AJ'S Towing and Recovery in Livingston Manor

Coming home from work at 6:30 am my son hit a patch of ice and went into a ditch. I called roadside assistance that is provided to me through State Farm and they were very helpful. Due to the car blocking a driveway it was listed as to be done as quickly as possible. From past experience with a different tow truck company it took eight hours to get a tow. The initial wait time said 55 to 85 minutes. 20 minutes later. AJ’s arrived and quickly pulled my sons car out of the ditch. Very quick, very helpful. Highly recommended.

Good workers who know what they are doing! Prompt service and available 24/7. Doesn’t matter if it’s 7am or it’s 3 am they have somebody ready to come! Both Jesse and Kyla take their job serious and both are respectful as well!

We have used this company several times and will continue to! We locked our keys in our car on a cold night with our 3 year old son. The tow truck drive (Jesse) made it there very quickly and was very friendly and helpful. All the staff are very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend!!!!

AJ's towing is hands down the best towing and recovery business out there. I was on holiday in Livingston Manor and on my last day, I slid off the road and hit a tree. AJ and his team went above and beyond by helping me move out of my airbnb (with my dog mind you), driving me to the car rental which was a 20-minute drive and even towed my car from Livingston Manor to Buffalo. I'm a young woman and was very startled from the crash and being in the middle of nowhere, AJ was so kind to me - checking in with me now and then to see how I was and to make sure I made it home to Buffalo in the rental car. He also walked me through everything I had to do with the insurance company - ensuring I wasn't being taken advantage of. The customer service was absolutely outstanding and I am beyond grateful for AJ and his team. Thank you AJ's Towing!
