I initially engaged safelite to replace my windshield to no avail. The tech called me to confirm that he was inroute on appointment the day but didn't show up or call. But, Glass America fulfilled their appointment with a courteous, punctual and people friendly windshield replacement experience. The tech was the best. I rate your company a plus ten. Thanks you. . So I found this company on Google since I like to hire locally. I called and received a quote of 152.00 for a side window on my truck. Called back since they were the 1st company I called and the guy I spoke to said he could do the quarter glass for 240.00 so I confirmed and they were coming the next day. Well.... the tech came with a windshield. He was a nice guy and said they told him windshield. I got a call from customer service saying they would come tomorrow but they quoted me the wrong price. Its now 390. Well over satellite. I then spoke to a manager who was very nasty. Told her I got a price frome another company for 265. She said they would order the window and come in 2 days. I agreed. 530 on a Friday the manager called saying the window was discontinued and no longer available. They couldn't help. I called satellite and they fixed my window professionally and the service was outstanding. I dont know how this company has 5 star but their Facebook has terrible comments

Excellent customer service, came out to do the repair quickly. Highly recommend for any glass repairs you need. They work directly with Kyle Rourke State Farm to take care of my claim. Philip did a great job and was very nice.
