I have brought several of my vehicles here through the last 15 years. They are absolutely top noch from top to bottom. The service, the quality, customer care, make a category, they are excellent. Their standards are through the roof! I highly recommend Star Collison.

It took some time to repair my Tesla, but Star Collision and my Customer Service Rep Tylor did an excellent job keeping me informed. They also took care of my rental return. This was the 1st time I had to use a Body shop; I would return should the need arise.

My girlfriend s cars been here for over two months for light front end damage. Needs a new bumper, headlight and fog light, and some light quarter panel work. Nothing but delays with them. The date keeps getting pushed back and back and back. At least half a dozen times by now. Every time it s a different excuse. One day it s parts delay, one day it s oh we broke a different part while working on it one day it s we have to cut and weld more stuff. Absolute joke. Take your car elsewhere. I got rear ended over the summer in my own car and had a lot more damage then her car bad I got my car back a lot quicker. Go elsewhere.

Brought my Lexus to Star Collision after an accident and they did amazing work to make my vehicle like new. Great place to get your car fixed!

My Ford Maverick came out of the body shop looking as new as when it came off the assembly line! The customer service, Tyler, was wonderful! The shop was clean as a whistle! I highly recommend Star Collision as the folks there are very professional!!

Star Collision Center went above and beyond to get my claim Processed with the insurance company. The day I took my car to the shop I was so impressed that the owner drove me to the Enterprise Car Rental Agency to pick up my loaner car or otherwise I would have waited a hour . Rich went above and beyond to keep me informed about the status of my claim and was efficient and timely to submit the pictures and supplemental paperwork for the claim. My car looks great and the vehicle was cleaned and I was glad I picked this shop. My BMW looks amazing and I am very pleased with the results and work done on it. Thank you for your service and customer support and commitment. Best shop around!

JJ and the whole team were awesome. They were efficient, they did great work, and so helpful when I had questions or needed anything. I have never had any experience working with a body shop for my own personal car, so I was pretty ignorant to the whole process from the customer standpoint, but I couldn t be happier. My car came out amazing, and for the amount of work I wasn t even without it that long. He called me throughout the whole process to give me updates and thankfully handled most of the talk with my insurance company for me. I have already recommended people to them and will always continue to do so. If you ever find yourself needing a body shop whether it s something minor, or something that requires more work, do yourself a favor and see JJ.

These guys have done a awesome job. If there was anything I didn t like to they fixed it no questions asked. JJ was super helpful and is a great guy to work with.

I had water leaking in my car so I went to Honda dealership to have it looked at and was told I needed new door seals and the kind advisor there told me to take it to Star Collision, so glad he gave me that advice, I didn t need new door seals at all it was a tube that was clogged where my wipers are so thank you to Star Collision for finding my issue in a matter of minutes and sending me on my way with no charge! Awesome people work there, thank you so much!

Thanks a lot for this repair shop. They are very nice and so fast to fix my broken car window and price is reasonable. One night, I parked my car on the side of a lonely street in Manhattan, and the next morning, I discovered that the right front window had been smashed. I went to two repair shops and they both said they dont install car glass. I had to drove to this repair shop. Its very nice repair shop.

It was great! They did a great job of underpromising and over delivering, I mean that in a really positive way. Expectations were managed super well. The parts came in faster than it seemed they would and the repair was done faster than I expected. The car looked beautiful when I picked it up, clearly freshly washed inside and out, which I super appreciated. JJ was very easy to work with and a nice guy and the woman at the front desk whose name is escaping me (apologies) explained everything very well. Highly recommend this place for any repairs!

Star Collision did a fabulous job on repairing my vehicle. They even took the time to wash and vacuum my car afterwards. All around great experience! Cannot say enough great things about Star Collision! They far exceeded my expectations in every aspect. This was my second time using Star Collision to repair a vehicle. I highly recommend this shop. First job was to repair a van that was backed up into a tree. This time was repair driver side doors and inner body after getting hit by a cablevision van while my suv was parked. The insurance wanted to total my suv - but the suv is in great driving shape with low mileage and is still on a loan and I am not in a position to purchase another - even if insurance gives me the current value for it. The staff at Star didnt cave in to the insurance and got my suv repaired. I appreciate their quick replies too. Thank you Tyler for that!

I have had several encounters with deer in the area with 3 different vehicles. Each time my car was repaired back to factory specs. On my last repair I got my car back to find that it had been washed and vacuumed as well. In short great service and very personable people.

Needed some autobody repairs (front bumper) and had this place in mind due to a friends recommendation for a week before. I was lucky in that they were an authorized insurance repair shop. JJ and the rest of the personnel were excellent. Great communication with me and the insurance company. The work was flawless and I couldnt be more pleased.

Amazing !! Brought my new car here because of an accident. They kept me in the loop the whole time, giving me the time, estimate of repairs, and how long my car would be. They were honest and thorough. I really appreciated how they spoke to me with respect and like I dont know anything about cars. My car had alot of work and still my car was done in two weeks.. Would 100% recommend. Came in with deer damage in my 2020 hyundai kona and they did an amazing job. Kept in touch with me the whole time giving me updates + JJ was super helpful.

Upon pick up they returned my vehicle with a flat tire. They paint did not match up , they painted over a dent yes a dent. A few weeks laterbthe paint peeled off my hood. When I returned to point out the paint peeled off i was made to feel like I was lying or like i was trying to get over on the body shop. A gentleman who looks like bevis gave me the run around and one of the Body shop owners was there and he treated me worse. Horrible quality control , paint job is no good. Horrible customer service. Will never go back to that body shop. Will be complaining to gieco about the quality of the paint job. Im talking about the body shop on 88 west main st middletown ny. Horrible service.

5-STAR ETHICS! I went to their shop today for an estimate on a simple repair - my front right fender on my Toyota Prius Prime became separated when my car hit a ditch. I was immediately ushered into their waiting area and my car was brought into their shop to be assessed. Ten minutes later, my car was returned - REPAIRED - and I was told that it was simple enough to just take care of it at no charge! Kudos for the excellent customer service and most of all for recognizing that you can build a customer base by doing the right thing. I am a guaranteed future customer (hoping I dont need a body shop though) and I will certainly recommend them to anyone needing a top-notch shop that can be trusted to do the right thing and do it well. Star Collision is the ONLY shop Orange County residents should keep in their rolodex. THANK YOU!

This shop was recommended by my auto insurance company. My car was struck by a falling tree in a storm, numerous dents and dings. I searched around to find the best shop. When all along It happened to be this shop. The process was streamline. From contacting one of their associates JJ. He walked me through their process and I was impressed. I decided to go with them. Well I can t say enough how satisfied i was with the end result. I m very meticulous with my possessions and the car turned out dealer factory new. Everyone at Star collision including their receptionist was EXTREMELY pleasant. This place will be my go to place for any Body work needed to be performed and they billed my insurance company directly. Amazing love this place..

Very clean shop. Staff is super courteous and responsive. They do excellent work and stand behind it. They told me that if IEVER have any problems with what they worked ON for the length of time I own the vehicle that they will fix it no charge (thats obviously within reason). They took my truck in super fast and got it done very fast. Highly recommend.

Had my car repaired there after a deer accident. They started off by putting a rusty used door on my car. I guess they thought I wasnt gonna check. It took them a good month to finally attain a good quality door. Wait it gets better. After I was told they were going to take car to the dealership for repairs because their shop doesnt do repairs. Magically their shop looked at it and it was fine lol. I wont be taking my car to them again. I dont do business with liars.

Shop is neat, modern equipment and paint booths. Employees were courteous. There were insurance reps as well as car rental on site. The process was made so easy. I was kept informed of my vehicles status. The work was excellent, paint and finish were flawless. And every aspect for a proper repair was addressed. From body and paint to checking that the wheel alignment was correct. They paid very close attention to detail. And you cant beat the fact the repair is warranted for as long as you own the car. They Fixed the Problem

Since the first time I used Star after hitting a deer with my S2000 years ago I have never even considered using another bodyshop. My cars always come out looking better than new. The colors always match perfectly and the panels line up better than from the factory. Very friendly staff and things are done in a timely manner. I highly recommend the team at Star.

Their work is excellent, but very pricey. As long as your insurance company is paying for it, that shouldnt be a concern. However, if its coming out of your pocket, I would suggest shopping around.

Very friendly and courteous and reliable

My car was in an accident and took it here to get it fixed. I had dealings with three personnel one was the receptionist, the estimator and the owner Mr. Allan who were very nice to me. However the work on my car took three weeks to get roof repaired and windshield to be replaced. My estimate said it was a de-icer windshield which was totally false when I reached home and I decided to fixed my wipers that was only moving more down the windshield than upward. The connection for the de-icer was totally disconnected from the windshield and now heatstrips were seen on the windshield. (I am a former manager for an auto part store so I do know few things to look for) I purposely left my GPS in the glove compartment just to know if I can really trust this place to take my car back there for a full body paint...( My car is a gift from my dad so it can be how old it gets no amount of money can pay for it.) It was the first thing I looked for and couldnt find it. I rate this place 2 stars for just the reception I received other than that wont be receiving my business or recommendations.

I loved this place I took all my cars here for years but lately the quality is laking .. Sad yes you have a life time warranty on the work done . but you shouldnt have to keep bringing it back ! What happend to Quality and care for the customer

Good work is done here. They fixed my bumper after someone reversed into it. I noticed a small issue when picking it up and told them. They took it right back into the shop and made the adjustments right away. They are pretty busy so expect to wait a few days for them to get to your car.
