Brought my car in for a check engine light. Code states engine running lean. Most common cause is a vacuum leak so when they told me PCV valve cover needed replacing I wasn’t surprised and agreed to the repair. When I got my car back it was running the same. I notified the shop and brought my car back only for them to try to convince me the problem was solved because the Engine light wasn’t on Another repair shop actually solved the issue that it was a leak in a hose (intercooler) Harbecks didn’t diagnose the issue properly and charged $300 for an unnecessary repair… also told me to stay off YouTube when I tried telling him my engine was still running lean

Always gets my vehicles repaired within a day or two, and prices are more than reasonable. I would recommend Harbeck’s to anyone-

After setting up an appointment a week in advance, taking time off work, lining up rides to and from this “great” business I arrived this morning and there was no parking then when the mechanic finally showed up I was told I’m gonna have to bring it back another day didn’t even give me a time range so I will not be back thanks for wasting everyones time today

Had my car towed here back in November. Some cord snapped and I couldn't shift my car out of drive. They fixed the issue as quickly as they could and affordably! They diagnosed the problem without trying to convince me something greater or more expensive was wrong. I'm so grateful they were close by when I needed a good repair. I plan to schedule more general maintenance with them since they were so great! I highly recommend!

Two qualities you want in a garage. Knowledgeable mechanics and HONESTY! I brought an older vehicle in to be serviced. They could have told me something expensive was wrong but they didn't, it turned out to be the least expensive part it could have been. After they looked at it, they quoted me a very fair price over the phone. When they called to let me know the vehicle was ready, they told me the price was actually a little less than they quoted. You can't ask for anymore than that!

Always honest. Many years ago I was In a curb crash with a car. I asked Harbecks to repair a gas line and they refused. They explained the frame of the car had cracked and it was no longer safe to drive. They even allowed me to leave it w them til it could be donated. Another shop would've just took my money. I came to them when my next car had a bad gas tank. I was in and out.
