I have a absolute blast every time I go to Vinces got hundreds of cars of your model anytime or a model that fits any piece you need

This place is ridiculous i needed help and they told me no its only transmissions and engines. I tore out an entire interior when i say everything i mean everything they lost a sale because they have 2-4 loaders and personal vehicals they drive around the yard and they couldnt help me knowing where i was was on the other end of the lot of 3000+ cars they have Ive been coming here for years and a Im a registered car dealer and they told me no lmfao what a joke and they charge us a dollar to get in plus 2 dollar environmental fee plus over charge on parts this place needs to be closed down and idc if Vinny sees this he can come see me at K&L auto sales ask for Paul. Ty. BTW I also have a broken back.

Heard the advertisements about about $500 scrap price for old cars, drove my Infiniti there, only gave $350

Great inventory selection, and its handy to have it all lifted already. I just wish they had an online inventory of the cars they have on the lot. Id complain about the cover charge, but honestly, you can find a buck in spare change in vehicles around the lot, lol. The only real complaint is parts pricing. 100$ for a handful of vacuum lines, and a MAF sensor seems a little steep, but I guess thats what you get for convenience. Compared to refurbed parts online, youre looking at 20-40% savings (at least for my jeep parts), so depending on the condition of what youre pulling, you may just want to buy a refurbed part. Pricing can also feel inconsistent depending on whos behind the counter. Its definitely been my go-to for parts to get the ol Jeep XJ freshened up and running smooth again, though!

This place was decent years ago now they search your tool bag and acuse u of stealing brake pads u had in your bag when u walked in n trip hazards bad its easy to get hurt falling on junk out there

I went to Vinces on a Sunday afternoon. I called ahead to make sure they had my vehicle there and they said they did. I got there paid to get in and they did not have my vehicle there. I wasted and entire afternoon and paid for me and my wife to get in with no apology and no refund. I called Rubicon in Rome and they had my vehicle and did not have to pay to get in and found everything I was looking for. Dont waste your time at Vinces and go to Rubicon in Rome its a cleaner much better place to do business with.

I called for BMW X5 parts I ask for a specific year they said they got it I get here they said no we dont have it hour-and-a-half drive for nothing what a joke

It is a great place to find some used parts for vehicles that are older than 10 years. Good variety, fresh vehicles coming in often.

7/31/23 It was my first visit to Vinces U Pull It today! . WHAT AN EXPERIENCE! Ample parking, well marked entrance Ample shopping carts (wheelbarrows!! )available! Employees were helpful with a can do attitude! I was even given a detailed treasure map of this large salvage yard ..so I could find a correct donor car easily! (this was very helpful) I found a donor car fast and I was happily on my way back to pay (very fair price BTW!) for my coveted part in a short tyme! I Strongly recommend Vinces to anyone looking for a used car part he has quite a nice operation there! *NOTE : if you need rubber boots to use while digging for your diamond in that rough..Vinces has some you can borrow! . GREAT PLACE..full service of sorts!

They are very rude and disrespectful , this morning I went there and I wasn t sure where to park one of the employees came out , it was an old hot head white male start yelling at me calling me words like are you retarded and stupid why did you park there park next to my car that s where the parking starts, I was calm, I did what he said and just moved my car but this is unacceptable behavior for a old man like this. Very rude, disrespectful, and racist because he wasn t like this towards the other costumers

Drove for an hour and a half only to be disapointed by this place. Misleading pricing online and cars that had many parts removed before they were placed in the yard. Dont waste your time.

Easy to enter the desired car

I have done business with them a few times now, and would recommend Vinces to anyone. Pick up service is excellent. Drivers have been efficient, professional and courteous. Office staff is also very easy to deal with. 5 stars all around!!!

Going on a hot day can be rough but if you have the the time to look for what you need then it is always worth it.

Hot, cold or in between days, me and a friend go there a least twice a week just to look at the variety of the new vehicles they got. Plus, a little exercise never killed anyone. Thats why I like going there. Also, if someone asks me if theres a vehicle up there , at least I can tell them what I seen let them know that the vehicle is on the spot if they ask if theres any parts that they need to get off it that are still there Ill let him know the staff is very friendly.

I enjoy going here to pull my own parts. I know what Im getting. The prices are also fair. I like spending time here going through the vehicles for parts.

Let me start off saying this place is amazing The yard is massive they have any car you are looking for any part for you car They have a wide selection of vehicles. Parts are very cheap Great prices I advise anyone to come check this place out you won t regret it

Lots of cars on their lot. $1 to walk in. Got 2 nice tires for under $60. Make sure to bring the right tools (they do not rent or lend tools anymore). Ask for a map and section guide to find the vehicles you are looking for faster. And dont forget to grab a wheel barrel to carry everything out! Will definitely return to get parts in the future.

Good Junker

I had to wait over 1.5 hours for a loader to come get the truck box I had ready to be picked up and brought up front to purchase I called 6 times I kept getting told ill send someone up they called the operator multiple times yelled at him got to the loader and yelled at him the operator was moving the loader around then parked it I called and yelled at them and then they finally sent him on the way up someone stopped him to get a motor and he did instead of helping me first then going back to help the other person and it has been raining for an hour and its a mile hike back to the office

Been coming here for the past ten years until I showed up at 4:32 and was told I couldnt enter the yard because they dont let people in past 4:30. I understand 15 minutes late but two minutes walking in with a couple screwdrivers. Smh if the boss isnt there the staff could care less

Horrible staff ridiculous prices for junk. They won t give you much for your vehicle either. You can have very expensive parts in good to fair condition totaling more than the car it s self they will try to give you 500. Facebook garage sale is better in my opinion.

I was recommended by a friend to look for parts for my Subaru. They surprisingly had one on the lot that was my model. Very clean and well kept lot and everything is easily accessible.

The condition of the driveway between the road and the property and the condition of the roads in between the vehicles in the yard leave a lot to be desired. Other than that, they have a lot of vehicles and theyre all up off the ground relatively easy access like any other u pull establishments. I did notice they are a bit pricier than other places like it, but not by an exorbitant amount.

Most organized junk yard I ever see, and the parts are cheap but you may or may not find the part you looking for.

First time at Vinces. Prices are 1/2 of others.They do invitory search and give you map of location in yard for what you are looking for. Bring your own tools and they provide wheelbarrow for heavy items.It seems a very orderly yard. I called first because its a two hour drive for me but.. they had what I needed and the prices are great. If your a do it yourselfer, and fix your own shift , you wont be dissapointed. Mask and social distancing for safety are inforced.. I love N.Y. lol

Dishonest staff ( not all of them) and definitely arrogant and rude owner with no clue about business and customer relations. Bought few parts. Tried to return them because the motor and transmission was bad but lost the receipt. Staff however made me return the items without a refund until I find the receipt which was only fair. Later found the receipt and now the owner wont issue the refund or give store credit needles to mention i travel nearly 2hrs to buy parts on a regular basis. This is a customer they are familier with and this is how they treated me?!. Daytime robbery. Stay away if you can because hell do anything to not issue a refund.

Always liked going to Vinces but prices are getting up there and what Country are we in if you buy American and try to keep Americans working then plan on hiking a ways past all the imports to get your parts lord knows I need the exercise but its just the point guys getting parts around me said the same thing but if you drive imports your good right by the door going to give Rubicon a try next time not sure if there better or not but ill give them a try

Lacking on customer service the operator for the loader was rude and a little demeaning. Tried to ask a question he was unable to help as per their policies but being rude and belittling the customers should be highly frowned upon. My parts were all the way in the back of the lot and took me 4 trips with wheelbarrow to get. Other then that the lots were nicely spaced plenty of vehicles to choose from the maps could use a little help but I found what I needed and the prices were reasonable.

Vince is a ride person. They treat the help poorly. Yard is not organized at all.They treat everyone as a thief.

Ive been going there for years but they have gotten so unorganized that even the staff dont know where anything is anymore. I ended up going to Rubicon and that is now my go to place for used parts.

Went there to get a rear-end for my Astro van and the only one they had was in the crushing pile. I went inside and asked a older gentleman if they could take it out of the pile and he said no at first . Then I told him I had driven 65 miles to get it and that was the only one they had. He then got on the radio and had them take it out of pile and block it up so I could pull rear-end out of it .I found out later it was the owner I talked to. I thanked for helping me out and thats why I drive down there from Watertown cause of the great customer service and prices !!!! Thanks again !!!!!

Yard is very big and nicely organized. Didn t find the parts I was was looking for but they do have a lot of vehicles. Only negative is they have a lot of vehicles that are burned to the ground and are useless.

The best place for used car parts in the 315! Bring your own tools, wear closed-toe shoes/boots. No one under 18 allowed in the yard. Pull your own parts. Theyll cross-reference the part you need and give you a printout of the makes/models/years that have the same part. Costs a dollar to get in. Free parking. Tell Vinny I sent you!

The lady working there smells like cheese

To help out with my husbands business, i bring probably 3-5 incomplete junk cars here per week. While they definitely dont pay out as well as other yards in the area, their hours are convenient. Open 7 days a week and stay open later than the competition. So, when we have to get vehicles out of the way and higher paying yards arent open its great to have the option.

Love this place ,everything I need too keep my junk running ,look forward too my next visit PS gal that works behind the counter has the prettiest smile in the area.

I actually have a lot of fun when I go here, I really like taking stuff apart and finding treasures in the cars

sucks dont waste your time i tried to bring my 15 yo kid to help me with getting a car part that needs two people they said that my son could not go in the yard so he had to wait in the parking lot for 1 hour and 30 minutes because the job needed two people and dont get me started on how expensive things are

They charged me to look at the battery they are selling in there building not even going outside...scam people... bought the battery and its taller...they didnt have smaller...for $36 its repoff

Our experience to purchase an engine was excellent. The people were VERY NICE and VERY HELPFUL! Most of the cars are still intact and the people even helped us carry our engine to our car. The engine worked great btw. Our experience with Youpullit in Syracuse was horrible! They were rude, the place is nasty, lines of people getting parts for their ebay sales and dirty as can be. Vinces was way better! We will always come to this place from now on! <3 :D Thank you!!

dont bother,extremely rude employees especially the girl that works their (needs to be fired) , yard is picked almost clean and they cant tell you if they even have what your looking for. save yourself the aggravation and go to u-pull on myers rd in east syracuse. they have an part interchange database and can tell you exactly where in the yard the car you need is located. also their customer service is excellent.

Take it for what it is, its a luck based place. You may find leather seats for cheap, you may find nothing at all useful. Great for trim pieces, and dealer items. it can be hard to get certain things off the car and isnt always worth the trouble. Staff is decent, they leave you alone
