Bought a travel trailer from here and discovered it had several soft spots. I would not recommend this place.

Disappointed with the negotiating and what the final price was supposed to be. He agreed on a final price but the final p.w. didnT reflect that number. i missed the mistake at the final signing. Buyer beware

Great! Service ,prices and staff or owners.Lord knows needed last minute inspection and oil change. Called and they scheduled same day and done within an hour! So prompt and attentive with Excellent customer service.

The only reason I am even giving this company 2 stars is because of the kind, informative and honest salesman Joe. He was very thorough, took the time to answer silly questions I had and entertained my dog while we were looking through the unit. I am new to the RV/travel trailer world, and am looking for an entry level unit for me, my pup and maybe a friend or 2. I saw a small 19 foot unit at Upstate RV which definitely suited my needs, and looked in fairly good shape considering that it was 11 years old. I was definitely concerned about the fact that it was pretty old and was still $14,000 but knew that if someone had taken good care of it, and it was well-maintained, that I would probably be okay. I had discussed my concerns with the owner Jeremy, and he agreed to take $1,000 off the price due to a water spot I found under the bed cabinet, next to the water heater. He said hed be willing to do me the favor of taking off $1K if I left a good Google review. Well sir, here it is. I left a deposit, and proceeded to work on the paperwork needed for financing. I left my social off the application, as I was a little nervous sending it over the internet. I told them that I would give them this info over the phone or in person. I spoke to a couple friends who had been RVing for years, and while they agreed that a 11 year unit could pose issues, that it really depended on the previous owner - but to make sure all of the systems were working before I purchased it. Yes, this made good sense! I called Joe, and he told me that the systems are verified after purchase, when they do a walkthrough of the unit. I told him that since Id be taking a loan - Id be much more comfortable knowing that everything was in good working order before I signed on the dotted line. Apparently, Jeremy told Joe that he will not verify the systems prior to purchase - that it takes too much time. How can I feel comfortable knowing that everything is in working order? Especially after I was the one who found the small water spot? Especially since I am a new customer, and just trying to ensure that a large purchase (at least for little old me!) is going to be a good investment? Be careful with buying RVs here - make sure you do your homework, and make sure you know what youre buying. I didnt, and almost ended up with a $13,000 potential nightmare. I had a bad feeling about this purchase from the beginning, and I am just thankful that the owner was the one to put the nail in the coffin.

Mike and the team went above and beyond in helping me with a wiring harness conversion on my Subaru. This was my first time having any towing-related work done, and everyone worked to make sure I understood the work involved, answered all of my questions, and went the extra mile in helping complete what wound up being a more complex job than had been anticipated. Ill definitely be bringing my car back if necessary in the future.

experience there last week. Needed an inspection for our trailer after the place I originally planned to go to told me not to bother to come. Called them up and I got an inspection within 4 hours of calling up. Very pleased with the service but I received will definitely be back

I had an issue with my awning on my horse trailer. I called all the big RV places and got a total runaround. Most never returned my call. I was ready to give up when I came upon Upstate RV. I called and they got me in the next day! It was just in time for an outing in 90 plus degree weather so I was very appreciative! Everyone on the phone and those I met in person were extremely nice, professional and accommodating. Ill definitely call them again if the need arises.

My wife and I bought the Crossroads Sunset Trail recently and we are absolutely thrilled with the purchase. Not only did they go over everything inside and out and made the process a pleasure but since we arent in need of the camper until May they are storing it for us until them. What a pleasure to deal with and they definitely put our mind at ease during the purchase process.

My wife and I were looking to purchase our first camper after many years of tent camping. After a horrifying experience at Alpine Haus, we were referred to Jeremy at Upstate RV. I recently purchased a a used 2004 pace arrow 37c from Upstate RV. I met with Dudley who initially showed me the unit. I loved the unit so I met with the owner Jeremy. Jeremy gave me a full walk through and we did a test drive. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I decided to make the purchase. We agreed that I would pick up the unit in 2 weeks . That day came fast . Mike gave me a full rundown of the unit and a Demonstration of how to use the motorhome and the basics. I left that day so excited. Since I have made the purchase may 2018 (about 1 week) I have had some questions and minor issues/ adjustments , Jeremy has helped me on everything. I would recommend Upstate RV . So originally I gave the dealership 5 stars. I just had to edit my review. Owned the rv for 5 months this November 2018 and traveled about 7000 miles. During the purchase their was a cracked satellite cover and a armrest that needed repair. I made several calls emails to get the replacements. I have not received any of the parts to date. I am happy with the unit but kinda upset about the missing armrest. (July 2019 update] since November 2018 I have traveled another additional 4000 miles. We love the Coach. No major issues. Been all over. The above missing armrest was corrected by upstate RV . All good. Would recommend

We recently bought a hybrid from here. I realize the reviews for UpstateRV seem to be polar, either love them or hate them, so I wanted to share our experience. First off, let me say that I would give these guys 4.5 stars, 4 seems a little low, and it takes a lot to get 5 stars out of me. Overall we received excellent service, and a very fair (if not excellent) value with our unit. Using some of the advice in other reviews, before we bought our trailer, we thoroughly inspected it (about 3.5 hours). It had a fair amount of minor issues, well within what I think should be normal for an ultralight 10+ year old trailer. There were a couple of larger issues which UpstateRV promised to fix/replace prior to pickup. Each of these items was taken care of without needing to hound them (I sent one list of requested repairs, all were done and confirmed). I imagine some may I ask why they didnt do these repairs in advance. At least for me, I can understand why they choose to wait on the repairs until they have a buyer as #1- It reduces the amount of time their funds are tied up prior to selling the unit, and #2- there will probably be additional requests from the buyer, so it is better to bring the unit into the shop once and take care of everything. Anyway, I am getting off topic. After getting the unit home, we found 3 additional issues. I called Jerome, and he immediately ordered new replacements for 2 of the items. For the third item, it is an intermittent issue, and although they offered to order parts, it would only be guessing at this point, and I dont feel right using their money to throw parts at it. I have a work around until I can find the root cause, or bring the unit back to them to diagnose further. In conclusion, I have found these folks to be very good and reasonable. I know I can be very demanding, so I think it says a lot about them. I would also caution first time buyers regarding purchasing a sub $10K unit. These units have a pretty tough life, and nobody knows what was done to them before you got them. If you dont know much about these units, and/or are not a bit of a handy man, you might have a tough time. As another reviewer noted, if you arent well versed in these things, find someone who is to go with you and properly inspect the unit. Heading out on a first 4 day trip with the trailer, I will update again after the shakedown cruise :-) Update: We have had our unit out for a total of about 3 weeks now. No surprises or New issues. We are very happy with our purchase.

My experience with upstate rv was amazing. It took me a couple years to figure out exactly what I was looking for. I had been to a couple big name dealers and couldnt help but feel like I was just a number to them. They had tried to put me into a camper that was bigger and heavier than I was looking for. I wasnt looking to push the limits of my truck. After going to upstate rv I was able to find the perfect camper at the price that I had set out to pay. The Prowler ultra light that I purchased was just the right size. Sleeps 8....perfect for a growing family of 4. i look forward to purchasing my next one from upstate rv when that time comes.

We had a great expeariance at Upstate RV. We bought our first camper from Jeremy and it was perfect for our family in great shape and a great price. I could not belive the price we bought our Jayco at. No one in USA had a better price. I recommend everyone to go to Upstate RV. Very good Business A+++

My wife and I went to New York to look at a motorhome at up state camper dealership. We asked all the right questions that you can think of before we took this long ride. We even got the financing for this Rv and had check to pay for it and was planning on driving it home. I called him before we left and again asked him was there any mechanical or structural issues or water damage,before we drive all this way. He said to me I promise you, you guys you will be very satisfied with this motorhome. We got there about midnight. It looked awesome on the onset. I was out looking over the camper with a flash light. The back end looked great the passenger side looked great and this was the side we saw at first. Then I got to the front were the heart of the unit is. First I found the blinker lights not installed and just hanging there loose. I said to my self ,ok what else is wrong. So I worked my way across the front and there was some other broken parts. Then I got to the driver side and there it was the whole side of the camper about a quarter of the way down, the side all hanging loose from the water damage. So I looked inside and it was all wet there and mildew. So we was there about a half hour or so and then we all got into the car and drove home. The bad part is he put an up to date sticker on it. So if you are going to sell something be honest with the person you are selling this item to. So the Moral of this story. If someone paints a turd it still is a turd. Never Buy anything from this liar!

Do not go to this person to buy any type of RV....unless youre looking to get ripped off. My husband bought a camper from him about 3 weeks ago, it looked pretty nice from the looks of it. When I walked inside, there was a damp mildew type smell. He opened the door to let the RV air out, after two weeks the damp musty odor had not left. He looked the camper over and thought it needed a little tweaking before taking it out on the road. He called the repairman...upon careful examination by the repairman, he showed us that the RV had been in a flood. The floor boards were rotting away from water damage, there had been a thin plyboard with carpeting over it put on the top of the floorboards in an attempt to hide it. When my husband called on this fact, he refused to do anything about it. I would NEVER trust this man again and you shouldnt either! But...If you are going to purchase anything from this company, PLEASE have a professional look it over for you first, so you dont wind up like we were...RIPPED OFF.

I have done business with them since they started. Jeremy chooses his inventory carefully and looks it over thoroughly. I have had excellent service and great luck with what I have purchased there.
