Pirates 100% Just looking for opportunity to charge you for the work they are not capable to do. And when you explain to them that they haven't solved the problem, fix nothing, they threaten to tow the truck. Insane!?!

I don't have option to give them negetive review They towed my truck from TA truck stop to their shop and they told your starter is bad, its burning all your wires, they changed it after 12 hours and then they told your single sam is bad then we sent it from canada and then they said your CPC is bad and needs to change but we denied these repairs anymore and towed back to canada and when my own mechanic diagnosed he found everything was good just alternator was not good, they charges us $2000+ and still not yet fixed then we paid $2500 towed back to canada, totally unprofessional wasted 7+ days $5000 and they are very unprofessional as they connected wires wrong
If I could leave a negative star I would. This company towed my truck and trailer from a DOT stop in Middletown. They charged me 600 for a 5 minute ride. Then I was told I couldn’t drive my truck home because it needed a repair. So I then I had to have them tow it to Campbell hall which cost me an additional 350$. So all in about 1,000$ worth of towing. As the tow truck driver unloads my truck ($ 100,000 truck) he scratches the whole bumper. In turn- cost me 2,500$ worth of damage to my bumper. Both the driver and owner refused to pay for the damage even though I have all photos and videos of this whole disaster unfolding. It has been 3 months since I’ve heard from them and now we will end up in court. I would highly recommend not using this company. They are unprofessional to say the least.
Had my trailer towed by this company. They moved it with the wrong hitch, the correct hitch was in my truck bed they had access to. I seen it happen in their lot. The back of the trailer bottomed out. I let the office lady know and she was careless and rude. She claimed they’re were not liable for the damage. The sign in the office says not liable for damage out of your control but this was clearly in your control. Terrible management, nice employees though.
My truck was towed from I-84 in PA. The driver came out and did an amazing job and was very professional, the service manager Alan was great to deal with and very knowledgeable! Their prices were beyond fair. I highly recommend using their services
3 times my truck has been at this shop for work in the past 3 months. Although the time it took to get the repairs done the first visit, took a few weeks (no fault on them parts were back ordered) I felt that the communication and service performed was very good. Allen really understood and worked with me each time. From the techs to the tow guy and the office staff, thank you very much!
Excellent service. Replaced my coolant reservoir which stopped working on the highwa after it leaked out. they came out and got me safely to their shop and were able to get the part and install next day. They were all friendly and professional and got the job done. Would definitely use again. Thanks so much.

The worst place to take you truck all they want is to just take your money took my truck there the guy say he have can fix it tomorrow 2 weeks later a huge bill and the major problem is not fix then I have to take it some place else crazy I would not recommend my enemy
Worst place on earth they always looking to rob you one way or another don t come and here or use their towing

Mr Daniel did awesome job on one of my trucks and trailers, we had a problem with 5th wheel, with steering, ABS trailer light, all problem solved in 2hrs , insane shop, highly recommend !
Should have known with only 3 stars this company is very unprofessional!! I called yesterday around 2 pm for roadside they said about 90 minutes they NEVER showed up no call no nothing! I then called them after5 and the man that answered said they don t provide truck services and hung up then never answered again he actually turned the phone off! They called me this morning and I thought to give another try they said 30 minutes here it is two hours later and nothing one again!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL I RATHER LOSE A DAY OF WORK THAN GIVE THEM ANY SERVICES!!
They know what they are doing and prices are fair due to being on the east coast very happy with my truck fixed very fast highly recommend

broke down close to Middletown NY, and I called Regional Truck Service! they came fast on site... Jonathan showed and he was very helpful and explained the situation and went out of his way to solve the problem... Im Glad Regional Truck Service have people like Jonathan working there...Great mechanic and great personality... keep up the great work Jonathan!!
Low service and high prices.
Great experience with these guys. I came from canada and got stuck on hwy .these guys towed my truck to their shop and get it repaired in no time fast service and very reasonable. Thanks Allen and Mike for their service
I had an overall good experience at this shop.
They will mess up your truck during a tow, blame you for it, then charge you to fix it (and not as good as it was before),once they tow it in their shop. If you re game for that then use their service.
I have to give these guys 5 stars. I had to be towed from the TA in Montgomery after my starter quit on me while I was under a load (it also had electrical connections crossed from the previous install they had to diagnose and fix) They showed up when they said they would for the tow, got me in their shop right away for the repair, and got me out in time to salvage the load. I was expecting to get hit over the head on the bill because I had to get towed in, but that didn t happen. They were very fair and did what they could to keep the bill reasonable. I ve been back for more work since my initial visit, and no complaints here.
Good people, tow truck guy show up fast. Older guy who change my belt good knowledgeable.
They charged me $495 for a recap tire at there shop!! I will never recommend this shop to anyone What a joke

The worst of the worst if you want to be scammed this is a good option. They charged me $240 plus tax for let me know what was wrong with my truck and $103 more per hour until they found the problem. In the end, I left the place with the truck in the same conditions and $240 less
Lost all oil pressure on I-84 in PA called up to get it towed. The person that was towing it asked me to turn the truck over so maybe he could tel me what s wrong with it. The truck turned over no problem exception of extremely bad noise. I ended up getting it towed home after weeks of waiting. They tried to charge me 200+ extra on towing but then fixed it but now my motor is completely locked up. The tow company that hauled it down did not start it, and the mechanic at home did not start it. They are not helping out any at all. Just be aware if you do any work with these guys. The only thing I can say good about this company is the guys (I can t remember their name) that towed it from I-84 to the shop we re very respectful.

Used Regionals service multiple times. Very good, reliable and professional truck service company. They offer great value, knowledge and expertise. If you have to choose a service in that area I am definitely suggesting to choose Regional.
Allan and his team did an outstanding job delivering a truck about two hours north for me and made it a very simple transaction. Hopefully I ll get the chance to work with them again.

This place under new management now, so dont look at old reviews. Was dealing with owner of the company and very happy with service I got. I wish we have more people like him in our industry. Call them if you need help, they will take care of you.

Very happy with this place. Had my truck towed in thinking I needed a new clutch. The tow was not as expensive as Ive had in the past. The truck was finished the day it went into the Shop. Mike was as interested in getting it fixed as I was. Allen and the techs were fast and friendly. Even the tow truck driver was helpful and friendly. I will definitely keep this place in mind if Im ever here again and need work on my truck.
Just had my semi towed with regional truck yesterday. Spoke to Mike initially and his pricing was very fair. The driver showed up at our agreed upon time, was friendly and professional. My truck arrived quickly to mechanic which was almost 3hrs away from the breakdown location and Im back on the road again today making money. Overall a positive experience and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Damaged our truck (Red 07 Volvo) called them and they said they would check with their driver and call me back, never heard a word
They charged me $240 to come out and look at my truck. To look at it for an hour and a half to tell me they need to tow it to their shop. They wanted $225 for the tow not far from their shop. Another tow company brought it to my house which was farther for $165. Would not recommend Regional. Didnt even give me any recommendations or diagnostics. Obviously from the reviews im not alone.

These dirty bast@rds charged me over 300 dollars and wanted to tow my truck to their shop, we didnt do that. He charged us a call out even though he was setting in the parking lot we were. After not fixing it, and charged anyway, we called Hatfield Brothers truck service, and they fixed it with a fuse no lie they charged 250 and they had to drive to us. DO NOT USE REGIONAL

By far the most unprofessional service ever. I been waiting for them to tow my truck for the past month and a half. Theyre good at taking the payment but not at completing their end of the bargain. Will never use them again. Ive tried to get a hold of a manager and no luck. Always ask for my name and number and i never get a call back. I think im ready to file a police report for stolen truck.
Very down to earth. Theyre running a business but they wont try to rip you off. Made good recommendations.
