Went there excited found a truck online I wanted .We test drove it loved it told them we wanted to buy it but the $50,000 truck the next day was sold to whole sale for fake reasons said it needed tires and brake s. The tires were new on it ...Really disappointed. Do not buy from there unless you want to be lied too

3 years of history with the service center and the quality is 50/50. Most recent service resulted in a misaligned alignment, and no call back 48 hours after leaving a message with scheduler of the issue. Issue still not resolved, hopefully soon, and will look elsewhere for future services.

I believe that regular maintenance of one s Toyota is essential, and common sense, and have had my current and past Toyota service at Toyota of Clifton Park. Liza at customer service, the other reps, and the mechanics are the absolute best in the business, and I would recommend this dealership and service center to anyone.

I needed a replacement tire due to a blowout. I arrived called ahead to ask whether the Clifton park Toyota had one available. Jordon looked at a good tire and determined that an identical tire could be available the next day. Tire was installed and balanced 2 hours after arrival. Great service!

Clifton Park Toyota gave us the worst service weve ever received from a car dealership. My wife had a 7am appt. She was told it was a 1 !/2 hour repair. After 2 hours, she asked for the status. No work had been done (the mechanic was late). I took her home, where we called hourly for an update. We were unable to speak to a live person. After 6 hours, we went back and waited until the job was done. We tried to speak to the service manager and the general manager. Neither would speak to us. The agent, Jordan, was incredibly rude to my wife. We will NEVER go to this dealer again, and we certainly wont shop at this location for a car. Stay away!!!

I adore this dealership! Even after a purchase, they still show care and concern for the buyers there. They went above and beyond to help me yesterday- I will gladly buy from them again, and recommend them. Service counts, and they have always made me feel valued as a customer and Toyota owner.

Things went very smoothly working with Trever, he was very friendly and responsive and there was no nonsense trying to upsell me on something more expensive. He came through on everything that he promised. In the past I never enjoyed buying cars at dealerships and have always found it stressful, but this was a good experience. If my next car is a Toyota I would absolutely come here first.

They could use a bit of diversity, some of the older gentleman that works there may need a crash course in customer service, finance manager was great.

Cole went beyond my expectations in locating my new Toyota Supra from another dealership out of state because the car is so rare. He then went to pick the car up at that dealership on his day off! He was as enthused about me getting this car as I was! My trade in, new purchase, and delivery went super smooth! I would definitely recommend Toyota of Clifton Park. I am about three hours away from the dealership so I called a head to see if they would hold the vehicle for me. I was surprised when I didnt have to put down a refundable deposit like some dealerships. I want to give a HUGE shout out to our car sales associate Gabriel Morera. He really went out of his way to make sure I got everything I wanted, and made the whole experience super easy. Before leaving with the truck he took the time to go over what everything did and how I would like the settings to be. Thank you so much for helping me get my dream truck!

The worst Toyota dealer in NY. We tried to buy vehicles here 2 times and were treated like crap each time. We gave them another try today and wanted to come in and see a vehicle. We called and they told us to come in the vehicle would be parked out front. We pulled in, it was parked out front, when we went in they told us it was just sold and the person we talked to did not work there. They just said sorry. Don t waste your time just go over to Northway Toyota. It s 15 minutes away and they were great.

I called to ask about a used car listed on website. The guy on the phone said yes we have it but it just came in Saturday. Red Flag number one because I ve been researching cars and this was the website before Saturday. The guy tells me it hasn t been cleaned up or through the shop yet. I told him that wasn t a problem I live an hour away and would just like to look at it, I didn t want to test drive just look. I was in the area and could be there in 45 minutes. He said ok come on in, just tell anyone your name and that you called. I show up to dealership and walk in tell the guy who I am and why I m there and he tells me the car has been sold, the people who bought it just left. So the car went from unclean, not through the shop to sold in 40 mins? This is my second bad experience with this dealership and my last. Take your business elsewhere.

I have been to a number of Toyota dealerships and without question had the best experience here. I found a car I love here and drove up from CT (~3 hour drive one way) to buy as soon as it came in. I traveled 4 hours to this dealership because they had a used RAV4 Prime with the features I was looking for, but I would come back just to work with Travis in sales again! He made it a seamless, positive experience from the first phone call to delivery day. The used vehicle was thoroughly serviced and cleaned. Cant recommend this dealership enough.

Brought my 2023 Sienna in for its very first oil change. The service advisor argued with me about an additional part I wanted to order telling me there weren t two needed components (on 23 Sienna you DO need two parts to combine together to install a towing wiring harness). It only got worse. It s been 4 days since said oil change and my 10 month old vehicle is leaking oil EVERYWHERE. All over my driveway, streaks down the road where I ve pulled in and out of my driveway, etc. If they can t do a basic oil change on a brand new, purchased from them vehicle, I wouldn t trust them to do anything. We have purchased other Toyotas elsewhere and had planned on purchasing two additional new vehicles this year. You can absolutely believe we will be going elsewhere for all service and new purchases.

We have a 2019 camry & a 2013 rav4 and are very satisfied with the regular maintenance & service we have received at the Clifton Park, NY location. Michelle is a great coordinator. The individual attention, focus on customer concerns and completeness of repairs from beginning to end was outstanding. Not only did he jump right in where Mackey in Wilton had fallen very short, he was also calm and collected the whole time and took time to show me how all the technology worked. My wife and I were on the waitlist for over two years because other Toyota dealerships would reach out to us and take us off the list for any upcoming Siennas. Until we came here and met with Noah and helped us by putting us on the list and kept us updated until it finally arrived and made the process super easy and smooth with the help of Dave. They were amazing and worked with us even though we were a bit much with the kids. Would highly recommend if you want a nice environment and upfront prices without the usual but if you get this it ll give you a better deal approach.

I would like to shout out to Matt Wilson in sales and Jordan in service at New Country Toyota in Clifton Park. I bought my new Toyota in March and I love it and Matt was so helpful and kind. Today I was driving my car and heard a noise like a flat tire so I called Toyota and explained the situation. Jordan was extremely helpful had me come in immediately, as I told him I would be going out of town shortly . He told me he would do his best to get me in but they were busy. I got there and in less then an hour he came out and told me there was a bolt in my tire. They replaced my tire and I was out the door in less than an hour! Now that s Service! I have had appointments for oil changes at other dealerships and never got that service! Thank you to all the great people working at New Country Toyota!!!

***Scott Pugsley***** We stopped by new Country Toyota on a Saturday @5pm in 2021 the lights were out and it was cold out. We got out of our car just to look inside a new car and this guy (Scott Pugsley) comes out and asks if he can help us. He invites us inside the showroom we asked if they were closed and he says yes but that s ok. He let us test drive 2 vehicles and we sat and talked in the show room until we decided on a car. Scott pointed out the pros and cons of both vehicles after he got talking to us. He knew what we wanted and why. He made the process of leasing a new car extremely easy. Now, forward 2.5 years later, we decided to look at getting a new vehicle. I texted Scott (hoping he remembered us & he did) at 9am and we were sitting with him by 10am. We told him what we wanted and what we would take. We also told him that we wanted to buy and not lease. Our first pick was a Sienna we ve wanted one because of all the space, but we test drove a Grand Highlander. Absolutely gorgeous!! He looked at us and says you really want that Sienna, don t you? So nonetheless, we got the Sienna AND we bought it. No dickering with price or payments-Scott is amazing and so personal! He took care of everything for us. Usually buying a car is annoying and LONG Nope, not with Scott. I still can t believe how enjoyable and easy it was to buy our dream vehicle. Thank you Scott Pugsley!!!

I came to him six months ago looking for a Hybrid XSE and while I did have to wait for my dream SUV, Justin was responsive and helpful throughout the entire process! Definitely would recommend working with him and Toyota of Clifton Park for your needs. This is our second purchase with this dealership and likely won t be our last.

I bought a new car here on the last day of August 2023. The actual sales and financing experiences were fine; however, the tax, title, and registration services were not. This dealership reportedly uses a third-party company to handle tax, title, and registration matters - a supposed convenience that customers pay for. This third-party company apparently sent the wrong form to Vermont DMV, which caused the paperwork to be rejected and returned to the dealership in early October. Anxious about the fact that my registration had not arrived, I spent four hours of my time over the ensuing two months following-up on this to get the problem fixed, including two phone calls to DMV (2.5 hours on the phone - mostly on hold), a phone call and several emails to the dealership, and a special trip to the Rutland DMV office (a fifty-mile roundtrip). I did not get my registration until December 1st, and I only got it by making the trek to DMV in person. Mistakes happen, but the dealerships response fell sort of my expectations. I asked for a refund of the fee I paid for them to handle the tax, title, and registration, and the request went in one ear and out the other. This service that I paid for was, in actuality, a disservice; I lost 4 hours of my time working to correct their mistake. Whats more, as a result of not being able to get my car inspected in Vermont until I received my registration, I was pulled over by the state police for having an uninspected vehicle, something that would likely not have happened had my tax, title, and registration application been prepared correctly the first time around. Had the dealership refunded the tax, title, and registration handling fee that they charged me as compensation for my time and aggravation, I would have accepted it as an apology and not bothered to share my experiences on here, but apparently, my time isnt worth anything. So, here we are.

I wanted to get a Sienna before our next child came. They were able to get a new model in a couple months before I thought they would. Paul B was professional, prompt, and courteous. There was one issue with the new van and he was forthcoming with the issue and it was fixed before the end of the year. Compared to other dealers, I would definitely put them above many.

I brought my car into the body shop to have the trunk fixed, they called me and told me that my check engine light was on because I needed a new 02 sensor. After having it fixed, I drove off the lot, and my light came back on. I gave them a call and after they decided not to return it, I had my father in law take a look at my car and it turns out it was not the 02 sensor it was a rusted out gasket in my muffler. They charged me over $500 to have the 02 sensor changed when in reality it was a $15 gasket that my father in law changed out within an hour. They are scam artists. A good mechanic could have easily saw that it was the gasket rusting out since it was right next to the 02 sensor! But they would rather LIE for a more costly job! BEWARE!

We contacted her on Wednesday March 13th about an Equinox my husband liked, she worked with us over the phone sending pictures and gathering information as we live near Buffalo, NY. We drove there on Friday March 15th, the car was just as described if not nicer, very easy trade in on our old car, Chris was wonderful with financing and we drove the new car home that afternoon. Didn t like my experience at this dealership. First impressions weren t good at all. The first thing I noticed when we walked in was the amount of sales associates sitting at their desks scrolling their phones. There were like a dozen people working and half of them had their face buried in their phones. I get having slow days but it s just bad optics. Moving on, my girlfriend was in to look at used cars. One of which was a 2020 Subaru Outback. After being handed off to somebody else because the original sales guy she was dealing with was too busy, we finally got to test driving. The guy went outside to pull it in front for us. Ten minutes went by and we hadnt seen the car or the guy who went out to get it. Something was up. After fiddling around outside, I saw the guy come in, glance at me like he was about to say something to me, but then turned away. Thats when I knew something was wrong. Turns out the battery was dead and instead of telling us he was trying to get it jumped, he tried to hide it. Alarm bells started ringing. Finally he came back and told us what was going on. We weren t off to a good start though. In the meantime while they were getting that jumped, we test drove a used RAV4. They did give us a fair warning that it was just traded in the day before so it was ripe as he put it. We didnt quite expect it to be in such an unpresentable condition. It was disgusting. There was a dead flower on the dashboard, coins and crumbs in the cup holder, and the car just smelled grimy. Why a dealership would allow a potential customer to drive a car in such a poor condition is beyond me. I didn t even want to touch any of the surfaces much less sit. Needless to say, we didn t buy that car. She instead settled on the used 2020 Subaru Outback that they finally got going. The day comes to pick up the car and were going over the first form handed to us regarding her trade-in and it has some other completely different car listed on it so that paperwork had to be redone. The rest of the transaction went fine. Fast forward to a day after the sale. He emails her saying they forgot to scan her ID for something. Instead of going back up to do it in person, he sent her a link to scan it herself with her phones camera, which didnt work on her phone and we had to use mine. Just another element of disorganization, which seems to be a glaring consistency here. Fast forward three days. She rolled down her window for something but it didn t go back up. She called the dealership in hopes of getting it serviced under the limited warranty from the dealership. They said someone would call her back. Surprise, surprise, they didn t. She called back again a day later and again never received a call back. She finally resorted to just making an appointment with a Subaru dealership and was about to pay for this repair out of pocket. I said no way. Call New Country back up and demand to speak with a manager. The car is less than a week old and she shouldnt be paying for a broken window already. So in summary, between the lazy looking sales associates on their phones, the battery issue, the few instances of disorganization, and now the window problem that has yet to be addressed because no one here can be bothered to give her a call back, this dealership can be crossed off our list with a red pen.
