Great service experience at Jack Byrne Ford. Even though I did not purchase my Ford vehicle there, they treated me like an old friend. From making the appointment to dropping off the car and picking it up, the entire process was extremely friendly and professional. They diagnosed the transmission problem and corrected it, also changed the cabin filter and less than 3 hours later they called to tell me the car was ready for pickup. Upon pickup, they explained to me exactly what they found and what they did and had me as a return customer from that point!
Great Service! I was out of town with my family when I found a piece of the serpentine belt from our 2014 Explorer hanging on the frame. I was able to use the online scheduler to get a same day service appointment with Jack Byrne. When I dropped off my vehicle, the service advisor was empathetic to my issue and courteous. In addition to arranging the service I came in for, he offered to handle a few service bulletins that had been posted for the vehicle. The service department contacted me several times during the day to update me on the progress of the repairs. My vehicle was finished the same day. All of the staff I interacted with were friendly and professional. If I didn’t live 5 hours away I would bring my vehicles to Jack Byrne for service! Nice job.
This is my first purchase at Jack Byrne Ford and the experience has been great during and after the sale. I purchased mud flaps for my Ford Fusion expecting to put them on myself but Jack Byrne did this as a complimentary service at no charge. Based on my experience so far I would definitely recommend this dealership.
Went into service without an appointment, Billy was very accommodating I just needed to get a coated key made. I know they were pretty busy and he told me that it could be at least an hour wait, but the fact that he was willing to help me out as a walk-in was awesome! He also answered some questions on remote start systems, and I could tell by his customer service skills that he was very in tune to providing great customer service! Thanks again!

I should of come here earlier I ve been dealing with terrible customer service from Justin at Depaula Ford. Fred and Angelo took time to listen to my issue and diagnosed it before even putting it on a lift. My car was done within a couple of days: Transmission fluid, heater core, and some cosmetic damages i figured to get fixed since it was there. They had a loaner for me and has amazing service. That s how you do it.

this is the first time i brought my Mazda 3 for oil change and tire rotation. I let my teen son sent it for the service (shows on the report). JBF made the service and apparently they charge me with tire rotation which i believe they did not perform it. Not intentional but I knew it as wheel port air cap on my tire did not move from back to front. normally I did not check it it but just for curiosity. Im just not satisfy on that integrity as this point.
I trust the crew at the Quicklane thats why I bring my Nissan to a Ford dealer. They are good honest people.

I thought the day I had been dreading had arrived. My 2008 Ford expedition with over 200,000 miles that I bought from Jack would not start. Jumping the battery did not help. I was afraid I was going to have to give it up. Its been such a great vehicle that I use for all my ugly chores and towing boats that I wanted to keep it running. Jack Byrne Ford had always been more than fair on the few service needs that this truck had. which were far less than my Jeep grand Cherokee, GMC Envoy or my Audi. Neither of them lasted more than 120,000 miles. I called the Jack Byrne service department and they agreed to try to work on it the next day even though it was right before a holiday. I had it towed in the next day. I was not optimistic. By the end of the day I got a call from the Jack Byrne Ford service department. it was just the starter and I was good to go. May 2019: I love my new escape. Thanks for the exceptional sales and service as always. Great service as always. Very little wait time as they took in my Escape just after I arrived and performed the service in a very reasonable amount of time. The price after the rebate makes the service a good value and the vehicle works great. I had another service done last Saturday. Very friendly service. My escape was immediately taken in when I arrived and the technician did a great job as always. August 2018. Still great service. Marie at the quicklane is always helpful and is great with the customers. The technicians always do a great job. I still rate them with 5 out of 5 stars.

They are a solid Ford dealer. I got a very good deal there on a mountaineer. Didnt use their service for very long because it is inconvenient for me. They are definitely worth a try if youre in the market for a Ford.

Overall I was satisfied, the service department needs to work on their customer service. They seemed distant and cold. With that said, the department was super fast in getting my vehicle back. I bought my vehicle from there, and customer service was fantastic then. I would not hesitate to go back again to buy.

This one is for the service dept! I came in with my F250 and needed some adjustments done. I was in and out in under 30 minutes! Plus, got charged a heck of a lot less than my local dealership in SC was gonna charge me for only one of the things. They put air in my tires for me as well. Thanks yall! Always excellent service My omly problem was that my tir e pressure was way off 31 lbs in the back tires and 33 ,34 in the front . The book calls for 35 . I went to Stewarts and took care of raising the pressure. This could have been a problem fo rsomeomne who didnt check this or couldnt for some reason. Thank you.

Bought a 2016 Ford F-150 from Jack Byrnes and expirenced some issues with it right from the start . The service dept took care of the issues but one issue still remains and that is my door lock knobs will fall down randomly when I shut the doors locking that door . The truck has been in to be serviced concerning this issue but they are still not fixed because it is still happening . When I brought the truck in for an appointment to get it looked at again I was told it is no longer under warranty so now I have to pay for a repair that should of been fixed while it was under warranty and that it was going to cost me $100.00 just to look at it with no guarantee of it getting fixed . The people at the dealership are very nice but I am very disappointed in the way I was spoken to . Obviously it is not fixed , door locks shouldn t fall down and lock themselves . I ve always had good experiences with Jack Byrnes but this time I did not , I cancelled the appointment to get it looked at , will either go to a garage or trade it in on a Toyota Tundra .

Service at Jack Byrne Ford was excellent. I received a detailed explanation of the services, a summary of my options and received perfect service. I was able to pick my car up the next day and at that time I got a detailed report of their findings, along with the repaired performed.

Fast efficient service
After sitting in the garage all winter, our PT Cruiser convertible had a dead battery. I replaced it, and put the car back in the garage. When I took it in for inspection, I drove the mile up the road to Jack Byrne s. Much to my surprise, it failed the emissions tests! No worthies, they said! Just go drive it around for 40 or 50 miles. It will reset the system. Worked great! Passed and ready for warm, sunny convertible weather! Thanks guys!

My 2014 Taurus was having trouble starting and was in need of a battery. I called Jack Byrnes Ford and they said that I could drive right over and they could install a new battery. When I arrived at the garage, Marie had one of the mechanics take my car right in and they replaced the battery within 20 minutes. Service is always fast at Fast Lane. I am always greeted by name and my car is serviced quickly. The staff is always friendly and attentive to everyones needs.
Lousy service dept. My Ford vehicle is under warranty and they refused to service it, telling me that they wont touch it, to have it looked at where I bought it, and that they have their own problems. Spoke with Ford, and was told that they have no right to refuse service because they are a Ford dealership. Perfect example why nobody likes Jack Byrne.
Fantastic service! I called in the morning in regards to my Mustang needing both the airbags replaced due to a recall. They had me in an hour later and had my car done by 4:30 the same evening! Fantastic job! They will be receiving more work!

What a great experience I had a Jack Byrne. I dealt with Todd the sales manager. He was very informative and helped me make the car buying experience very enjoyable. I highly recommend Jack Byrne as they blew the doors off of the competition by 4100 dollars. That s right 4100 dollars better than a Ford dealer in Schenectady.

Today the standard automated response was posted for me to call Jack Bryne so they can help rectify my negative experience. Everyone who didnt have a good experience seem to get this standard response. I think Jack Bryne should have called me the next day. The sales person never left me a message to at least apologize for the miscommunication. Four days later I have moved on so a call now is a lot too late. My lease is up in 2 weeks and I was ready to finalize last week. The web response doesnt seem very sincere. I would suggest moving forward you reach out to people who had a legitimate concern instead of expecting the client to call you back. The clients time is very valuable. I got a quote for a lease at $409/mth and I said no thank you as another dealer had given me better pricing. I contacted the other dealer to say I was moving forward with them immediately as my lease it up in just 20 days. Id been shopping for a good price for some time. Meanwhile I get a call back from Jack Bryne Ford and am told if I come in tonight they will give me $399 month. I then contact the other dealer and let them know that Jack Bryne really wanted to work with me and said sorry for the last minute change. It was always very clear that I wanted wear and tear coverage included in my pricing. This was not the first time I had talked to the sales person at Jack Bryne. I rush there after work with the thruway backed up due to an accident. I arrive at 6pm ready to sign the paperwork and put down a deposit. But the pricing for wear and tear had not been included. That would be $20 more a month!! The sales person knew what my needs were. The credit manager offered to reduce the $20 he forgot to include in the enticement quote but would not honor the $399 that was agreed to. No one cared enough to listen carefully to my needs but were quick to get me to drive 40 minutes away to meet their monthly sales quota. I was specifically told this pricing was only available for one day and tomorrow the offer was off the table. Was it an innocent mistake? Perhaps? But still nevertheless it was very poor customer service. Get your quotes in writing before you go out of your way for a one day deal that doesnt really exist. Very disappointed with my ultimate experience at Jack Bryne.
Will never return. Too little too late. DONT TRY TO SET UP AN ONLINE. Even with a confirmation doesnt seem to matter. No apologies will make up for sitting on the side of the road with a dead car because I walked out totally disenchanted with your service.
I went for an oil change and tire rotation. Marie greeted me upon entering and informed that she had a full house. I dont mind waiting so I got a cup of coffee and read the paper. My car was brought in after about 20 minutes and serviced in a prompt efficient manner. I discussed my exhaust system with the mechanic and learned that surface rust is ok and exhaust systems last a long time. I am a regular customer and enjoy the interaction with the employees.

Was there before 8am with no appointment but the gentleman assisted me anyway. Was done quickly, car was clean was able to sit in comfortable waiting area with my dog. Clean restroom coffee or tea if u like.
The weather stripping on my passenger door came loose. Stopped in late in the day to find out what could be done. Michael immediately assessed the problem and ordered the replacement strip. The repair was made promptly and I even had my oil changed. All done in a matter of an hour and at a great price. Michael continues to be the reason I will always have my Edge maintenance and repairs done at Jack Byrne Ford. Keep up the good work!

First used car i bought here a month after the roof started to completely peel off. They fixed it of course, i had just purchased it. 2 months later the same spots peeled completeely off. My sales person said at this point they would not cover it and it was my problem. My main reason to be upset with this decision and decide to NEVER go back to Jack Byrne was because prior to buying, i was told one of the service employees who worked there traded the car in by my sales rep. Safe to say something fell on tthe roof and they repaired it and sold it to me. No more Jack Byrne Ford for me.

While my Mustang was in for service, the Jack Byrne service department gave me a loaner which was a beautiful and super clean Ford Escape SUV. The vehicle was perfect and very easy to drive. When I returned the Escape, my Mustang was washed and ready and looked good as new.
After buying 10 vehicles previously from a Ford dealer in Latham. I purchased a 2018 Ford F150 from Jack Byrne Ford. They gave me a fair trade with no pressure. I decided on buying from Jack Byrne becasuse the other dealer refused to repair my 2013 F150 under warranty and Bryne had no problem repairing the issue. So I said goobye to the other dealer now I hope to buy 9 more vehicles from Jack.

While I was not happy that my 3 year old, 35,000 mile Focus had a transmission problem, I was extremely pleased with the way Jack ByrneS service department handled the situation. They got my car right in, gave me a loaner car because they might need to keep my car for a few days and surprised me by having the repair done in 48 hrs. Because the repair was covered under warantee, there was no charge to me. Jack Byrnes service department opens early and closes late for easy drop off and pick up and everyone I dealt with there was pleasant and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints about any part of this experience. Jack Byrnes service department is tops in my book and I am a very satisfied customer!

I went to Quick Lane for an oil change, but they were busy. Instead of making me wait, they called down to the service shop to see if they could squeeze it in, and they did. Very comfortable waiting area.
I have to admit, Im kind of confused by the bad reviews. Ive purchased all of my cars here for over 12 years. Ive had several leases and owned both new and used. I always felt I got a fair price and the salesmen are friendly and personable. To this day, my favorite car was a preowned explorer that I got for an awesome price. I have my car serviced at quicklane for every oil change, which is fast and a good price. Sorry to those who may have had a bad experience, but I never have.
I used to own a couple Fords and, when my regular mechanic got stumped or encountered a problem that only a dealer would be able to address, I took my car to Jack Byrne for service; I think three times total. I was happy with them; they always figured things out, got it right the first time, didnt twist my arm to do more work, had reasonable turnaround times, didnt mail-blast me afterwards to buy a new car etc. Sometimes they were even the same price or cheaper than my independant mechanic. In the only time we went to a different Ford dealer in the area, my wife got a lot of upsell, so, from our experience, and all other things being equal, we would deal with them over some of the other local Ford dealers. No experience with the dealership side of their business.
Great experience getting my new Ford Fusion. Had a lease that was ending and was not sure what I wanted to get - car or small SUV. Went in looking at the 2015 Escapes because I wanted something AWD with good incentives. Sales staff (Craig) showed me how the incentives on a 2016 Fusion AWD were comparable so I was able to get a 16 car better equipped for a better deal. If you are shopping for a Ford, I would recommend checking them out.
Went in to see if what Ford was advertising, $0 down, 0% interest, 60 months would be worth me doing a trade-in. The salesman, Gary Fox, listened to everything I was looking for. I was able to trade in a 2013 and purchase a 2016 with all the upgrades I had, there was a nice rebate also. My pmts ended up being less..that was a plus. The finance manager, Jim, had everything ready when I needed to meet with him; he explained everything and I signed papers and out very quickly. Every person that I dealt with was extremely professional and friendly. I have purchased vehicles at Jack Byrnes in the past and have purchased at other dealers...I will tell all my friends and family of my great experience and I will continue to give them my business. Thank you to all and even Jack Bryne who came over and spoke to me on two different occasions and even offered me a coffee. Very pleasurable experience.
Horrible service
Absolute joke as a dealership. I made came to an agreement about the price of a Certified Preowned car and started negotiations to purchase it. The salesman (Joe) kept telling me how I was getting such a deal so I should be grateful for the offer on my trade in vehicle. They offered me more than $1000 below what the lowest value my car could possibly be. The car I wanted to buy was only at fair market price, but you would have thought it was a Bentley the way the salesman acted. He told me no deal in the middle of negotiations at which point I left. He called after a while and said he would give more money if that would make me happy in a condescending tone. The sales manager didnt even acknowledge us as living when appraising the car, the clerk didnt even greet us or look at us the multiple times we were in the building. Overall they are not friendly, hostile in negotiations, and customer service is an afterthought.
