I can make the appointment or change it online while looking at my calendar, the service is done quick and efficient while I am able to wait in a comfortable waiting area, I am updated with any new information I need to know and it is followed with visuals via text that I can keep for my records, The pricing seems very competitive so I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Service area was easy to locate and very clean. Representative was very prompt in handling my arrival, planning the requested work and handling a problem with water leaking into a rear passenger door
They did a good job with the oil change. I was ask if I wanted the complementary car wash. I said sure. Was told they would also vacuum my car, would only add 15 to 20 minutes to my wait time. The free car wash, looked as if they only washed the top half of my car, and they never vacuumed it. Wasnt going to wait any longer so I didnt go back in to see if it could be done.
A 15k service appointment, Kaden Peterson explained the process and any recommended requirement options. Great service and courteous interactions with all.

Set up a next-day appointment online after my check engine light came on. While I was there I also got the scheduled maintenance service for my vehicle which was about due anyway. When I showed up I was immediately met by my service advisor, Kaden Peterson. He wrote up a work order for me and explained where everything was inside the business to keep me comfortable while I was waiting. The total service took a little over an hour and the cost was far below what I thought it might be. This is one of the few dealerships that I have returned to for service over many decades of driving and I have never been disappointed by them.

My drivers side door lock stopped working and I was on a very short deadline to get it fixed. In less than 24 hours they figured out what was wrong, got the part, and installed it at what I think is a reasonable price. Id suggest this place to anyone with a Nissan.

I recently had my first service on my new car from Lia Nissan Saratoga. They are currently remodeling their location, but even with the slight inconvenience of the construction (to be expected) I was taken care of by their service advisor, Kaden Peterson, in a friendly and efficient manner and was extremely happy with my appointment. I had a beautiful and bright area to sit and do work while I waited for my car and I was in and out very quickly. Also, they have complimentary snacks and coffee. Always a plus!
I was very satisfied with the service except with one minor detail. Because I didnt have my phone with me I wrote in large numbers the phone number of my Sister where I would be visiting on the service order that I signed. He called my number instead of hers. More attention to details like that are important. I gave him a pickup time of 2PM so it wasnt a problem.

Went with my son to have repairs made to the windshield wipers on his Certified used Nissan Rogue and an oil change. We were there about 2 1/2 hours. The service person told him they would have to take his dashboard apart to see if they could find the problem. Best estimate of cost $550.00. When he told them he had purchased an extended warranty at time of purchase they called the company (Zurich) from which he bought the policy. Why this is not listed when they look up his car is completely baffling. He bought it at the Nissan dealership. It should show up anytime they pull up his vehicle. The cost of the wiper repair and oil change are completely covered but they would have known that from the beginning were they smart enough to enter that info into the computer system.
I leased a Nissan 2019 Sentra Problems with the radio turning on when Im not in the car. As well as screen shutting off as well as radio turning to phone. The female service manager with the sleeve tattoos called me a liar indirectly and stated that its impossible When I called corporate office to complain they stated there is problems with the radio After 4 months the radio is still broken. Never again will I purchase from Nissan dealership of Saratoga My treatment was terrible. And I still have not have had my radio fixed correctly. Service managers should be respectful and listen to the customer. Not call us liars. I have audio recordings to prove this

I wasnt sure if they could help but they did. I know almost nothing about cars. I needed my new remote for my Suzuki programed. I had no idea how to do it and, although they couldnt do it, they told me where i can get it done. They were very helpful

My daughter just purchased a used 2012 Nissan Frontier from this dealership and the whole experience was terrific. Our salesperson, Sean Burk was professional, knowledgeable and honest. Also, the Sales Manager, Larry De Thomasis helped us negotiate a price she could afford and he was very upfront, respectful and low pressure. The vehicle was delivered exactly as promised and my daughter loves her truck. We plan on having both our Frontiers serviced her in the future.
