Toyota of Clifton Park Collision Center in Mechanicville

I had an amazing experience with New Country Toyota of Latham collision center. The technician was very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop when the parts had arrived. They even provided me with a loaner vehicle so I did not have to rent a car. They delivered 5 star service from start to finish.

I couldn't be more pleased with my experience at the Collision Center. After an unfortunate accident with my brand new Lexus GX, the team at New Country has been exceptionally friendly and efficient in handling everything. I'm eagerly awaiting the return of my car and have complete confidence that they'll do an outstanding job. Highly recommend!

I just came in for a missing push pin for my car. The retail parts desk was incredibly helpful in identifying the type of part needed and sent me on my way very quickly. 10/10 service

Helpful, but incomplete repairs even after a few weeks.

The service on my car was completed quickly and the car looked great afterwards. The staff was helpful, and made the process from beginning to end clear.

I had my car in the bodyshop about 2 month ago now an have had to re drop my car back off about 5 times for the same warning lights that they cant seem to get shut off on the dash. They reset the lights again this last time i was there an then after driving for about 20 miles suprise they popped back on just like before i called them that same day was told the guy had gone home for the day an the lady at the desk said she will give him the information. I have now been waiting almost a month with no call back at all i have called 3 times an left a voice-mail an still no call back i am very frustrated from this whole experience i will never return here after they finally fix my car the correct way after this review i hope i get a call back.

They don't have an OBD1 reader for my 1994 Toyota Camry (runs good condition) so that I can find out what's wrong with it how does Toyota Clifton Park & Saratoga not have their own equipment ? Why would Toyota of Japan not give their Toyota dealers the right stuff to fix ALL Toyota's Isn't their motto the Toyota run for a long time if that's true why can't we fix ALL of them ? there's a lot of older ones on the road still mine is a sensor problem that I haven't been able to fix .
