Joes Motorcycle Repair is a great little family owned shop. Very knowledgeable and friendly. They get you right in and out. Will do some work while you wait! Sad they no long do NYS inspections though.
I LOVE Joe's. I have a super awesome 02 VTX 1800c and trying to find people to even look at my bike is difficult. Joe's was busy and had to schedule me out I think it was like 3 and half weeks for an appointment, which I had hoped for. You never want a professional tradesman that isn't busy. Anyway... they found the issue, and had it fixed I'm pretty sure it was maybe 2 days, 3 at the most. It was also way cheaper than I had budgeted for. You can't complain with great work at price, priced for the customer. Joe's is legit and I'll never bring Krypton somewhere else. Thanks Guys.

Great shop, Joe is very knowledgeable and a very good mechanic. Took a little longer than expected but he wanted the bike perfect before returning it to me. Was assured if any issues arise he will take care of them. Definitely found my new bike mechanic.
Awesome and experienced guys! Pulled in with a friend to get inspections and not only did they take us immediately despite tons of activity, but when they found my rear tire to be shot, they were able to replace it on the spot. Won't take my bike anywhere else now.
I will take my bike here for any and all major repairs or services. The guys here are fantastic and freindly. Most of them go above and beyond customer satisfaction. I would recomend them for anyone who needs service. They do get fairly busy but they do great work.
I've been going to Joe for over 20 years. Good prices on tires. Last time I got tires put on one of my bikes Joe's brother Larry let me ride his bike while they did my tires...now that's customer service. I had my 2001 hayabusa tuned by Joe in 01, I'm pretty sure he had just started tuning bikes at that point but what a difference that made. Last year he tuned my harley for me and that difference was like I had a completely different bike...started easier, ran cooler, had more power and instant throttle response...best money I've ever spent on a bike. On top of that he let me have my new exhaust shipped there so the old lady didn't know...now that's customer service lol.
I took my new ZX10 in for a pipe and PC. Joe showed me that the bike was running way to lean and losing a lot of power. He added another PC and stil there was a problem. I went to the dealer who told me there was nothing wrong with my bike and dyno numbers can be manipulated. I returned to Joe who spent considerable time in trying to figure out what was wrong. He located a fuel line that had been heat shrunk very narrow at the factory. He fixed the problem. I went to the dealer, showed him pics of the defective part and he could have cared less. I mentioned he might want to know in case other customers had problems but I got the brush off. I went to pick up my bike at Joe's, it sounded awesome and the power gain was unbelievable. Joe worked his magic on my ZX12 years ago as well. I highly suggest you go see Joe. He kept me informed every step of the way, had me come down to the shop and see what was going on and he dealt with me fair and honest.
If your looking for a motorcycle tuner...Joe is your guy!

Dont go to Joes unless you want to be humiliated and thrown out of the shop for questioning why a job wasnt done (carb rebuild). Ended up getting the carb rebuilt properly at Troy City. I have the paperwork to prove it. Thanks for the customer service, Joe!!!

Went to joe for a shed paid him the down pay sept 29th All excited for me to get the shed up when he got his commission, stopped answering calls mid October and said it d be ready by thanksgiving.... went up mid January 2018! Great product, just go direct Carolina carports. Crew is outsourced anyway

Ill never take my bike anywhere else. Honest guy and thats the biggest thing for me. He put on a pc5 jet kit with a slip-on exhaust and dyno tuned it. Bike could not run better. Price he gave me was more than fair. First time I went there I thought I needed a cam chain tensioner, he grabs his helmet and says let me take it for a ride (troy city garage told me we get paid to do that) when he gets back he tells me the cct is fine just my chain needed an adjustment,service. Honesty goes a long way
THIS MAN IS ONE OF THE BEST TUNERS OUT THERE AND MORE THAN THAT BEING SAID HE IS HONEST AND MAKES YOU FEEL LIKE FAMILY.HE AND HIS BROTHER ALONG WITH STAFF ARE GREAT GUYS TO WORK WITH AND KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT,THIS WAS WORTH THE 3 HOUR RIDE AND IF I NEEDED TO DO IT 5 MORE TIMES I WILL BECAUSE JOE IS HANDS DOWN ONE OF THE BEST.
I took my bike to Joe all the way from Michigan because a good friend also did and recommended Joe to me. The tune my bike now has is second to none and it has every inch of power squeezed out of it all while running cool and with crisp throttle response. If youre struggling to find a tuner who knows their stuff specifically with SERT, you need to call Joe. If anything you can always call Joe and ask for advice too. JMS-Ann Arbor, MI
