Service was great, bought my last 2 cars from them as pricing was far and no pressure. The quick lube in the back of the lot covers inspections, tires, and oil changes with out an appointment.

After a service call on my F1, there was an issue that had to be resolved that was not related to the original work performed. Fred got me a loaner the next day without hesitation so I could keep my appointments.

Service was completed in timely manner.tech showed me issues & Marie tried to get me a veterans discount but was unable to get that thru the system. Very poor (in stock) new tire selection.garage & counter people at (quick lube) polite&attentive.

I had my 2018 Ford Fusion towed to the dealership because I was told not to drive it due to possible transmission issue. Appointment wasnt available for over a week. I made a list of issues, diagnosis transmission, oil change and check rear tire. Before the diagnosis was completed they decided to change the oil. I was only then notified that the transmission was bad and would cost $7500.00 to fix. When asked why would you do an oil change without contacting me and was told because I didnt tell them not to. At that point I told them not to do anything else and that I was contacting Ford Motor Company regarding the transmission issue. Ford Motor has a program that would pay a percentage for the repair. They called the dealership to have them give a figure so they could provide an amount that Ford would pay towards it. Dealership was unwilling to provide an amount and called me saying it would take 8 hours to take it apart at $140.00 an hour and I would be on the hook for the amount. I kept going back and forth with Ford and Marchese with no resolution. I was charged over $200.00 for an unnecessary oil change and rotation of tires that I did approve to have done. Owner would not waive the charge and was snarky stating should have had an extended warranty then tried to sell me a Ford Escape with a poor trade-in offer. I had worked for Ford Motor Credit for 20 years and purchased several Fords from Jack Byrne. I will never buy another Ford and would never go to Marchese again or recommend them for a purchase or service. No respect for the customer, Jack would be sad to know how his customers are now being treated.

Our AC was not working, so we called for an appointment. They were able to get us in quickly and we had the car back within 1 business day. Everything was covered by the warranty. It was all very efficient

Being new owners service was good room for improvement not open on Saturday witch is a must thats when customers get miner stuff done to there vehicles most people working During the week should have a partial staff on for at least 5hron Saturdays and rotate them every Saturday

Marchese is great. I recently purchased a Ford Maverick through them (which was an excellent experience), then my tire pressure sensor failed 3 months later. The service department got me right in and fixed it in a day, no charge. Everyone is polite and I will continue to go out of my way to use them rather than another, closer, Ford dealer.

Everything was outstanding from the minute I walked in until the minute I finished. Staff was professional, efficient, and friendly!

Today was my third and final straw with the service department. My first visit I was told, I dont think anything is wrong and you are paranoid but will take a look. It resulted in my transmission needing to be replaced. My second visit was because of a rattling I heard from the rear of the vehicle. In my inspection I was able to uncover at least one spot that was making the noise and clearly explained it was the bolt connecting the trailing arm. The tech didnt bother to listen and wrote Customer states the trailing arm is not connected. To their credit they found the part making the majority of the noise but never bothered to fix what I pointed out. Finally, brought it in today at 8am because the window was rattling and a 10k mile inspection. I called at noon asking when it would be complete and was told the window has no fix and they would get to the inspection before the end of the day. I was able to find the fix FROM FORD online on the bronco6g forum and informed them. They still said Ford doesnt have a fix yet and no idea what I was talking about. I finally picked up my vehicle around 4pm from its all day inspection that I am not even confident it was done. Ive gone to Saratoga Ford with my vehicle a few times and have had WAY BETTER experiences. I do not recommend this place at all. Service hours are terrible and awful customer service. Go anywhere else besides here.

I was looking to trade in my vehicle and lease a new F150. I was eligible for X-Plan pricing (0.4% below invoice) and I was speaking with the Owner Dan and he was great and agreed to do X-Plan only on an ordered vehicle. Dan spent a ton of time walking me through the vehicle and through the ordering process since no vehicles were built as I d like. A couple of weeks went by and I kept in touch to review the incentives for the new month. Initially Dan had told me they got worse, then he called back and said they were actually better at $4,500 in rebates. On top of this, Dan made me an offer for my vehicle, it was only good for 7 days, but still a solid offer. I figured the offer would be close at time of delivery depending on the market. I made a point to go into the dealership the next morning and put in my order to lock in the deal. This is when I put a deposit on the vehicle to order it and was told now the rebates are only $3,000. Everyone acted confused. They got me, The old bait and switch . I kept the order in place with hopes that the rebates would get better by the time the vehicle arrived. 6 weeks go by and the truck is now delivered. This is where things got weird. I went in to finalize the deal and I was given an offer of over 11% lower on my vehicle. I left and did my research and presented it back to Dan which he said that the research didn t matter and he just wasn t going to take my truck because this was an X-Plan deal and he has no money to put into the deal. That s no problem, I had a private buyer anyway. (Now I lost $1,000 trade-in rebate. Now we re only at $2,000 in rebates.)I kindly asked Dan to do a courtesy trade which is where the dealer took care of all of the paperwork and took my vehicle in on trade at the agreed upon price and then sold it to the buyer at said agreed upon price at the same time. Dan told me no and that it was illegal for him to do that. Then went on to say if he did do it, it would cost over $1,000. Then he went on to say he was currently doing it with a commercial client that purchases multiple $80,000 vehicles per year and that the client gives him a kick back of $2,000 each time and that is why he does it for him. At this time, Dan stated he would do it for $2,000 because, simply, he doesn t want to do it and again, mentioning it s an X-plan deal. Dan then made a completely ignorant and unprofessional comment about my profession and how I treat people differently and that s what he s doing with me being an X-Plan deal and not a multiple $80,000 deal/year commercial customer. I told Dan that was completely unprofessional and to have a great day and I hung up the phone. At this point I don t want to do business with the dealership, but they have my truck! Luckily I have multiple friends in the industry and they worked with me tirelessly to understand what was going on. They informed me that I actually had $4,000 in rebates and for some reason the dealer wasn t telling me that. So I decided to do the deal. The salesman I worked with was great. The finance gentleman there was fantastic. Nice and easy and very professional. Other than that, I do not recommend doing business with this dealership. Dan is greedy, completely unprofessional, ignorant and is only worried about the money. So do your business with a larger dealership that wants to put you in a vehicle and get you a great deal instead of a dealership that gets you in the door under false pretenses and just wants your money so they can keep their doors open. If you are in need of a Ford, do not go to this dealership.

Quick service.

Everyone is very nice and helpful. They called with updates on what was going on with my car (it ended up being very tedious but they figured out the problem with my focus). When the problem wasn t clear cut and things weren t making sense, the techs thought out of the box and that s how they were able to find the root of the problem.

Excellent experience

I brought my truck in for a clunking sound and a vibration at 60mph. They within a couple of hours they had checked it and had an answer for me. Luckily all was good. They also noticed that I needed an oil change. They took care of it.

I arrived at the quick change, my vehicle was on the lift in about 5 minutes. Service was completed quickly.. Very happy with this dealership.

I purchased a used 2022 Bronco a little over a year ago. I brought it in for a minor power window issue. Service was excellent and identified the problem quickly. The problem came from a aftermarket wearing harness for a aftermarket accessory. Although this is something that is not normally covered under warranty, Merchese owners had service make the repairs anyway. This is a family run dealership that backs every sale! If you re looking to buy a Ford this the place to go!

Excellent service!! Stopped in for routine oil change/tire rotation. As I was switching my sunglasses to my regular glasses the arm of my glasses fell off. I walked in with my crooked glasses telling Marie my glasses broke. Without a beat Marie asks do you want me to asks the guys if they can fix them? I said sure if it s no trouble but I can drop them off at the eyeglasses place if not. With great determination my service tech took to the challenge and repaired my glasses. Marie always has a good rapport with customers and staff. Service Techs are always professional, kind and do a great job.

Great experience with this dealer. Special recognition for John Galuski, sales rep who was with me start to finish. Purchased a Ford Raptor from this dealership, and while I disdain dealer mark-ups, unfortunately its the current state of the world, and Marcheses markup was very fair. Still wish I didnt have to pay it :D With that said, John was very responsive the entire time. His demeanor never felt rushed or pushed, he was just calm and answered my questions as he had time! He worked with my shipping agency and kept me informed of all the interactions until the truck left on the carrier. This current environment is crazy (especially if youre in the market for a Ford Raptor) and all I could ask for is a good experience. John G @ Marchese Ford was top notch. It should be said.. John G never once asked me to give a good review. Never even talked about a review. He just did his job and did it well. Couldnt be more appreciative of that.

I only use the dealer to keep my warranty services up to date if I need it in the future with that said making appointments is about as easy as it gets and the techs are quick and knowledgeable. Prices on simple repairs how ever like changing a plate light bulb are a bit wild $50+ for a $2 bulb and 10 mins of labor had me scratching my head other then labor costs I would recommend to friends and family.

Marchese Ford provided outstanding service on my Ford Transit Connect Van. From the recommendation of 4 new tires which I desperately needed to replace the original tires on my 2015 vehicle. The first set of tires lasted for 48000 miles. I felt I was given an extremely fair price for my 4 new all-season tires which included mounting, balancing and disposal of my original tires. I was extremely happy with the prompt and professional service of Marchese Ford and would not hesitate to return there for future service and to refer them to anyone who needs service to their vehicle.

Worst experience I ve ever had at a dealership. Customer service was absolutely horrible, there was absolutely no communication at all, once my vehicle was finally done, I spoke with the general manager, to tell him about my experience, and the service advisor approached us, was very hostile and rude And had to be told to walk away. And in the end, they never even fixed the problem. If I could give this location less than one star, I would!! Update .. About a week after my review, somebody from the dealership responded calling me Patrick not sure who Patrick is, but he s definitely not the guy that will be going back, after being charged $160 to replace a fuel pump relay, that retails for about $11. Patrick .out.

For my one visit to them so far it was a great experience. They got to it quite fast for the world we live in today. They took my truck in and fixed the issue. I had a trouble code which helped but as son as I told them that they started telling me it was covered. Found it was under an extended warranty and took care of it. I find some places wouldn t do that. They seem good from what I saw. And maybe because I came from service but sales peoples weren t all over looking for a sale either which is nice.

All work exceeded my expectations

Edit: I dropped my truck back off overnight so they had it for a cold start in AM to try and replicate cam phaser rattle. I spoke with dealership owner regarding my last visit and initial review, he ensured everything would be addressed and he d be in touch. After not hearing anything at 4:30pm I called to get a status. The service advisor said they couldn t replicate and wanted to keep it. No mention of the front end noise I d asked to have looked at. They did offer a loaner. I said I needed it and would bring it back again another day. He s said they d be there til 6. I got there at 5:30 and service was gone. No documentation or paperwork was provided, even though I asked, nor any guidance on where I could find my truck outside. A temporary floor liner was present however the mat was not cleaned as owner had said would happen. My truck service was completed quickly; the service advisor was very knowledgeable and helpful in addressing of my questions. Included in the service package was lubricating all hinges and locks, however the power running boards were not done, even though the service advisor specifically called it out on the RO. Additionally, Ive brought my truck in twice and both times there have been dirty/greasy foot prints left on the all-weather mats...I really wish they would implement and utilize temporary floor liners like they do at other dealerships.

My vehicle had a major issue with the start and stop feature on the vehicle. The technicians worked with Ford engineers to find and cure the problem. Fred, one of the service advisors kept me abreast of the work. Got it back in great shape. Works fine. Great people to work with.

I had my heater motor blower replaced . I was quoted one price but it ended up being a lot more because of the way I was billed. But its fixed now so I have heat in my car.
