I went to shops for years when Mark was running it. Very fair pricing and fixed vehicles very well. Had a lot of knowledge and was very honest. Since his passing away his son, Nick took over. Since then it's been outrageous pricing and took weeks to fix a minor issue that wasn't in the engine or transmission. My van died. The motor went and we had no money to fix it. Since it had 170k miles on it we agreed to sell it to Nick for $250. This was in March. Every time I call I get a new excuse....."I got locked up", "I sent it", "I'll bring it by". But we NEVER got paid and I sent him the title and bill of sale. He is a scammed and takes forever to fix a car. Do NOT go here. His father would be VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

For what I needed done, Shep's was affordable and had a fast turnaround time.

I've been going here for years unfortunately the owner mark has passed may he rest in peace his son Nick runs the business and I'm sure nothing has changed as far as quality and care for the customer, so if there's anything to be done to your car you need to come here.

These guys are way different than most places. They aren't trying to make a shady buck. They actually want to help. Good people all the way around
