Sales team was easy to work with. They werent pushy and let me take my time to make a decision. In the end I found what I was looking for and the purchasing experience was quick and easy.

Last week Friday, I left a voicemail during business hours requesting someone to get back with me regarding service for my vehicle. On the voicemail it states that if you re calling during business hours they ll return your call the same day and if it isn t during business hours, they ll return your call within 24 to 48 hours. Today, I had to walk into the dealership service department and speak to someone about servicing my vehicle. Since no one returned my call. As I inquired about getting my vehicle serviced. I proceeded to ask the representative do they return phone calls, because I called them last week Friday. The gentleman proceeds to tell me that they didn t receive a phone call or voicemail about servicing a vehicle. That him and some other guy are adamant about returning calls. So, I go into my call log to confirm the phone number to their establishment and he states That s the number to our main office. I state to him that I m aware of that. However, there s a prompt system that takes you to the service department and I left a voicemail. It really baffles me how people conduct business and the lack of customer service. You know people be so quick to say it s the younger generation that lack these things, but it s the seasoned people as well. Receipts don t lie. Customer service in New York as a whole is lacking.

Wife and I were on vacation during June of 2024. While away our 2018 explorer started leaking antifreeze. Being almost 350 miles from home there were unfortunately no ford dealers available to remedy this problem. Called marchese ford of Mechanicville ny and spoke with Dan the owner. He was very caring and compassionate. Not only did he walk us through how to safely return with our vehicle, he also offered once we arrived at the nys thruway if needed he could tow us although we arrived at the dealership shortly after being closed, Dan was waiting for us and promptly put us in another vehicle . Service was very quick and reasonable warranting it being a major repair. Definitely would continue to purchase and Service My vehicle at this dealership. 5 stars all the way!!

0 stars is more appropriate. They had the car for a full week without calling when it was brought for a diagnostic appointment. Waited almost another week for a part and paid 3k for the battery light to come back on within 5 miles. Requested issue was not fixed but somehow they found 3k worth of work to do that wasnt the issue. Avoid at all costs which is sad since my parents purchased dozens of cars over the last 30 years there. We were even In the old Jack Byrne commercials in the 90s. Clearly the name change/owner meant the professionalism and service left with Jack. Updated: I finally found time to get it back to the dealer. Spent a good 20 minutes explaining the issues the car was having to the gentleman at the service desk. He got the name issue updated as well as the possible problems explained. He took time and watched the videos I had taken of the car and what it was doing. He explained that with the issue we are facing it can take time to find and correct. I feel better leaving my vehicle here now than before and hopefully the issue can be found so we can once again have a reliable vehicle. Will update again once the car gets her checkup.

We have had a few service experiences and purchased a vehicle at Marchese - all great! We ordered a Maverick hybrid through Marchese. There was the expected wait but otherwise went very smoothly. The order and contact info went it correctly, all questions were answered, order price was honored... and they were pleasant and plain fun. As for service, they performed a recall on an Escape and the car was returned exactly how it was dropped off. Knowing we ordered the elusive Maverick, they let us take a Maverick as a loaner which was very much appreciated. We also took in a Lincoln hybrid with electrical issues. They service counter explained they thought it was the 12v battery, promptly resolved the issue - and again - the vehicle was perfectly clean on return. Great experiences.

I traveled a lot of my way and go by 4 dealerships to get to him I never have to wait longer than 3 minutes to get in I can always schedule my service and its always done with the same speed as if I went to Jiffy Lube for half the price. Synthetic oil change entire rotation under 70 bucks at a dealer cant beat that.

Purchased a new F250. Like many dealers currently, they were $5000 over the msrp and wouldn t budge on price. Were fair on my trade in. Overall smooth experience. One major benefit was the dmv satellite at the dealership. Everything was handled there and made it very convenient.

Still comes up as Jack Byrne Ford on my phone...Dan, the new owner is awesome. Very hands on. John in sales is the best, and the service department rocks. I drive 40 minutes to Marchese instead of going to Mackey, 10 minutes from me, where they charge an arm and a leg just to diagnose.
