Rick and Sandy run a wonderfully customer-based business. Ive been taking my cars there for more than a decade. The service is always top-notch, the pricing is very fair, and there are never any leftover issues. Everythings done with supreme competence so that you can leave confident that your car and your life are in good hands. The mechanics staffing the immaculate multi-bay workspace have been working for them for a long time and theres never any problem with any of the work they do. I have recommended them to friends and employees over the years and all of them have become satisfied customers. I am taking in my Audi next week for a major servicing and four-wheel pads and rotors. The estimate they provided undercut the local dealership by a significant amount and I know that the work will be done as well and probably better. I think that about covers it. If youre looking for an honest place to get your car serviced, just go to Rick and Sandy. Ive never known anyone to walk away unhappy.

Always professional and always friendly. Knowledgeable auto repair shop that wont try to take you for everything youve got. They are honest and will only perform the work that needs to be done. I have taken my vehicles here for almost a decade. There have been occasions prior where I would get an estimate on work to be done from other repair shops only to bring it to Broadway Auto and find out that the $1,000 repair the other shops were quoting would only cost a couple hundred at Broadway. If you have auto repair needs, make an appointment and they will take care of you!

I needed a tire changed. The manager looked at me and told me it would take a month. He didn t check his appointment book or ask any questions. @Owner Excuse me? This is 100% true. What would be my motivation to lie? It was a memorable and rude inconvenience. Your response echos the attitude I received and supports my initial statement.

My breakline went and they got the car right in for an estimate. Good cost and told me my brakes also needed to be changed. They gave me a reasonable time when to expect the repairs and were on time.

I ve been a customer at Broadway Auto for over 20 years they re reliable, honest, efficient and have never let me down. They ve worked on our Honda, an Acura, several BMWs, a couple of VWs, and when our grandson s Miata needed a new clutch recently, we knew who to call. Highly recommended!

Horrible, rude and nothing like what they portray on their website. Take your business elsewhere. They are every stereotype personified of an auto mechanic service. To comment on your response you absolutely did NOT offer to take the car in for the day - that was what I suggested when I said I was not comfortable driving it with a check engine light on, even though you didn t have time for an oil change. Innovative Performance Auto took the time to run a diagnostic (which I knew would take only 5 minutes) and they resolved the problem immediately and didn t even charge me - that is what real customer service looks like!

I have recently brought my vehicle here for two service appointments for the first time. I was very pleased with the communication and repairs completed, so I will definitely be return customer. After dealing with several inconsistent auto shops I would recommend Broadway Auto Clinic. Ignore the terrible reviews from those who do not understand the concept of appointments and how auto repair works.

I brought my car here in 2018 because it made sense geographically at the time. I havent lived nearby in 5 years, but I continue bringing our cars here for any real service matters...because SERVICE MATTERS. You will not be steered wrong or have unnecessary work done here.

They always do a great job. They also helped to find my ring that was stuck in the seat vent.

Went in for an oil change and they gave me a list of problems that would need to be fixed on my car. I was concerned, so I took my car to two other mechanics for their opinion. Neither could find the major problems he listed and they were actively looking for them.

Came into this place yesterday asking for an extra valve cap to put over my tire. I was parked at the Stewarts shop next door filling my tire up with air. The two gentlemen up front were really nice. The guy asked how many I needed and went to grab them. They didnt charge me and offered me a holiday cookie. Being this kind should be acknowledge. Thank yall so much!

This is my favorite auto repair shop to bring my car to. They always do a good job. I got a free car wash. They accidentally overcharged me for tires that had a rebate associated with them, so when they found this out they called me to give me the rebate in cash. I drive twenty minutes to come here because I like the services they offer

Several times I ve taken my car in for what could have been an expensive repair. Only to be told it s a minor fix. So, I trust them completely. Horrible place didn t fix my car properly and overcharged me for a rim over 600$ for one rim and then I had to get it replaced because it s not the same rim what a rip off never will go here again know what you need they will keep your car forever and then charge you like crazy worst and don t get upset the will call the police if you have a attitude and racist

I have been taking my new and old cars to Broadway Auto for years. They are professional, honest and go out of their way to ensure good service. My 2009 FIT recently developed a mystery noise. The staff took it for a test drive, put on lift and discovered a loose part. Fixed the issue. Charged me for about a hour of labor. I trust this business.

I was 120 miles away from home on the way to a weekend vacation in Bolton Landing, New York which was still 100 miles away from where the car broke down. Not the best way to start a vacation weekend! The guy behind the counter at Broadway Auto Clinic was the nicest guy I have met in a very long time. Not only did he find OEM parts for my 2009 Mercedes to help me save money but he also got my car repaired by 11 o clock the following morning by squeezing me in to their already packed schedule. When I thanked him for going above and beyond for me, his response was if it were my daughter who was out somewhere with her car broken down, I would hope someone would help her too . I just left with such a great feeling about not only the service on my car but in general, in humanity. Overall experience I had here was amazing. I highly recommend!

Fast convenient service, they ve always managed to get me in when I need something done last minute

I have mixed feelings about the place. I went here because I was recommended to and noticed they were a bit on the expensive side, but also didnt try to have me get unneeded work either, so that came out a wash. They have a big waiting room, but even before the pandemic they seemed nonplussed to have anyone using it as their car was worked on - but didnt offer me alternatives, either, such as a pick-up service. I came to them for everything for about 3 years but they never remembered me, which normally I wouldnt fault them for considering, but I once had an issue that they werent sure they solved and reassured me I could call back if it came back. It did the next day, and I did - and it was like theyd never heard of me. I had to explain everything from scratch, to the same guy I spoke to the previous day. One time they tried to call me 5 minutes before my appointment and left a voicemail to find out if I was still arriving, because they could use my appointment spot for someone else if I wasnt going to show up. I didnt answer the phone since I was driving and literally on Wolfert Ave, right outside their door, arriving on time. They seemed much happier to be servicing company trucks for people with fleets as they greeted them enthusiastically when they came in the door, and seemed to be actively brushing me off...so I left them to it. I dont go here anymore. Not a fan of the owner responses Im seeing here recently, either.
