H20 Solutions did a RO filter replacement underneath our kitchen sink. The work area is small. After the service there was a heavy leak under the sink. The owner came to investigate and concluded his service did not cause the leak. There was no leak before they came and then a leak after the service. This was not a coincidence. A plumber came and found a broken flange which was broken when removing the RO filters. What sort of company avoids responsibility?

I purchased a whole house water softener system as well as 2 drinking water filtration/purify systems, one for the kitchen and one for the basement bar. After they installed the drinking water purifier in the basement, the fitting blew and flooded the bar area with water. The owner came to my house to inspect what happened and acknowledged that it was installed incorrectly and it was their fault. He said he would do the right thing and pay for the damage to the one cabinet and moldings. The cost to fix/replace the damaged areas was less than $1000 but when time came for the owner to do the right thing, he stopped responding to my texts and stopped returning my phone calls. After giving this company so much business and then having them handle this situation so poorly/unprofessionally/disrespectfully, I would never be able to recommend them to anyone. I was a great customer who spent thousands of dollars over the course of 2 years and unfortunately, their handling of this matter tells me everything I need to know about them.

For the past 3 years H2O Solutions has been amazing for us (we used them for a new softener and house filter install upon purchasing our home). We did recently have a service request that left us frustrated. Our softener brine tank filled up with water and wouldnt drain back down. We called a couple times and sent pictures upon request and it took another call to get someone to come out after well over a week of trying to get it scheduled. Once the service call finally happened the techs were very polite as always. When they finished I asked if I owed them anything (still under warranty so I wasnt sure) and they told me I didnt. About 10 minutes later I got an invoice for $96.25.

They seem to have gotten all the work done on time and any problems. So far, they have fixed. There a good company to work with.

I would like to request that the technicians wear clothing free of laundry fragrance and colognes/after shave, as I am extremely sensitive to synthetic fragrances. Unfortunately, that is my take-away today, as I was unable to breath while they were here, however: Technicians always show on time. I highly recommend H2O Solutions! Its been 2 months since I had a water softener and drinking water systems installed in my home. I am so pleased with the results. My drinking water is crystal clear, coffee, iced tea, and ice cubes taste great! I held off on writing the review until I went through a couple of regeneration cycles with the water softener. I havent heard it go off once at 2 AM in the morning. I had another product and had to regenerate during the day because of the loudness of the system. The owner, Lou was great to work with and Brian worked meticulously to install the units. Even the receptionist Catrina is great to work with. I will continue to use them for annual maintenance. 2023 Update: After 5 years, I continue to use H20 and find their customer care to always be outstanding. 2024 Update: Today Rich serviced my systems and did a great job. He was knowledgeable, very polite, and professional. A good find!

The technician tracked it down quickly and efficiently. The company is COVID-19 aware and safety is their #1 concern when entering the home.

The men arrived on time or a little early. Polite and professional. It took them 2 hours to put it a reverse osmosis system under the sink and install the salt water system for the whole house. Very pleased with it .

I would highly recommend that you use H2O water solutions to install and maintain your water softener system! We had Nick come over who was very professional and knowledgeable, and the problem was fixed in a timely manner! we will be using this company moving forward to maintenance our system.

Service was great. The technicians showed up early and were very efficient. The only thing that i would recommend is that they have with them a rubber cushion of some sort, so that their tools and buckets can sit on and not the hardwood. This would also serve to catch the water from the filters, opposed to the pool of water sitting on the floor. Other than that, great service.

Lou and his team were prompt in getting us an estimate, which was fair and within market. Chris and his team were on time and the installation went smoothly. All in all a very pleasant experience.

Chris and Dillon from H2O Solutions did a nice job today replacing a 37 year old well pressure tank. They showed up as scheduled and worked through a couple issues with the job. They were very professional and courtesy.

We love the way our water tastes now. However, the day of the installation, we were uncertain whether we wanted to hook the under kitchen sink water softener to our refrigerator. we decided not to hook it to the refrigerator because the installers told us no problem they could come back and do it on another day if we changed our minds. When we did change our minds a few days later, Lou insisted on charging us despite the fact that we had paid a flat $275 for installation. We then had to pay $150 more. Not impressed Thank you.

Lou was excellent to work with. He evaluated my well water for our new construction home on site and provided great advice. He didnt try upselling me, recommending only what he felt was needed at this time. I had some questions about various systems based on my own research and he talked me through what was and wasnt necessary in his opinion. He even recommended I shock the well and talked me through how to do it (which worked out great btw). The text app they use to communicate is effective and provided me ample notification throughout the process. The installers Chris and Dillon were friendly, fast and courteous. My wife and I were both working from home and they kept the noise to a minimum. They installed a water softener, sediment filter and RO system for drinking water. I highly recommend giving them a call for any of your water quality needs.

Thank you - we had been without water for two days! Left a message in the early morning on Saturday, and their tech was at our door early Monday. Blue Ribbon Service. (They have an emergency number to call, but we just used their regular business number.) 7/28/24 Update: H2O Solutions installed a chlorine injection system at our home. I tried to educate myself about these types of systems and part of that was peppering Lou with questions (text and calling). He took the time to patiently answer all my inquiries. Installation took a couple hours, which included cleaning a couple water holding tanks. Chris Spiak and Dillon Russell were professional and polite. Dillion stopped in the following morning to make sure all was well. Again, this company was great to deal with. I highly recommend them.

Not very happy. We had a leak in our system and a tech came out but did not have the part needed. So he said as soon as the part came in he would be back for the repair. I asked how much this would cost me he said you already paid for it so no charge. I did not hear back on the repair. So I received a postcard for my yearly service call. I called made an appointment and mentioned about the part that was never installed. The tech came and gave me a bill for $441.86. I have never had a bill this high from them even when I had to buy a new tank. They did charge me for the part that I had already paid for. No one would listen. I have been with H2O for over 10 years I am ready to walk away

Just had a water softener and reverse osmosis system installed by H2O Solutions. It was an excellent experience from water testing and job quote through installation. Got the expert advice I was seeking, the solution I needed, and a price that was very competitive. I strongly recommend H2O Solutions for any resiential water treatment needs.

Since we had such great service from H20 Solutions a few weeks ago in fixing our water problem we have we have gone ahead and had them replace 2 of our filtration systems. They showed up when they said they would, their workers are knowledgeable and friendly and the cost was exactly what they had quoted. Could not be Happier with H20 solutions. ********** We had been using a different water company to service our home water filtration system. One of the units after its normal backwash did not shut off completely and continued leaking. Our now previous service company was not responsive after a full 7 days of calls to their office and texts and vms to the owner. I had purchased parts from H20 solutions before and gave them a call. They had a Tech out within 24 hours. Problem solved. Could not be happier with H20 solutions. Our retention tank started leaking. It was the last piece of equipment from our previous water service provider that H2O Solutions hadnt replaced yet. Lou from H2O Solutions came out right away to check it out. Scheduled the replacement/install right away. Chris And his team showed up on time, completed the job promptly and cleaned up. They left the place cleaner than it was before they got here! We cannot recommend H20 Solutions more highly. They are the best!

I called H2O Solutions and the owner Lou came out and gave me an estimate that was considerably less money. He was extremely knowledgeable and very professional. His guys showed up a few days later and installed our new system. They also were very professional and friendly . I would highly recommend them ! Give them a call!
