Horrible service! We waited for a long time.. the first time I called the service provider for a follow up, I was told the driver had switch shifts? so I had to wait longer. So I waited then the second time I called the guy seemed aggravated I called again and was told to look for someplace else because they cant help me.

This morning at 530 am I came out an d noticed a car parked in my driveway, I immediately called my neighborhood precinct and they came to give the car a ticket and I called Kwik Towing and they came within 30 mins! They were fast and efficient, Im very happy that they took that car out of my driveway! Great job guys

Those guys gave me such a hard time and refused to drop off on giving location,then I found these guys online and just after a little call, all my problems got solved. They are quick and problems solvers. Communication was so well, without any hassle my car came to Queens from Brooklyn. They are polite, cooperative and empathetic. This has to be the worst company I have used in the 15 years I have been doing this job. I requested this company to load two units in NY. The job took 30 minutes according to Jay. They ran our card for $1,567.00 for a half an hour. His excuse was the going rate. Apparently that is $3000/hr. Do yourself a favor and just go buy a new car instead of using these clowns.

Truck was blocking my driveway, couldn t get my car out of the garage. Called 311 & got the truck ticketed. Called a few towing companies but none would come since it was a truck. Called these guys and they were there soon. Great job, great driver & great service. Highly recommend this Kwik towing. Thanks guys!

I had a 30 plus mile tow and no affiiliates of AAA were available and this company was recommended. Car was towed by night to repair shop as requested. However, this company was incapable of providing a detailed receipt or hard copy by mail either to me nor to AAA whereas I may have been reimbursed for my $620.81. Thanks for nothing. Saving on the price of a stamp bought you adverse publicity. I would have even driven to you for a receipt if your office had responded to my messages.

My car had a flat tire on the middle of the queens expressway and in came Ali in his vehicle actually from no where: he was so kind to help us in the middle of the night and on a highway that is prone to definite accidents as we were in the center. He helped with the towing immediately and also had the mechanic change the tire in less than 15 mins. Highly recommend this place for all your towing, mechanic and repair needs. I assure you they will be there for u!

Honesty called in desperation and I m VERY pleased. Never, ever, had such a smooth experience in such a high time of stress. I appreciate the owner or whoever answered the phone on the first ring. My insurance company called all their contracted places to jumpstart/tow my car. Not sure why it took geico a total of 47 minutes and two phone calls. But when I did my own research the staff gave me info to give my insurance. Geico then called and it was simple. The tow company arrived within 30 minutes, amazing. Very sweet staff. They communicate 100% effectively and promptly. Gave me reassurance my baby would be on the right kind of tow truck. Helped me figure out how to unlock the car based off the battery making all electric features unavailable. Just extremely grateful. Thank you guys. First tow company I ve saved. And my friend is even using them as well based off how nice the driver was. You guys get an A+. This industry has many shops but very few with staff like here. I was in good hands.

Was in a pickle in Queens when my car died the day after the blizzard. These guys really came through clutch. Showed up in 20 minutes and worked it out with Geico so I didnt have to pay out of pocket. Legends.

My two daughters from out of town and their friend were stuck in Maspeth after a concert with a dead battery at 1:30 am on a Saturday night They waited 1.5 hours for AAA who never showed. These guys were there within 15 minutes of my phone call and had the car on the road right away. Great and reliable service.

Kwik Automotive Towing are scammers, for the most part that I know are true to be. (STILL TRYING TO LOCATE TICKET IN THE NYC DATA BASE/ UNTIL FOUND EVRYTHING SAID HERE FOR THE MOST PART ARE TRUE) My vehicle was towed illegally ( without an police violation ticket) . On February 7th, 2021. For that matter on this day was also a snowstorm; regardless the mishaps to the Do Not Park Sign across the street from my family apartment building. Parking violations were suspended. I do not live in NYC. As a mother of 5, I honestly cant afford to take risk of adding on any unnecessary expenses. So I tried to do the right thing as much as possible. I had to report my vehicle stolen in order for the police to locate my car. One of the officer that responded to my incident report said out of all the tow places in the Bronx they towed your vehicle to Queens So a suspicion that was raised wondering if the person who called knows these people in Kwik Automotive Towing . To make a easy 200 dollars... Dispite everything that has happened on February 7th. Up to NOW no one knows my name. And I havent heard from anyone. They released my car without properly IDENTIFYING me and the person (over the phone texting me) claimed that he is going to mail me my violation ticket IF he finds it in the office and will notify his manager My lawyer stated that Tow Truck companies are going around towing people cars with temporary license plates to make quick cash. Its a new thing in the state of NY during this pandemic. At this point I am taking legal action against this place. Anyone who has experience a similar matter please dont be afraid to reach out. Good towing

The only towing company that is still responsive to call on Sunday night out of 10 that i tried to call. After giving the details the truck came in half an hour. Amazingly the process of towing was quick and very systematic. Thanks for the quick response.

Theres no such thing as perfect but close enough. However they responded quick to my daughter with a fair charge considering it was rush hour and everyone else wanted to rip her off. Thank you for having her back.

I called them tow my motercycle. I called them at night so i didnt see it in the dark but in the morning when my check ma bike It was full of scratches and my break peg is missing :/

They charged my insurance company $571 for towing my scooter within 5 miles.

Called, 30mns wait, 1 hour passes no one answers, never showed.

If I could give this company negative 5 starts, I definetely would. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! The owner/dispatcher fooled me in the beginning - while taking my location coordinates he seemed polite and accommodative, but at the end appeared extremely rude. Billy, the the tow truck driver, was even worse. Slicky and aggressive individual to the point of uncontrollable yelling and harassing. It was the nightmare dealing with this Kwick Towing. Reporting them to the authorities for sure as these people can t be selling their services out there the way they did to me. If I m ever again in need of towing/jump start/other road assistance, I d rather wait 5 hrs longer, but WILL NEVER USE KWICK TOWING.

The worse service very rude people. Their is no system down about credit card as the way they replied to one of the comment. They literally tell you into your face very rude bring me 250 dollars in cash and i will not repeat myself and hangs up the phone I am sure they dont want deal with Taxes /IRS but now they would have to. I did report them to the authorities to check on them. They should not be presenting themselves this way and be rude toward people.

Called because I needed a quick tow for my motorcycle. Respond immediately, properly secured my motorcycles and arrived to the drop off destination in good time . About a month later I needed another receipt for that day and they did all in their power to re-create me one with no issue . Thanks .

Highway robbery unethical business practices charged my card twice its in the credit card system showing as pending came for jump car did not need a jump charge me anyway for the jump

If I could give a negative star, I would. These people lack customer service skills. My experience with them towing my vehicle to receive repairs was repulsive. The person was argumentative and very incompetent. Do not choose these people.....go elsewhere!!

Cero stars , Don t trust these people they are the worst they took my car and overcharged me and never gave me a recipt with the price they charge me , they were so rude with me I was about to do something crazy because they way they treat me , they told me , you want your car back you have to pay for it otherwise come tomorrow and you have to pay $45 more , I needed the car so I had to pay whatever they told me to , I don t want to say the price because they may come again and take my car , they are scanners and I can Proof it

This guy is the best in Brooklyn. I own Ultra Coach, a luxury motor coach company for the entertainment industry. Our driver called base at noon in a panic because our 16 cargo trailer carrying the bands gear had literally snapped in half and was holding together by one weld! Kwick towing was on the scene within the hour, loaded the trailer on a flat bed and transported it to a shop where they were able to weld it back together. By 9pm we were loaded and ready to roll. Incredible service, highly recommend these guys!

He told me instantly what they would be able to do, continuously had great communication until he found where my broken down car was, and got it done VERY efficiently. I just wanted to drop by and write up a review as promised. This is not a self generated review. This is from a customer who was down on his luck on a SuperBowl evening and was stuck by the Holland Tunnel. The fellow who picked up me was very pleasant man and was more than accommodating. My experience with this towing company was nothing but pleasant. The dispatcher originally gave me a higher quote, but the driver who as very hard working, being one of the managers, he knew I was just down on my luck and offered to give me a much lower fee and stored my car for a drastically low amount, and also delivered my car to the shop the following day. He was a very polite man and he even stayed with me to charge my phone in his vehicle while waiting for the Uber to come to pick me up. Even after several attempts due to the fact that the Uber drivers kept cancelling, he patiently waited even offering to simply just drive me home. I obviously declined because he had done more than enough, even from just a morale perspective, but the simple gesture made a horrible night of being stuck, a much less painful experience. So thank you my good fella. Good karma is coming your way. I really appreciate the kindness.

He even gave me advice on which battery to purchase next time. Theyre now saved in my contacts! Kwick Towing & Recovery... the name says it all!

ALERT: These people are crooks and scammers. They towed my car and kept it for 2 months saying I owed $1300 !! The car was never put into police database and they never turned the car into authorities after 30 days. Even worse, when car was received the radio was STOLEN. They claim ignorance but the door to the car was UNLOCKED by someone in their lot! This is a horribly run business and they cannot be trusted. These people are running a shady operation and should be ashamed.
