A family member got an oil change last week, instead of an oil change, they drained the transmission fluid and just refilled the oil. Not even 24 hours later the car had to be towed to Honda because it would not drive ( it’s a 2022 Honda hrv), Honda concluded that quick lane never drained the oil, refilled it , and drained 3 quarts of transmission fluid from the vehicle , a mistake that can total a transmission. So now an 80$ oil change turned into a 400$ ordeal, quick lane employees and manager are not taking any responsibility or doing anything to make the situation better . Be careful bringing your car here because they could just totally ruin your vehicle!

Only place in town to walk in and get a quick oil change. Reasonable prices. They also swapped my winter tires to all seasons. Marie behind the counter had personality and got me in at the end of a Friday. Good experience.

My husband just went there for an oil change and he had a nail in his tire. The oil change was fine but they charged him $35 to plug the tire!!! SERIOUSLY?! We just had my son’s tired plugged at Mavis in Colonie for $16! My daughter had hers done for $12! Rip-off!

I brought my car there today and couldn’t have been happier with the service I received! They’re very honest and give you a great value. I’ll be bringing my car there anytime I need an oil change or new tires!
