Needed my draft inducer replaced. I called and they sent someone out the very next morning and replaced the part on the spot. Would certainly recommend them to anyone and use them again in the future if needed!
Excellent service, used them 3 times on a boiler in our shop. Honest folks who show up and solve problems. Would not hesitate to refer them to anyone.
JDJ did a great job on working on our old boiler down in Albany. We had some unexpected issues with it but our service tech was able to solve the problem. I would recommend them.
The best on all counts! They oversaw our oil to to natural gas conversion--very competitive bid, did exactly what they said they would do when they said they would do it. And the great service didn't stop with the installation--they have continued to provide prompt, responsive maintenance service. Andy is a gem--and so is his team. And no...I'm not his cousin!
We purchased a new furnace in 2017. We were very satisfied with the purchase and install process. The installers were professional and knowledgeable. Today I had a inspection of my heating system and am extremely satisfied again. I highly recommend them if you need a new system or need your current one serviced.
JDJ is the best, I can imagine most of their callers are in "need" of rapid assistance due to the nature of the business... Those who have been critical of their punctuality or unwillingness to do work without getting paid up front need to consider that they are probably getting emergency service calls all day and night and there is no way to refine scheduling when you are dealing with people that all want immediate help...John is definitely the man, he has saved me several times both at my home and at my business. They are a company that cares and have experts on staff, its obnoxious to see bad google reviews from clearly obnoxious people.
We were assigned JDJ by our home warranty company for an AC system repair. I didn't hear from JDJ for days, they didn't call to schedule an appointment to come to the house until after I called my warranty company to complain about the lack of communication. Then, their technician missed the appointment time and made no attempt to call us and let us know he would be late. When I gave up waiting and called JDJ's office for an update (hours after the technician was supposed to arrive) they were rude and didn't apologize, instead just saying that they'll call when they're coming. I've cancelled our service call with JDJ and will not allow them in my home due to their severe lack of professionalism.
Company does not care about customer. Always had issues with appointments. Made an appointment for routine annual service a month out and confirmed appointment a few days in advance. Just over 24 hours before appointment they call and try to come a completely different day when I'm not available. I had already took the day off from work. They cancel your original appointment because "it's not worth it to drive to your house now". They clearly don't want my money. They don't even apologize, which is completely unacceptable. They are unreliable so we plan on using another company moving forward.

I am new to this area and my heating system which is 46 yrs old decided to quit I called around and got some estimates and finally chose JDJ comfort systems it was by far the best choice i could have made. They came quickly gave me a fair price and quality workmanship what more can anyone ask for. I highly recommend them. You won t go wrong.
JDJ was responsive and professional. Unfortunately we did not follow through with them because of a home warranty service which blocked JDJ but we would have used them if we could have.
Took a couple visits to figure out my furnace, it was broken one day, working another, then broken again. One of those inconsistent issues, but we finally figured it out and theyre coming back tomorrow with the right part. Pricing is reasonably fair, the quotes from Cris Bros was slightly higher. Their service is pretty reliable.
The tech that came was professional and fast. Found the issue and had the part on hand. quick replacement and troubleshooting after. Pleased with the service provided.

I normally dont write reviews, however this one is deserving. We had issues with our tankless system whereas we lost both hot water and heat on three occasions in a three-week time frame. JDJ made sure we were taken care of each time. With a family of five, they took amazing care in getting the unit up and running in no time at all. Its rare that top notch service like this is found in this type of department and I cant say enough about JDJ. I know that they have my business because they can be counted on and that they wont just take your money. They care and it shows! Hats off to you JDJ!
The guys at JDJ Comfort Systems put in a new central air conditioning and furnace and added new ducting for an addition on the house that did not have the ducting before. It was a pleasure working with Andy, John and the rest of the team. They were dependable, happy to answer any questions, and the cost was reasonable. Highly recommended.
John James fixed my ac and heat issue. No words to say how excellent he/this company is. Excellent service. On time, Knowledgeable, Gives accurate information what the problem is, very reasonable rates. I hire JDJ for all my heat,cooling,plumbing needs. 5 stars.
John James should be your first call,fortunately for me he was my last call and problem solved. When other companies where telling me I had to replace my outdated furnace and wanted to charge a arm and a leg. He correctly identified the problem and fixed it . obviously not all furnaces can be saved but he saved mine and saved me thousands,I have not had a issue since THANKS JOHN AND KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK.
