I just had my HVAC replaced today. Throughout the quote process and coordinating installation, Nick was fantastic. Knowledgeable, reasonable, not salesman-y .... very laid back. Adam and Travis did the installation. They went above and beyond, were thorough, respectful, cleaned up (literally on hands and knees after working 10+ hours), and were a pleasure to work with. HIGHLY recommend! Thanks for everything!!!!

5 stars no notes. Glamorgan came through when my furnace broke on the coldest day of the year, they were there on a Friday to diagnose, and Back with a full crew on Monday to replace and repair. From the first call to the final handshake every single customer service representative and technician was extremely courteous, professional, and communicative. I will definitely work with them in the future for some other HVAC plans that I have- and can t recommend enough!

My oil furnace decided it didn t want to fire up on one of the coldest days of the year. Called on Monday morning and spoke with Mike who was very helpful and said he ll check and try to get someone out asap. The next sentence was that the owner Nick would be here in a couple hours! Nick showed up right at 11am. There was an issue with the oil flow through the nozzle. Nick got it cleaned up and the furnace going again! We went over pricing and I signed up for their yearly maintenance plan. Nick rolled most of the emergency visit cost into the service plan! Most places would try to extract every dollar. I couldn t be happier with the service and hope to have a long business relationship with Glamorgan.

I recently hired to replace my hot water hearer. Glamorgan answered my call right away, were the first to show up same day, beat the best price previously quoted over the phone and were back the next morning to perform the work. They showed up on time, kept the workspace clean and even wore floor protectors on their feet to protect carpets and floors. All interactions were professional and courteous. They are a local, family-owned business and as it turns out the, owner went to school with my son. The other person on the job went to Siena College, my Alma Mater. I would highly recommend Glamorgan Heating & Cooling and plan to use them when having my AC serviced later this year. .

Good people are hard to come by. The gentleman who answered the phone helped me troubleshoot even though he wasn t able to send someone out. Really appreciate spending time on the phone for a Sunday at 10:30pm. Most people wouldn t have given the time of day. Much appreciated.

We were assured our home would be as left as neat as it was found. Christian arrived and introduced himself and shook my hand. He was pleasant, personable and a genuinely nice guy. After assessing the furnace, he explained everything to me in great detail, reviewed photos and we also chatted about life in general. My first HVAC experience, being a new homeowner and it could not have possibly gone any smoother. Christian, thank you for being so kind and thorough. Christian came to my house and immediately told me what was wrong. Very professional and knowledgeable and explained what was wrong in a way I can understand.

My mom s heat has been out and they came the day after Christmas to come fix it for free. I m forever grateful for Nick for being an incredibly kind human being and understanding we were not in the financial position to pay for services. After waking up at 3am to realize I had no heat, I was afraid it would take days to get someone out but Glamorgan came out same day as my call. I had a great experience hiring Glamorgan Heating & Cooling to replace boilers at an investment property. Their staff were professional and courteous, and Nick met with us on site to discuss our options and to explain exactly what work would be done. They offer a great warranty on their work, their pricing is very fair and when there was a small issue with one of the valves on the boiler they had a technician on site in less than 24 hours to address the problem. Glamorgan Heating &Cooling is the best. Our club was hosting 2 events, One of the events was a wedding on Saturday. The A/C in the banquet room quit two days prior. I called Glamorgan and they came the Friday before the event and told us the old furnace blower was not repairable. They returned on Saturday, the day of the wedding, installed a new furnace and had the A/C running 2 hours before the wedding was scheduled to begin. That is what I call exceptional service. I did my research and these guys are the best around. I contacted Glamorgan at beginning of spring to service my old failing AC/Furnace. They found problem, was a simple fix and didn t charge me. Few months later my 30-year old system finally stopped working during the worst heatwave in recent northeast history. I called them back and Nick and guys dropped what they were doing and installed a new system in one workday. In-and out, left my place clean and my family and I had ice cold AC through the dangerous heat. Answered all my questions, super responsive to calls, and did not pressure or try to upsell me. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent friendly service! My AC broke on Thursday night during a heat wave so I called Friday morning and they squeezed us in that day. The co-owner was on time and very knowledgeable in explaining the issues before repairing. I highly recommend them!

I was in the studio editing music for the weekend radio show and heard a dripping coming from the water heater closet. As I got closer, the dripping turned into spraying, water was everywhere! I needed a new one! Panic ensued! I called Glamorgan Heating and Cooling and spoke to Nick, he said he was just finishing up a job and could be here in an hour. I gave him the specs of what I had and he was at my door in an hour ready to go! Nick and his assistant Devon were in and out in 3hrs! Cleaned up the entire space and we were back in business by the night! He offered financing if needed and a 2yr workmanship warranty. Very happy with our new heat pump install! The installation was very professional and the technicians were very polite. I m very pleased with how they cleaned up after themselves too. UPDATE: Weve had our new system for four months now. Our home is evenly heated...like it never was. Only used the A/C once so far, but it was so efficient.

I recently hired Glamorgan Heating and Cooling to install a mini split HVAC system in my home. Nick and his crew were polite professional and kept the job site clean. Their attention to detail was quite refreshing. When I asked why they were being so picky about making sure the indoor units were exactly the same distance off the ceiling since they were all in different rooms I was surprised at the answer. Because even though you cant tell inside you can see where the line sets enter the building and you can tell from there. The units that were installed work great and are very quiet. The condenser unit had to be installed right outside my bedroom window and you cant hear it. It is a heat pump system so Im looking forward to seeing it in operation this winter. In the interest of full disclosure and honesty I am the owners step father but when I hired him I told him to treat me just like any other customer. I didnt get any sort of friends and family discount I paid full price.

Beautiful workmanship, even on the lawn where my new compressor was installed on a fresh bed of stone they brought. They gave me a price with three options, they installed it all in one day. We recently had Glamorgan visit for a bathroom vent problem. After the tech visited, we were unable to reach the owner (Nick) due to unforseen difficulties with his company phone. Nick was extremely apologetic, and even wanted to visit on the Saturday that he reached out to us. He visited today, re-assessed the situation and identified the potential source of our difficulties: an electrical as opposed to a separate HVAC issue. He nonetheless worked on trouble shooting the situation with us, and guided us towards a positive resolution. We needed our HVAC system removed for wall repair and replaced afterwards. Glamorgen did the removal and arrived the next day to talk to the construction people to make sure everything was suitable. When the repairs were finished Glamorgans techs promply replaced and tested the HVAC equipment. The techs were consistently helpful and considerate and the cost was reasonable.

Glamorgan Heating $ Cooling replaced my 26 year old A/C condenser, new coil and the copper tubing (Lineset ?) in a very professional and courageous manner. Nick Hitt and Jared had a difficult part of the install to replace the original copper line-set that went over a closet that I install years ago. They also had to deal with the old lineset S-turned under a joist before it went through the outside wall. Nick s creativity of, they were able to reroute the new lineset and Still use the original path through the outside wall. I was super impressed of how they managed unique issue. The system work fantastic. I Recommend Glamorgan H&C for any of your Heating & Cooling needs.
