I have to give a five star review on this one because the tow guy that helped my mother out was so nice and professional he got her suv on his truck so quickly and professional we were in a bad accident and he kept asking if we were ok and if there’s anything he can do to help us get anything we needed out of the be chile he would grab it for her before he left gave us a business card I forgot his name but he drives truck number 4 and has reddish color short hair first time I’ve seen this company but their employee is super nice and has a positive personality thanks again truck number 4
My experience was wonderful. Jayme in particular was kind, professional, and arrived at the scene of my accident quickly. Norteast’s storage areas and office buildings are organized, and clean. One look shows the owner and staff take pride in their business.

These guys went above and beyond. If I could give them more stars…. I would. I had an urgent situation with my elderly father’s car, and I was able to arrange a tow from where I live in CO. They were so patient and professional throughout the day while trying to arrange the tow. I highly recommend them. Their prices are also the best in the area. I know because I called around. I had an issue with my car and had to put in for a towing because my dealer told me my alternator was bad.. however Gary called me and told me he had another job that he had to do and he would stop over first because he didn't think it was that. so he took his time to stop over and it was a charge the battery needed. I m so appreciative of him , he scared me time and money. he is definitely an asset to.the company and will be calling him.from.now.on if I have any issues. his dedication to the customer should not go un recognized... thank you Gary
Awesome experience!!! Was having a nightmare with AAA trying to get my car towed. Called them and they immediately showed up and took car to the garage. They were so helpful and willing to help after everything we had gone through with AAA. Highly recommend them when youre in need.
Donny showed up 15 min after the second call to AAA He was great and replaced w my spare tire. He was great!!!!

Called these guys on a Sunday night for help with a flat tire, and they were there within 15 minutes. They were super accommodating on the phone and in person, and they took great care of my vehicle. 10/10 would call again.

In Oswego NY they were there in 40 minutes. They found a loose battery cable and fixed the problem. Took time to explain some things about the vehicle. Above and beyond service
Had a flat tire while driving on busy main road during 5:30 traffic rush. Collin came out within a short time of call, changed out tire on slanted edge of road within minutes. Great service, highly recommend Collin and Northeast !
When my car broke down the driver arrived quickly and was very concerned that we had a ride coming and verified that multiple times. Was very thoughtful and appreciated.
Great customer service. They came out when AAA was not able to help me due to lack of workers on the road and by lack NOT ONE. This man was called on by AAA and came immediately to my rescue. I would highly recommend calling them first if youre in the Baldwinsville area.

My tire was flat and my jacked collapse while attempting to change to the spare. I called northeastern and both of their trucks were out on calls and said it may be an hour or more, then 5 minutes later They called me back and asked if all I needed was a jack and instead of waiting for a tow truck the gentleman personally brought a jack to my car so I didn t have to wait an hour or two in freezing weather enabling me to get the spare on. That is the most amazing thing To do for a person so thank you so much for your kindness.

Quick easy and affordable i called them at 10:45 and they were here and gone by 11:11. Serviceman was polite and knew exactly what he was doing.
Answered the phone on the first ring. Pulled my van out of the mud. They were here in under 20 minutes! Also helped me jump the car in my side yard and get that out via tow as well! Will use again for sure.

My car started smoking today and We put the call in to AAA. They said it would be about 40 minutes. To our surprise Northeast showed up within just a couple minutes after that call and the driver said he works with AAA and does all the Baldwinsville area. He loaded my car up with in a couple minutes and confirmed the address that he had gotten from AAA and followed us back to my house. He unloaded my car right here and I backed into the spot and overall it was a great experience with him. We were really glad AAA uses this company! I have to admit I was a little nervous to not see AAA anywhere on his vehicle but after he confirmed my address and everything I knew he must have gotten the call from them. The whole experience took less than a half hour and he was very professional
They only have employees there at random times of the day for impound.
Worst place Ive ever talked too couldnt give me a price on a tire change and wouldnt travel 17 miles too help.

0 stars was not an option. Rude. Suspicious. Unprofessional. My company, Empire DM Inc., had an extremely unpleasant and expensive experience with Northeast Towing. We were charged over double the towing rate of other companies. We are familiar with towing services and rates as our fleet of vans is extensive and we have utilized services on other occasions. We were also charged a storage fee when our vehicle spent only hours at the facility and was picked up the same day. It is important to note that we were unable to choose a towing service and this was ordered for us by local police. When we called to voice concerns and ask questions regarding our bill, the office staff was curt and less than helpful with our insurance claim department. Unfortunately this service was assigned to us in time of incident and we were severely taken advantage of. Overall, miserable experience.
