Went for safety inspection that they failed for rust on brakes. Was given a quote for 1300 and asked 3 times if I wanted them to replace. Took 2021 titan to my local mechanic who stated they are basically new . Don t go here.

Well not exactly, but thats about how obvious I felt as a non-car guy/ non-wheeler-dealer type walking into a car dealership....man, they couldve seen me comin. Didnt happen that way though. I had the extreme good fortune of being met by a gal named Breanna Hanson. You would do well to remember that name. No pressure, worked with me in a very cordial and personable way and guided me through the process well beyond my satisfaction. Met with finance manager Sean Sobkowich, who answered my questions, had me sign a couple things, the whole process lasted a few short minutes, and that was it. Even commented to him about how painless that part of the process turned out to be. Bought a used vehicle, had a little tweak or two that needed to happen and Breanna made it happen seamlessly. I recently had an accident in the last ice storm and my 15 Sentra was totaled. It kept me very safe and even though the car was flipped I walked away with only a small bruise on my leg. We are a loyal Nissan family with an excellent credit score. We connected with one person via text at Daratoga Lia. When we arrived we were passed off to someone else. Lots of game playing price gouging and back and forth about our trade. Another dealer offered us $2500 more than Lia Saratoga. We were ready to buy a brand new vehicle that day but fel so insulted we walked out. The woman we were dealing with unfortunately had no power to make any offers or decisions and had to keep going back to her manager for the next lowest offer. We explained to them that we dont like the dishonest sales tactics and the game playing and that we just wanted a straight forward buying experience. Unfortunately Lia Saratoga is no different that any of the other shifty dealerships. We had driven over 2 hours to buy a car that day and they successfully lost our business.

3 years ago this place was great, lovely staff and very attentive. Now? You wont find a single person here who will even call you back, specifically stay away from the sales manager Jason and the Service manager Walter. My lease has been in their service department for TWO weeks for just an end of lease inspection and warranty check up. I called numerous times during the two weeks to find ANY update and was NEVER called back. I had to wait until my call the following day to hear anything about my call from the day prior. No one communicates with their custom or seemingly with each other as every time I called I would get some excuse about I dont know why X didnt tell you what I told them I dont know Walter, why didnt you just call me and tell me yourself, or perhaps any of the multiple times I called YOU? Stay away from this poor excuse from a dealership. Its just scams and incompetence now. Update: its been a year and things havent changed. I have been called no less than 4 times over the year asking about the car that was described above, that Ive told them I got rid of each time. And each time I ask not to be called again and removed from their lists. Theyre still at it, and they listen just as well as they did back then. No one at this place listens to the customers request. STAY CLEAR

Update: Seeing as the manager Fran has had time to reply to this review while my car is back in there for the FOURTH time for the same issue but has not reached out to me personally with an update about my car I have to believe her words about working towards a positive resolution are to try to save face publicly rather than genuinely caring about my experience. This far a terrible repair experience. My car is currently back there with the same complaint for the third time in less than 10 days. Service director Fran is stating everything is coincidental and she ll see what she can do about waiving a diagnostic fee again. They messed up my billing due to not understanding my warranty coverage. Shop foreman looked at my car when I came in with the complaint for the second time and did not fix the issue. If I wasn t stuck bringing it to this dealership due to my warranty and the proximity to where I live I would not continue to use this dealership. They have plenty of time to send me updates asking if I want to trade it in and purchase another vehicle but I would never purchase a vehicle from a dealership that can t figure out basic customer service skills or how to fix their own brand of vehicles.

I have purchased numerous Nissan Altimas and Rogues but this was my first Pathfinder. Generally sales and service have always been more than Satisfactory often excellent. But recently after obtaining a transmission Flush at 30,000 miles I was told I required new tires ( have Toyo) as tread wear was between 3-5/32nds on all four tires. Over many years of SUV driving GM, Buick, Nissan I have never replaced tires before 40-50,000 or sometimes more! I called Nissan to complain and they responded they don t warranty the Toyo Tires becauce they didn t manufacture them. So I called Toyo who responded that those tires were designed by Nissan Engineers specifically for the Pathfinder so although they manufactured the tire they won t warranty the tire ! Catch 22! I am disappointed in Nissan this will be my last.

Steve was very attentive and helpful. This is the third car that we have gotten from Lia Nissan of Saratoga and Steve has been our salesperson for each vehicle. All of the staff was very professional and knowledgeable. They all worked very hard to help us achieve our car selection at the payment that was affordable for us. Despite being early in his career, he took the time to thoroughly explain every detail of the vehicle, ensuring I fully understood my options. Due to flooding in NY, I faced delays with my insurance company that postponed the purchase on Saturday. Even though this was beyond Zachs control, he still expressed his apologies for the inconvenience. The reason for not giving a full 5-star rating isnt related to Zach but to the finance department. I had to follow up multiple times for updates on my offer and wasnt provided with any figures until I visited the dealership. Had the finance team communicated earlier, the deal could have been completed sooner. However, Zach was not responsible for this aspect. If youre in the market for a new vehicle and have reservations about dealing with salespeople, give Zach a chance you wont be disappointed! I absolutely love my new Rogue and am thrilled to be part of the Lia family.

cannot stand ALL the games dealers play ..really ..i called with a stock number and felt as tho i was getting a hundred questions for nothing more than a sales pitch when all i wanted was a simple question asked answered ..even gave the stock number of said vehicle .and was asked all these different questions ...every other dealer i have felt with when asked about a vehicle with stock number just put it in their computer and i was given an answer right away which is what i like not all the games ..now the person i was talking with is going to find out it it is at your dealership and will call me back ..wow ..

I truly detest purchasing cars and having to deal with car salespeople. Much to my surprise, working with Sean and Jason was smooth, simple, and quick. I was surprised at how well Sean knew the vehicle (an EV), that they were able to secure a lower APR than our own bank, and the speed at which they were able to process the whole endeavor (under 72 hours from test driving to driving the new car off the lot)--and they did all of this without giving even an inkling of the traditional sleazy car sales vibe. Quick, respectful, and straightforward.
