Good service due to my back window being shattered I still don t know who did it anyway they came and fix my car back window due to shattered . They vacuum it out and in and took care of it . Even though the price was 395 due to the window being wrong and had to get a exchange but he and his buddy did a good job word

Called for an estimate for my Grand Cherokee and the quote was better than the company my insurance recommended for the same quality. Showed up and the customer service was on 100. They explained to me what needed to be done the quality of the glass and the difference in pricing . Came and was done within 40 mins.

Terrible service and fake reviews, they scratched my new van. I sent my car in for some window modifications and as they were finishing up I noticed a scratch on the right side of the minivan right in the area where they were working. When I told the guys and the manager they started telling me that this scratch was there before then I showed them a picture of my car from the day before with the date on it no scratch because I got it from the dealer but again they they were completely irresponsible and started laughing at me. very bad experience so dont go there!

Went here today to get my windshield replaced, and they were great! Safelite was going to charge me over $1000, and here they were able to do the same job for less than half that amount. Very friendly, got right to work when I drove up, and had everything done in under an hour. I would highly recommend them!

These people are honest! I brought my car here with a non-working window. I thought I was going to be looking at replacing the window motor and spending over $200. They called me and told me that the window was just derailed. They only charge me $50. I highly recommended this place because they are honest hard working people

Came on a sunday w a broken window. Their team was AMAZING. Even though it was about 100 degrees outside, their team was working as fast and competently as a pit crew during an auto race. Don t tint your windows there. Their tint person did a horrible job: bubbles, not aligned edges etc. they do it outside in the parking lot where all the dust and particles from the street get between the tint and the window. They returned the 235$ but wasted my time.

i owe a great deal of gratitude to this place. I walked up to my car the other day to find it had been broken into with the glass on one of the windows completely smashed. My insurance wasn t being helpful and every place they recommended was booked out or closed. We found Alex s and they got us in right away and the whole job was done within an hour. Highly recommend! First things first I have to give props where props is due I had a glass that was broken I was extremely hard to find I called about eight different spots not only did I call them first and they were the first to call me back but they literally fixed the glass in less than a couple of hours Id say I was there about an hour and 10 minutes from start to finish so when I recommend hell yeah same day work and a one work I have zero complaints

My left passenger window was broken into, the night before on a Saturday. I went home stressed out wondering how and when I could get this replaced, and how much it would cost. I woke up the next morning on Sunday and looked for glass repair near me . I saw Alex auto glass and noticed they were already open bright and early, I called and immediately they were on it and told me to come now. And just like that , they cleaned out my car from all broken glass and replaced it right away. Very nice employees too. They even offered to fix a little piece on my chair . WOW .I only did a Google search in an emergency situation for Auto Glass repair and this company was #1 o the results. I now know why. 1 call and within minutes they called me back and had the ability to fix it right away. They told me it would take about an hour and it did. High quality service both quick and efficient. Very courteous and attentive staff. They will need a bigger place soon for the volume of work coming their way. Great value as well. Price is DEFINITELY right.
