Did an outstanding job building the glass for my shower enclosure. When the glass slipped a little bit 2 years later, they came back and fixed it no charge. They knew what they were doing and did a great job. Guys were excellent and polite. Couldn't ask for better
The owner Donald (Donnie) is the least professional we’ve ever dealt with. He agreed to a job and set an appointment to measure a job for a home we are building. We followed up with him after not hearing back and were told that our builder didn’t get back with him (our builder was away on vacation and this was communicated), even though we provided him an alternate contact (our realtor) who he didn’t reach out to for access to the house to do measurements. All this time he also had our contact information to reach out to us, yet didn’t. Ultimately, he told us (in his exact words) “I’d rather not work with him (jewish builder), you can call his jewish friends and they can take care of you.” His unprofessionalism and condescension were a red flag from the beginning, but none the less, we were shocked by his response regarding our builder. He could have told us up front that he didn’t want the job, but instead wasted a month of our time all because he had issues working with a Jewish builder. As a non-Jewish member of the community I’ll advise anyone I know to go elsewhere and not support a business ran so unprofessionally and quite frankly who comes across as being anti-semitic.
Lakes Road Glass fixed our primary shower door. The stationary panel was falling out of the track and we were unable to close the door. We got an appointment quickly, the ream showed up on time and did an awesome job repairing what was a bad install( not from them). I highly recommend them for any glass work you need, they’re great!
This is a really great locally owned company. Excellent quality products, superb service and clean, careful installation. We had the large center pane of our bay window and side lights replaced by Lakes Road Glass. Fits and works perfectly. Fair and reasonable pricing. We recommend this company highly.

Terrific job done by Lakes Road Glass. Since the first day in communicating with Donny on the phone, in time like these, the whole experience was made very easy for me. His guys were very professional on time for the measuring, and again for the installation. The biggest surprise was that the door was installed ahead of the schedule time. Again his installers were very professional and cleaned the space they worked in before leaving. I would HIGHLY recommend them.
Donny has been wonderful throughout the process. Once I contacted him, he was in constant communication with me. He is very professional, but has a great sense of humor. His guys were very respectful towards me and my home. He and his team did a great job of helping me complete my bathroom renovation with a beautiful shower enclosure. Excellent work, had a glass plate ordered to cover my marble dining table and it fit perfectly! Price was very reasonable and most of all it was perfect!
The owner of this business is a rude, nasty and not compassionate. I went in with my service animal, asked if I could keep my car parked in front of the garbage dumpster for 5 minutes to go to the Alteration store next door. I m 65 years old, I have a handicapped placard, a newly replaced knee and struggle to walk. The employee said it would be okay. I thanked him and said it would be literally 5 minutes. As I was going out the door the owner approached in a hostile manner, as if I was robbing the place, and told me no way! He said to park around the block. There is no other parking, it s at a major intersection in Monroe. I wouldn t recommend this local business to my enemy!
I highly recommend Monroe Glass from start to finish, Donald the owner was so very helpful. I had a wood kitchen table that the polyurethane wore off. The table became tacky and sticky overtime. The glass fits exactly to our table, and we can now eat happily. Thank you Monroe Glass!

Efficient, professional, exceptionally honest and accommodating. Timely window repair completed and reasonably priced. Don is a really pleasant business man to interact with. Highly recommend to all!!!
I would never recommend this place to my worst enemy. Donnie is rude and very unprofessional. I went in hoping to get advice or help in regards to a glass door situation. Well after being Interrupted, during our conversation, I waited 15 minutes while Donny was on the phone with his business/personal phone call. Once done he basically gave no help nor did he seem as tho he wanted to be bothered.

I would have brought them my window screens to repair if they weren´t rude over the phone....not very professional, which is a shame because I brings lots of referral clients with me wherever I take my business.

We had finally made the move to get a glass shower door in our master bedroom after waiting far too long. We saw that Lakes Road Glass was local and had good reviews. They were also recommended to us by someone, and they did a fantastic job. The door looks beautiful ! Its amazing what a difference it makes in the room.
