Ohhhh i want to give more stars!!! Jake and his Mrss are A-Mazing!! I couldnt say thank you enough. I was stuck for 2 days out in the boonies and they answered the phone at 730 AM on a Saturday! Not only was the van not starting, the battery took its leap of faith but didnt make it. Jake arrived smiling. That made all the difference. He got it running but battery tested poorly. After explaining differences, I bought a battery right off the truck, installed and I was off to finally get my kitties their cat food. You both brightened my week. Stephanie and Jake were extremely helpful in moving my Dad s broken down car back to his place. They were very prompt with the response and the driver provided me with all of the details of what was wrong with the car and what to fix. They removed the tire before it was towed so it would not cause any more damage. Jake and Stef SAVED US. We broke down in the middle of a one lane road and while trying to call for help he drove by with his truck and stopped to help. They were such a pleasure to communicate with and replaced our alternator and battery in record time. They were very upfront with their reasonable pricing and its so clear how much they truly car. My girl ended up in a ditch and Jake and Stefanie were extremely helpful in getting the car out of the ditch, super nice and friendly people, and they helped out significantly on the price for us, so absolutely and highly recommend their services to anyone whos going through a rough patch with their vehicle, and to add on, the vehicle was practically wedged against a tree and a stump in the ditch and Jake worked the car around the tree slowly and away from the stump carefully and there so the fact he was able to get the car out of there with no extra damage was incredible, they were also very funny and helped calm everyone down, again, I highly recommend their services to anyone!! Got a flat tire and managed to pull into a gas station but did not have the correct wrench to take the wheel lock off. The owner who had stopped at the gas station on his own time came to see what the trouble was and let us keep a wrench he had that fit the wheel lock. Thanks to him i was able to get somewhere to throw on some new tires.

Last night while driving home I hit a piece of metal on the highway and blew out one of my tires. I was having problems with the jack I had and was unable to lift the car. Sitting on the side of the highway late at night is already stressful, but then after calling 4 companies who didn t have staff available, I was really getting stressed. I luckily came across Dingmans Ferry Roadside Service, and Stef and Jake answered in the first ring, had such calming personalities, and showed up in under 30 minutes from the time I called. When they arrived they were both so sweet and I was finally able to laugh about what had been a really rough day. 10/10 recommend making them your first call!

Absolutely recommend!! Very nice woman picked up the phone and asked pertinent questions and reassured us that the repair person would get to us in about 30mn. Sure enough, 30mn later, a very nice person helped us change our tire. We were stranded with our 3 year old toddler on the highway in pitch black with huge trucks driving by really quickly... when Dingmans picked up the phone and proceeded to arrive quickly, I can assure you that using the term lifesaver felt like an understatement. Incredible is not even the word I would use to describe Dingman s Towing. Responsive, super nice, prompt and reliable. First time I had my Tesla towed and they knew exactly what they were doing. All the employees went above and beyond and I am thankful for them. They came to my rescue today. If I could give more stars I would.

Jake is an absolute professional. He was quick and communicated exactly what was being done. He even put my car into my steep harshly angled driveway with no problem. I wouldn t recommend any other tow company in the area.

The perfect storm of having a car issue. Came off the Highway and rolled into Milford PA. Just as we got into town all the indicator lights came on in the car. I just managed to get into a spot on the street before the car died. We had no clue what we were going to do. 89 miles from home and it was late at night. We were up for the weekend staying with my cousin and her fiancé. The police and fire department both tried to help out, they were amazing by the way, but nothing they could do for us. They both recommended Dingmans Ferry Roadside service. My wife called and even though it was late they came out to take a look at the car. Jake diagnosed our issue right away and Stephanie was amazing is making my wife feel okay. They came and picked the car up. As soon as the part was at the shop they got it in. Their rates were more than reasonable. They are good people and their quality of service is at a high standard. They are definitely our go to when we are in the area from now on.

He informed me that one of my lug nuts was stuck and gave me my options before he continued service which i appreciated because he could of just broke it and not inform me. There was a possibility that the lug nut was gonna snap off and he did everything he could to prevent that from happening and it came out without snapping which made me very happy. When he got to my location, he was great - put my vehicle on the flatbed while making sure nothing happened to the exhaust which was hanging down due to a pothole.
