We got lucky when we called AAA because they sent Valley and because of that we only use Valley now when we need their help. All the drivers are polite professional and courteous happy to help in your time of automotive need. Predatory towing and storage practices. I have never used this company and definitely never would. Family has used them, your choice, just a warning. The owner or not sure who he is, but his name is Adam I believe, is threatening and extremely abusive, he is a gossip and contributes to gossip. Do NOT use this service, other reviews are his friends.

I have a very steep dirt driveway with a stone ledge on one side. When a friend of mine got her car stuck on the ledge trying to pull out of the driveway, we called triple A and Valley Towing was the ones who came to help us. This service was absolutely not an ordinary tow, we had to lift the car off the ledge, move it backwards, and rotate it. Adam, the owner, stuck with it, trying all options in order to free the car. After 45 minutes and some creative maneuvering he managed to get the car free with absolutely no damage besides a couple shrubs in the door. He worked quickly, was incredibly kind, and refused any kind of tip. This company has a phenomenal work ethic and was an absolute dream to help us out of a tough situation.

I got my car stuck in a tight spot in a steep driveway. The front wheels where lifted off the ground and the middle of the car was caught on a rock. I would have had to pay a few thousand dollars to get my car lifted, but Adam kindly did his very best to help, and thanks to his creative maneuvering and generosity, I was able to drive home less than an hour later. Ladies, it can be tough to make a car mistake and feel embarrassed about it because of stereotypes that label us as bad drivers. Rather than patronizing me, Adam was incredibly patient and sympathetic to my situation. I highly recommend this company as I was treated with respect through the whole situation and Adam truly put in his best effort to help. This company was dispatched by AAA to tow my vehicle. The owner of the company showed up. I walked outside and said good morning . He didn t reply, I said hi again, and he told me he didn t need my attitude first thing in the morning. He began speaking to me in a hostile manner and raised his voice to me, and then refused to tow my vehicle. He made a point of telling me he was the owner, so no one would be helping me today. He also made a point of telling me that since he was the owner, there was no one I could call to complain. Well, that may be true. But there s always Google reviews to let everyone know what a rude and truly miserable person he was.

I got into a car accident on route 6 during rush hour and totaled my vehicle in the middle of traffic after I was cut off driving to work. I called valley towing and sons and they were at the scene in 5minutes. They helped me tow my car take care of the paperwork and all of the belongings that were left in the vehicle afterward. Very responsive and great customer service! I would absolutely recommend them!

Im new in the area. I needed my classic towed to Albany. I called 3 local companies, Valley being the 3rd. Valley actually answered their phone, the others went to voicemail. They gave me the best rate, the driver was professional and took great care with my car.

Very good kind hearted people over here. I would 100% trust them. They not after ur money they really just want to help people. My car clutch went out left me stranded on the road gave them a call after 5 mins they showed up and got me home. Never met anybody who actually loves doing his job and doesn t care about money. Managed to get my car bottomed out on some swiss blocks outside my house. Called Trippel A and Mike showed up in 15 minutes. Mike quickly got a tow truck and got my car unstuck and my tire changed within 30 minutes or so. I cant remember the drivers name but it was a great experience! 10/10 would get car stuck again.

Very unprofessional my car got impounded by the cops and my brand new vapes which are $60 a piece 1 of them is gone which the cops left on my seat and told me they left them there. When I called and told them to talk to their driver because it s very unprofessional for something to be missing when no one but them had access to. They just claim it wasn t them but it s obvious no one else had access to my car. And when told it s unprofessional she says it s unprofessional you had your car impounded very rude. UPDATED: was going through the rest of my car when I got home and found other personal items missing from my bag , on top of it being left open($200 worth missing ). So at this point I have contacted local state police because this is NOT how a business operate. Waiting on police response will update. Very unprofessional and disappointed !

Valley was professional and showed up in about 30 minutes from the time I called them. Believe me I tried my insurance company first to use the proper channels, but I was getting no where. AAA sent this tow. Guy was rude, tried to sell me an expensive battery, cursed at my partner and left me stranded by refusing to tow me. Just wanted to give a shout out to Joey for his kindness and efficiency on 1/2/23. I had just gotten an oil change, and after driving for a bit, started losing oil. He brought me and my Jeep back to the shop; keeping me engaged in some light conversation that really helped me decompress. He was the best!

They sent a guy named Andrew. Such a really nice guy even in the rain and the cold. I was so upset and his compassion and kindness was impeccable. Sometimes just someone being kind goes along way.

Two days ago (December 30th), I called Valley Towing to inquire about my mothers car, which they had towed a few weeks earlier. My mother is elderly and was not able to relate to me exactly where things stood, so I was trying to figure out what was the situation so I could help her. The gentleman who answered rudely indicated that he didn t know which car I was speaking of, and to call back the next day. He was very annoyed that it was after five (though well before seven, which is what their website indicated as the time of closing). I did, but again, he indicated he had no idea bout the car, and mostly just seemed irritated that I was calling the afternoon of New Year s Eve. What quickly became apparent was that in fact the gentleman knew exactly which car I was speaking of, and who was the owner (i.e., my mother). From that point forward, mostly it was him ranting about my mother; I could hardly get a word in edgewise, and eventually things became heated, with the gentleman eventually saying that me and my mother should go f*&k ourselves. (Seriously, I can accept that he might direct such a comment at me, but at an elderly woman? Sorry, that is somewhere I would never go. It s also bad karma: we re all going to be old someday, God willing; he d best hope that those who have to deal with him in the future are a bit more understanding than he proved to be in this case.) What s ironic about all of this is that the main purpose of my calling was to try and figure out how best resolve the situation to everyone s satisfaction. I didn t have all the details, and it wasn t even clear to me that the car was still on the premises. I was simply trying to ascertain that information first. My ultimate goal was to get the car removed from the premises, and I was certainly prepared to hear what Valley Towing felt needed to be done to make that happen. Suffice it to say, all of this was hardly handled professionally. Yes, I should not have lost my temper, but the gentleman was rude from the start and seemingly more intent on insulting me than actually finding a solution to the problem (or for that matter, helping me to properly understand the nature of the problem, and even what he believed needed to happen). For instance, he could have at least just let me know that the car was on the premises, and then explain to me what from his perspective needed to happen next. In fairness, I should point out that the woman who called me immediately following the towing was extremely professional and polite. I would recommend that Valley and Sons let her handle all clients in the future.

So disappointed with the service from Valley Towing & Sons. I contacted AAA using my membership, after 2.5 hr wait, the driver arrives, my car didn t start, I requested to be towed to my mechanic 3.5 miles away and the driver refused to take my vehicle due to a personal vendetta with mechanic shop. He wanted to tow my vehicle to his mechanic that he recommended ! I have contacted AAA and going to file a complaint. How are AAA customers paying for personal vendettas with mechanics !! So unprofessional !! Your company as the contract with AAA to assist their customers . It was just a matter of dropping vehicle off at my preferred destination.

Driver was very quick and very nice got my car to shop safe I will definitely use this towing company again if I break down but I hope I don t have to.

I was not having a good day as I left my Dr office my car was not working. I called AAA to get my car towed home. I was told Valley Towing was going to be coming out and I would get a text with a time. I got the text and about 45min the driver was there. He introduced himself as Tyler and offered me to go to mohegan auto in shrub oak. He said he trusted them and would be sure I was helped. My bad day was made a lot better with all involved from AAA to Valley Towing and my new repair shop Mohegan auto and Tire.

Writing this on behalf of my mom! A Secor resident. Her car wouldnt start when she was already having a very stressful morning, the tow truck driver said hed be there in 10 minutes and he arrived in exactly ten minutes. He jump start her car, was incredibly polite and made her feel super at ease and comfortable on a very hetic morning which she is incredibly grateful for. I was stuck at my house my car battery was dead and ran out of gas. They came and put fuel in the car and charged the battery at no cost. My daughter hit a deer and the car was totaled. Called Valley Towing and they showed up immediately. Was very nice. Towed the car and when my daughter went next day to see and clean out, they were very good about it and friendly. I also called them a second car to get my other daughters car moved one location to our drive way. Once again, response time was very good. Very friendly and informative when I asked some questions.
