Excelsior Towing in Mahopac

Was stranded on a Saturday night i swerved 2 miss a dear got stuck in a ditch. Called excelsior towing he was there in 10 minutes and pulled me out of the ditch with no damage. He reassured me that my car was completely safe 2 drive home. I Give him 2 thumbs up for response time and how professional he was. He saved my car from any more damage that I had caused and made it home safe.

I'm so grateful for Excelsior towing who came to my rescue when I broke down on the side of the highway late at night on a very rainy evening. I was waiting and waiting for another company that picked up the job but never dispatched and didn't answer their phone. Excelsior answered and was to my rescue within 20 minutes. The owner was really great and I would recommend them to anyone. Just call them first instead of trying to go through your insurance company! Thank you Excelsior Towing!

Thank you for the quick response to our need for help with a flat tire on the evening of 9/30/22. We were traveling from Maine to Middletown, NY (overnight stop on the way to PA) when we picked up a bolt in our tire resulting in a flat. US Rider arranged the service for us and response time by Excelsior was quick, and the gentleman that arrived was very efficient and friendly. Much appreciated.

They were very professional and reliable. I used them a few times already. I would recommend. It’s never a great situation when you need to get a tow truck but at least now I know I can trust and depend on Excelsior Towing whenever I run into an issue.

Best tow in the area by far! They were very fast in his response! Anytime I've needed a tow in the area I've typically waited 1 hour or more for the driver to finally show up after I was told 15 to 20min. They were very fast, friendly, and efficient. If I ever need a tow in the area again I won't hesitate to call Excelsior Towing!!!
