I found this business through word of mouth and am so happy I arranged an appointment. Marvin, the owner, is forthcoming and honest. I sought his services as I have a fairly large dent thanks to an incompetent driver who hit my car while parked overnight. There were also a few other dings on my hood and passenger door. As that is to be expected when driving and parking in the boroughs, I was confident paintless dent removal was the right way to correct. Marvin was such a gem of a find! Something fell on our car causing multiple dents to the hood as well as a crack in the piece next to our windshield. Best auto dent and scratch remover on the market. Marvin does wonderful work with all the trimmings of a profession. He took out a dent to our new car s door which devastated us just because the car was just purchased a couple of weeks old. Marvin made it new again and recently we had a bout of bumper scratches. We had trucks and autos hit us at standing red lights in NY a couple of times and Marvin did a spectacular job in restoring it to new. Dents have a way of making you angry. Whether it s your own fault or someone else s. They nag at you every time you see them. From the moment you meet Marvin all of that goes away. He s calm and knows exactly what he can and cannot do before he works his magic at repairing your car and all of those ill feeling that come with it. Dropped off my 2019 Toyota Highlander with three dents/dings at 9am and got it back perfect at 3pm. Very reasonably priced. Best part is Marvin though. I went to numerous auto collision centers and specifically told them that I didnt want insurance involved they still quoted me in the thousands of dollars. My husband and I were very pleased with this company! We had Marvin try to remove a massive dent on the left rear end of our car and a few scratches. Although Marvin wasn t able to remove the entire dent because of its location and other mechanical reasons he did try his best! He fixed the scratches and he was just a pleasant person to do business with! Marvin was honest about the dent and explained everything to us with lots of details! We hope that we don t have anymore issues with our car when it comes to dents and scratches but if we do we will definitely go to Marvin again. Thank you!

I had two dents from a fallen tree branch on the bodyline of my BMW X3 near the hood. Marvin was easy to communicate with on the phone and over text. I have been street parking my car for years in Queens, and had no issues for 3 years until recently, when I parked in a corner. (I know, I know...) Somebody must have been doing a 3 point turn, and accidentally backed into my back door. They did not leave a note. My car was badly dented, the clear coat had a bunch of fine scrapes and scratches on it, and some of the paint was damaged. I took my car to Marvins shop right before Thanksgiving, and he was able to fix my car the Saturday after. He did a great job - he got the dent out, and was able to buff out the scrapes in the clear coat. The only thing left behind of the incident is some flaking paint, which Marvin was not able to fix because I have an odd colored car that is difficult to color match. Overall, very satisfied with the outcome. Marvin is very honest and set expectations immediately when I brought my car in.

I purchased a QX55 and some kids knocked a large plastic display in it, I Google Goodbye Dentz, and you could never tell repair work was completed on it, I droveaway extremely happy.

After a few phone calls with the sending of photos, I scheduled the next day for Marvin to work his magic on the damage on my rear passenger door. I dropped off my car in the morning and returned at the end of day to pick up. Marvin is truly great with his craft as I cannot tell the actual spot of the original dent. Highly highly recommended!

Marvin is amazing and fixed the dents along the body line on my Tesla model X for both the rear quarter panel and falcon wing door. When other Tesla certified shops claimed this can only be fixed in conventional way costing thousands and weeks, Marvin proved them wrong. I highly recommend other Tesla owners to check it out.

Brought in my ford fusion to Goodbye Dentz to address a dent caused by a driver backing up attempting to park, I almost cried looking at the dent thinking I was gonna have to replace the whole bumper. I cant say enough about Marvin and his professionalism. I brought my (new to me) car to him last week after being turned away from multiple other guys. They said fixing the dents were impossible because they were on body lines and the car was too far gone. Body shop wanted upwards of $1500 to fill the dents and repaint. Before I went that route I decided to reach out to Marvin. He explained what his process was for removal. I was skeptical as to what it would look like after, as he did say that it would be 90%. I dropped off my car monday, and was given updates all along the way. The car had some nasty body line dents that I was pretty sure would still be noticeable after the PDR. I can say without a doubt that if I did not know where the damage was pre-PDR, I would have no idea where they are after the fact. The car looks fantastic. For 1/3 of the price of body work, I cant be more impressed with the outcome. For a 1 man operation, the whole procedure was smooth easy and fast. And for what he charges, you cant beat it. Thanks to Marvin for a wonderful job and for being so nice and professional. I appreciate his honesty and you can tell he loves to make his customers happy. Marvin s the guy you want to trust your car with. I wouldn t go anywhere else. He had a particularly difficult dent to fix a sharp dent at a crease of a double shell hood. It didn t come out perfect but I doubt anyone can do a better job. He s a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work.
