Purchased a 22 scout from them. Entire experience was phenomenal. First new motorcycle purchase and they made the entire process incredibly easy. Answered any questions i had from start to finish. If youre in the market for an Indian, Id Highly recommend them.

Ive been going to Mennetos Wild Horse Powersports since 2014. Its where I bought my Indian motorcycle and where I have it serviced regularly. It may not be the most electric or exciting dealership to walk into but thats okay, because their focus is on what is truly important... customer service! They dont pressure & haunt you to buy their product, but are always willing to assist you and answer your questions honestly. Jim, in sales has a wealth of knowledge about his machines and the industry as a whole. He wont blow smoke and confuse you... but he will honestly and intelligently inform you about the products youre interested in. I like that! As I said, all my service gets performed here and Im happy to say, for the past 7 years Ive never been disappointed. The parts/service department fellas Scott & Nick are easy-going and will always work to seek out the answers and parts youre looking for. The setting here is relaxed and Mike the owner is always busy working with machines on the sales floor or working with his mechanics in the large, organized service area in the back. Mike will always make himself available to you if you have any questions for him, and again, youll receive honest, accurate answers and gain knowledge about your machine, I mean real knowledge, not the over-hyped social media stuff... I find this refreshing. The mechanics here have always been very professional, considerate, attentive, and have performed all my service repairs in near flawless fashion. But Id be remiss not to mention their newest mechanic, Austin whom I met this year. I brought my Indian in for major routine work at 50,000 miles: forks, brakes, fluid replacement, tires, plugs, and some other adjustments. I must say, I was super-impressed with young Austin right off the rip! Austin has incredible people skills... he listens and communicates the way we all wish our medical doctors would... Personable, Friendly, Attentive & Responsive! Austins knowledge and ability was quite apparent shortly after speaking to him for a couple of minutes. Austin was even considerate enough to personally call and inform me that a specific part I wanted had to be ordered and would slightly delay the completion date. I could not be happier with the extensive service Austin preformed on my much treasured Indian. If youre thinking about making a powersports purchase give Mennetos Wild Horse a chance to earn your business. For me its been a great sales experience and a great service experience for the past 7 years! True freedom is found on the open road Thanks, Mike, Austin & the entire Mennetos Wild Horse Team!

Great place to do business with Bought my first Indian in 2017 The Vintage model then in 2020 traded it in for a 2020 Chieftian Elite. Loved both. The staff there have been helpful and supportive.

This place is awesome I am about 2.5hrs away and my expectations were exceeded Jim and Mike were great and were very attentive and provided great purchasing experience and they took lots of time to go other everything and answer my questions and when I arrived they were prepared. Thier communication is great and they usually respond very prompted if you need to reach out to them also for any questions while not present in dealership also . The next purchase I have will be at this dealership and I highly recommend them to others that read my review. This was my best experience to date in dealership environment . My Wife called expressing an interest in two Indian Motorcycle models & made an arrangement to stop by for a test drive. We drove an hour & when we got there we were told, Oh, we dont have anything prepped yet. You will have to come back. Strike one. We made an appointment for two days later for a test ride. Before we left, I asked her to call to let them know that we were coming & she was told, Im sorry, we still dont have any prepped for test rides. Youll have to make another appointment. Strike two. She found a great deal on a 2017 Chief Vintage Iron in the colors she wanted 500 miles away, & we made plans to go for it. The salesman called to say that if she wanted to come up she could test ride the two models she wanted , if she really intended to buy one. Really? We made arrangements to do that TWICE & got blown off. Strike three. We drove to Canton, Ohio & back for a savings of $4K off the MSRP & shes happy with her bike. We wont even go there for service or parts. Absolutely disgraceful treatment of an interested customer.

I drove 2 hours away to purchase a Sportsmen 1000 Hunters Addition from Wild Horse. The salesman, Jim, was prepared and had everything in order. My sale took a total of 20 minutes. The owner Mike, spent a generous amount of time going over my machine with me and even loaded it in the truck. Decent selection to chose from considering the current affairs and well stocked service area.

Exciting place to ho

I bought a 2017 Polaris General Deluxe at this dealer. The show room is really nice but there was a lack of polaris apparel and goodies to choose from in my opinion. Lots of Indian stuff though. Didnt even get the machine on the trailer before I had an issue with it. A sensor was replaced at this time but I feel that maybe it didnt get checked over well enough before pick up. Was told to bring the machine back for the first service at 25 hours so I made the call for an appt in April and they couldnt get me in until June 14. Am I supposed to continue to operate the machine? Will it void warranties? I dont know. At the time of call I also mentioned a safety concern about my passenger door popping open a lot which is a known problem for this year model as discussed with the salesman...and any searching online tends to validate...made no difference in time to repair. Made second call to try for an earlier appointment stating safety concern of door. Was told Americade comes first...dont feel I can ride my machine safely until the middle of June especially with a passenger. Will be looking for a new dealer. Too bad. 2nd large purchase from these guys for me and one from a friend that I brought in...

Spent 15 minutes here and got only a stale Hi as the only visable salesperson walked by chatting with the only other customer in the building, not an offer for assistance or any other type of acknowledgement. Dirtbike inventory consisted of 4 large bikes. Looks like they cater to motorcycle and 4 wheeler riders. Sorry I wasted my time drivng up here.

I want to thank Wild Horse Powersports for helping me out while on a recent motorcycle trip from PA thru upstate NY with our Indian Riders Group. About 85 miles north of their dealership I learned my rear brake pads were completely worn and scarring the rotor. I called Wild Horse to see what, if anything they could do on such short notice. After verifying they had brake pads in stock the Service Manager said Bring it in and well take care of it right away. We got there around 4pm and they pulled it directly into the shop. The work was done quickly and very professionally. I was back on the road in no time and our trip was saved. A huge thank you goes out to the great team of professionals at Wild Horse Powersports.

Very poor experience my father in law bought a slingshot brand new left over had several problems mostly things that should have been fixed before the sale like hood didn t latch right, heat shield made noise so had to bring it back they didn t fix right hood almost flew up on the interstate then it started dripping oil in the back they lied about everything he contacted Polaris then he brought down to get fixed brought home still leaks so he had to contact Polaris again they said they never heard from the dealer yet at all so Polaris set him up with a good dealer in Williston vt thing are getting better I would definitely go somewhere else when I met them on one visit to get things fix seem very rude this is my experience I can assure you I will never do business with them to many other places that have to be better

After riding Harleys for the past 45 years , My wife and I switched to 2 new Indians, Springfield and Chieftain Elite, great machines and they wont nickel and dime you on aftermarket parts like Harley, they are already done !

Good selection

If your looking for Indian and Victory bikes, this is the place to go. Their selection of trade in inventory is usually priced well below book, and the sales people are riders so they will help you out as much as they can.

The folks here are just the best. Every time if visited Ive come out grinning. Selection is fantastic, and their service department is top notch for any if your toys.

The guys here are approachable and do whatever they can to make sure you are satisfied. The service department people are always friendly and helpful. I bought my Victory here back in 2013, when it was Mennetos in Clifton Park. The name and location may have changed, but the excellent knowledge, service and attitudes have only improved. Highly recommend
