I have been using this Fleetpride location for years, always make my stuff a priority. Great customer service. Service manager is friendly and knowledgeable as well as the admin.
The last 3 repairs had to be fixed 2 and 3 times. Called and made an appointment a week in advance, drove hour and a half to drop truck off. As I was walking in the door I overheard service manager tell receptionist I was going to be a difficult customer... filled out work order and went home. Got a call the next day telling me they wouldn't fix my truck. So I had to drive 1.5 hours to pick up truck and hour and a half home and couldn't find another shop to fix because they were atleast a week out and I needed truck back... if my truck broke down in front of their shop and they offered to fix for free, I would tow to another shop.
This place is a joke. Had an appointment for over a week. Dropped my truck off they didn't even look at it and said they can't work on it. We called and they said no problem. Now they said can't do it. Well time is money for truck drivers. Don't let my truck sit there for 3 days then call and say it's too much work for you. I heard the Service manager tell the lady that " This guy is going to be difficult " He said that about my husband and I knew it was a really bad place. Very disrespectful staff. NEVER EVER TAKE YOUR SEMI HERE. SHOULD NOT EVEN BE ALLOWED TO BE OPEN. FLEETPRIDE IS A BAD COMPANY. NEVER AGAIN

Very fast friendly service if I'm ever in need of repairs and in this area I will use them.
They are not good in price.they not give you estimated cost first at any cost and after the work done charge double from average cost.don’t come here gỗ to other truck repair shop.they charge labour 4 hours for 1 hour work.
We had a new trailer we were using for a move, and we weren't sure that the electric brakes would perform as they should during a panic stop. We were far from our old or new home, but someone recommended FleetPride. They took time to look at the trailer in spite of their full schedule, and they were friendly and professional all the way. We got reassurance that the brakes were working with just a bit of delay, and we felt much safer for the rest of our trip. I would definitely recommend this place, especially the young man who helped us.

Always get great customer service from the parts department. Great selection of parts, and usually have everything in stock. VERY appreciative of them being open on Saturdays for weekend repairs.

Not like it used to be went downhill bad
Hard to get prices and availability due to them not being able to look up most parts. Unless you have the part number of what you are looking for. Not terribly priced if they have what you need in stock
They got pretty good prices here. And they try to accommodate all our needs for parts.
All the guys here at this location are knowledgeable on anything you bring to them or got good resources. Feel better off going to them then local dealers . Give a Albany dealer a VIN number in hopes you get the correct parts needed you get put on hold for 20plus mins and get ahh yeah we got one them in stock. But is it the right part needed? Probably not. Just go to your local fleetpride they have great resources available to them. When working with big rigs specially big companys time is money and getting correct parts is big key to getting drivers back on road quickly

They have a large selection of heavy duty truck and trailer parts, tools and more. I have gotten everything Ive needed when Im there. A big plus is their promt and friendly service.
