. I will make my first call to this company if I need towing services again.

I was rescued at 3am on a particularly cold morning. My tire had blown and if I had tried to change it, I would have frozen to death. They (I wish I could remember his name, he was FANTASTIC) were incredibly prompt and efficient. Given the hour he was still friendly and walked me through why my tire popped and then recommended where to take my vehicle to get the alignment adjusted. It would have been a significantly worse night had he not rescued me! Thank you!!!

Tonight my vehicle broke down on Watervliet Shaker road. AAA told me it would be at least 2 hours before they could get a truck to me. After scanning reviews of a couple nearby towing services I called Latham Towing & Recov Recovery. Kieth arrived in about 10 minutes. He was polite and professional and I would absolutely recommend this company again.

After waiting on 2 separate towing outfits and 3 hours of passing the buck, my roadside assistance finally got it right and called these guys. Was completely shixxx out, snowing, sleeting and raining Gieco left me in the wind telling me they couldnt find a towing company so they (Gieco) told me to call 911 well I wasnt going to do that cause it wasnt a real emergency as much as an inconvenience when my front wheel bearing decided to come apart I was able to limp into the little pull off on West bound side of Alt Rt 7 anyway long story short called Latham towing and recovery he told me it will be a little bit because of weather he arrives a half hour earlier than he estimated he loaded my pick up and now I am sitting in my toasty warm home thanks for nothing Gieco and I mean nothing.My gratitude goes to Latham towing and recovery

After 24 hours of flying from Asia I land to realize I m locked out of my truck at 12:30am. AT&T Roadside Assistance tried for 30 minutes to call a towing and service company with no luck. I found a company to come but an hour later they called back and said they can t make it. At 2am Latham Towing answered the call and was at my truck 20 minutes later. In less than a couple of minutes the door was open and I could finally go home and go to sleep. I apologized to the guy for waking him up to come out, and he said with a smile no problem, it s my job. Finally something went right tonight. Thank you Keith from Latham Towing & Auto Sales!
